I was reading a bit regarding the new UEFA Qualifiers format and as far as I can see, there is no extra protection for the seeded teams - only the general rule that they will be placed against the unseeded team in the semifinal.
That basically means that Portugal and Italy can be placed in the same bracket.
Seeded teams are Portugal, Italy, Russia, Sweden, Wales and Scotland, while unseeded are Poland, Turkey, Ukraine, Austria, Czech Republic and Macedonia.
With only 3 teams qualifying - this will be the toughest UEFA qualifiers so far.
Well it is either sink or swim for those teams, they had a lot of chances to advance directly to the World Cup and they failed to do it so it makes sense there are no more safety nets, if they want to get to the World Cup they will have to win the rest of their matches, the draw is tomorrow so we will know the matches ahead of us, the semifinals will take place on March 24th while the finals of the three paths will take place on March 29th, so the teams are going to have a lot of time to prepare and be on their best possible shape to try to win those games. @Silberman honestly Italy and Portugal should have qualified easily, but they made a mess of their respective campaigns and it’ll hurt if one of them don’t qualify for World Cup. I live in India, and I have to say that what you have posted here is true. If you have money, then anything is possible. If Hardik did this in the United States, then he will be sentenced to a minimum of 6 months in prison. They are very strict about tax evasion. But in India, he can just pay a financial penalty and escape any other form of punishment. The rape allegation is much more serious. I guess this time it is going to be an one sided match. New Zealand has the upper hand when they plays at home, but they always struggle under subcontinental conditions. On top of that, some of their key bowlers like Lockie Ferguson are not available. Kyle Jamieson should be leading the attack, as he depends more on pace and bounce compared to the medium pacers. Feeling excited for Shreyas Iyer, as I have always believed that he is the right person to succeed Kohli as the captain of the Indian team in the long run.
Lockie Ferguson is not test player for starters so nothing to worry about as far as NZ is concern. I really like that NZ also went with 3 spinners. It looks like ICC got what it wanted very badly. ICC tournament every frigging year . 8 years cycle (2024-2031) and 8 White ball tournaments. (if we count World test championship then add 3-4 more ICC finals) - 4 T-20 WC - 2 Champions Trophy - 2 50 overs WC So that essentially rules out the inclusion of cricket in Olympics, right? The ICC actually issued a statement sometime back, claiming that they are looking forward to include cricket in the 2028 Los Angeles Games (July-August 2028). But if the international calendar remains so jam packed, how are they going to find a one-month window, for the main tournament? I don't see any chance that cricket will be included in 2028. The earliest opportunity will be Brisbane 2032, where the Australian Olympic Committee (AOC) has the right to add a limited number of sports disciplines from their quota. Seems like it, at least no Olympic entry in this decade. ICC only knows how to make big claims regarding spreading cricket or their Olympics plans but they don't do anything when it comes to execution. They are not even interested in including 16 or more teams in T-20 WC, although adding associate members in recent WC was welcome move but still they need to do more if they want to achieve their goal. @JSRAW with your experience of watching cricket are you really surprised that ICC decided to prioritise making money over participation in Olympics, because I’m not surprised by their decision. Lastly of all tournaments the one that has caught my eye is champions trophy 2025, because it’s scheduled to take place in Pakistan and all eyes will be on India then will they come or will they skip the tournament?. |

I think t10 is a good format and might have a really bright future for cricket because maybe then more and more teams will be interested in cricket. But this format will have a lot bigger impact on club cricket than international cricket in my opinion.
I have to disagree. T10 is not cricket. It is more like baseball. Some people still believe that the duration of T20 (3.5 hrs) is an issue and we should try to complete the matches in 1.5-2.0 hrs time, as the case with other sports such as football and field hockey. But the issue is that cricket matches can't be completed in such short duration, and if we try hard then the matches become meaningless. A lot of the fans are saying that T10 should be the format that should be used if cricket gains entry to Olympics. Here also I would disagree. @Sithara007 I‘ll back you on this as T20 format is perfect for entertainment, and T10 will be a mess because it’ll end before the entertainment even begins. Lastly you’re right even for Olympics T20 should be preferred over T10 format, and I hope they don’t mess cricket world by advocating T10 format over T20. |

