241  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Litecoin could reach $1,000 in a couple of years from now on: November 16, 2019, 04:26:48 PM
Do you think LTC will ever reach $1,000 in just a few years from now, or will it take some time? What are your thoughts? Huh

I think all of this depends on the development of bitcoin. if in the next 5 years bitcoin is good enough, I think Litecoin has the opportunity to achieve that. $1k in 5/10 years, this is indeed a realistic target because ethereum has done it too. so I think Litecoin also has the same opportunity. I see these two coins have almost the same development, so hopefully it can come true.
242  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is True Decentralization a Myth? on: November 16, 2019, 04:16:12 AM
yes it's just a myth, but decentralization right now is good enough. it might not really be the decentralization that we want, but that's enough than using centralized technology. as long as it's not controlled by the government or an institution like the central bank, that's enough for me. Pow and Pos have flaws, and indeed from the beginning this technology was not perfect, so we have to understand it
243  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What type of Cryptocurrency is used in the Deep Web for transactions? on: November 15, 2019, 02:34:09 PM
that I hear on the deepweb people use bitcoin and some privacy coins like monero and zcash. but the main choice is bitcoin, because bitcoin dominates the crypto market.
244  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Disney plus+ service begins today. Do you think if they accept a crypto on: November 15, 2019, 04:36:44 AM
for now I don't think they will accept crypto. but in the future, maybe this can happen. there are some cryptos that are suitable for use on their platform, but they can also make their own crypto. Disney Coin, sounds really good. and maybe this will be better than libra (facebook) and gram (telegram).
245  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Central Bank Cryptocurrencies Are Pointless, Says Ex-Federal Reserve Chairman on: November 14, 2019, 12:23:48 PM
I agree with his statement, crypto issued by the central bank can't be called crypto. people who want to use crypto are those who hate centralization. so if the central bank releases their coins, I'm sure it won't work because no one will use it.
246  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WHAT HAPPENS IF BTC TOUCHES 100K ? on: November 14, 2019, 11:12:33 AM
it will be the highest level in history. maybe crypto will be the number one investment choice for everyone. there will be lots of altcoins returning from the dead. the market will be a pleasant place. all investments will be very profitable, no matter if it's shitcoin or a bad project. like last year's ATH and maybe bigger than that.
247  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What's your EOS price prediction? on: November 12, 2019, 01:31:15 PM
if eos can repeat ethereum success maybe it can happen. because at the beginning of ethereum was released the price was even under $10, and now the price of ethereum is $190, even ETH to more than 1K. so the question is whether EOS can become like ethereum in less than 5 years ?. when Dapps platform competition is very tight and the popularity of new projects every year decreases?

I think it's difficult, because it's not possible for EOS to be as expensive as it was in less than 5 years.
248  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is worth to invest in dogecoin? on: November 11, 2019, 09:01:55 AM
actually feasible, but to get profit from doge takes a long time. I myself have several doge in my portfolio, but I don't focus too much on this coin because the price is cheap and stable. but if you want to make it an investment, doge is worth a try. You will know the potential of the doge when you become a part of the holder.
249  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: which is more scary... on: November 11, 2019, 08:07:46 AM
I think those two things are the same. dump occur because of market manipulation. so how can we choose one of them. Market manipulation causes pumps and dumps, this is the scariest. when you think the market is in a good line, but it turns out that waiting ahead is a dump.
250  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Buy Dogecoin on: November 10, 2019, 02:51:37 PM
historically whenever a group of low rank throwaway accounts such as OP start a lot of topics on bitcointalk telling others to buy a certain shitcoin, it is a good indication that you must stay away from that shitcoin because it is either already pumped and is getting ready for the dump or the newbies have made a bad investment that are losing money so they are desperate.
But there is always an exception for something, no matter how you look at Dogecoin is. You can not deny the fact that Dogecoin never loses its charm in the crypto community heart because it is widely used by people to make a transaction. Not only that, many platforms integrated it on their platform to incentivize their users.

yes you're right, there will always be exceptions. but in my opinion we also have to be careful not to suffer losses. especially if it's about a coin dump and pump. I will be very careful in concluding.
251  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Dogecoin about to Make a Comeback? on: November 10, 2019, 04:54:07 AM
the doge will return, they need a little hype to pump. maybe if there are some experts who say doge has potential, it will happen. Like recently, Elon Musk said he likes doges and big fans of this coin. after he said this, there was no need to wait a long time for the doge to go up several satosi. so just wait until this incident recurs, then doge can comeback
I don't think it will repeat. because traders would have expected this. so before there was a pump, people would be ready to sell doge. I think doge can go up, when bitcoin goes up. so wait until bitcoin is pumped, then not only doge, but all altcoin will definitely come back again.
252  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is it Possible Stellar Lumens/XLM Reach $100 on: November 09, 2019, 11:24:31 PM
wow ....
if it comes to reality, it is extraordinary. I thought about how many years it took to make this happen? 10, 20 or 30 years?
certainly, it takes a very long time maybe even impossible to become reality. how many pumps does it take to make the XLM price reach? This is very unrealistic.
253  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is the market currently being manipulated? on: November 09, 2019, 05:41:29 PM
I knew from the beginning the market had been manipulated, but that was not the question. I want to know, what is the purpose of manipulation that exists today. is this related to halving bitcoin or not? if not, then what is their purpose in manipulating the market other than to get profits when halving bitcoin later.
254  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Is the market currently being manipulated? on: November 08, 2019, 04:24:27 PM
usually before the pump, the market always falls. and today I see the market experiencing a decline, especially for bitcoin and several other big altcoins. in recent days bitcoin may be able to hold above 9k, but in the end it still falls.

then I wonder if this is really the downfall before the pump?
considering that soon we will enter the end of Q4 2019, and in Q2 2020 bitcoin will be halving. so now is the last time the Whales buy cheap btc. that's why the market was deliberately manipulated to make the price of bitcoin go down. and after that they pump slowly to look like market growth.

so what do you think, is my thinking wrong?
255  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think IEO is more legit if launch on big exchnages like Binance? on: November 08, 2019, 03:43:47 PM
I think it is a bit more legit if an IEO is launch on bigger exchanges. Because they know that it can be very hard to enter big exchanges and convince them that your project is very useful and insight of having a very solid future to get funds using them. What's you opinion on this? Do you think there are other reasons if they choose other small exchange platforms?

yes, but that does not mean they are worth investing. we must be more selective in choosing projects that we want to invest in because not all legitimate projects can survive in the market. there are many projects currently that really do develop, but many of them cannot survive market pressures. and tokens cannot survive, eventually delisting from the exchange.
256  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: CMC and coingecko