Spartak Moscow - Napoli game could be one of the most exciting ones. Because the group is in a really interesting condition right now. Every team have a big chance to promote to the next round now. Spartak Moscow are at the last place now but their performance so far has been really good. And they defeated Napoli once before by 3-2 away. Why don't they repeat it, right? It depends on Napoli's effort. If they don't care about the game much, Spartak Moscow are capable enough to punish them for it. Both teams should be able to score easily in this game.
I think every team in Group C still has a chance to qualify for the next round. But I do not think Spartak Moscow can win the next match. If Napoli play with their main squad in this match, they will win and they will avenge the defeat against Spartak in the previous match. My guess is that Napoli will win this match 3-1. Napoli are in good form. Winning against a team like Spartak will not be too difficult for them now. Napoli has always been a team that for me represents being a gallant of good football, although its players are not renowned as in many teams, it is one of the teams that best meshes with its players, I see that they understand each other well, I am not saying that they will be champions or anything like that, but I think it will be a team that as it continues to advance it will complicate the existence of many teams that are even usually favorites. My friend had bet big on Zverev. He watched every match of his and how consistently he was improving. There was no way I would have bet against Medvedev. Props to him for his amazing read.
It isn't that easy to read a player to this extend. Myself placed bet over Medvedev. In the previous match between Djokovic and Zverev, my bet was on Zverev. On the final match my bet was on Medvedev. In this entire tournament the performance from Medvedev and Zverev is really awesome and some are unexpected. Probably these two gonna rule the upcoming tennis tournaments. then I am the one out of all who got it right, since I made a bet on Zverev to beat Djokovic live, before the start of the third set, and I also made bet in the final on Sacha to win but unfortunately I lost in a parlay, I feel like I am starting to see how things are going in Tennis, or it could be just pure luck  I have to say it was a really good final. Sure the first set was a bit tentative and tight from both players, especially Medvedev, but that second set was the best set of the tournament. It really shows how much that break of serve was important in the second set cause it cost Medvedev the match. In my eyes it was looking a lot like a repeat of last years final where Thiem failed to capitalize but this year it was different. Zverev was simply unstoppable. He wasn't about to let Medvedev find another gear, he didn't give him the time. And more importantly he raised his own level today. A great way to end the year. But this raises a question for Medvedev. A guy who rarely gets outplayed ever got outplayed two times in the last month. A guy who always looks like he has the answers couldn't find any in his last two finals. Could this be the peak for Medvedev? After all he won a slam. Mentally is he there to do it all over again? And if you think I'm crazy let's just remember where Thiem is now, after losing the final of this exact tournament last year. It isn't inconcievable that Medvedev needs a bit of a break. To mentally recharge himself. Hopefully his hunger and motivation is still there. It will be a really interesting 2022, that's all I'll say. I believe you’re right that Zverev played way better than he plays, but the big question is will he play consistently like he did in such good form or will he fizzle out in 2022?. Also it’s too early to say about Medvedev, and we can only make some conclusions after we see how he deals in pressure situations like these in 2022. |

Anyone facing issue loading Landing page? I am facing it for about 3 hours.
Same here, It only shows blank background and my balance when I open the Casino landing page but I can still access since the button game browser on the bottom is still visible and working. I can play games even though the landing page is not working. And also the display is slower than usual loading time since this morning until now. Maybe they are updating the display in the background. Same goes for me which everything is blank on landing page which I do presume that this is indeed a front-end issue but well other functionalities do still works so I don't see this as a major problem. Another interesting match today is Fiorentina - Milan, where Fiorentina who are still struggling to get into the top 6 or even the top 5 at this time seems to be hampered.
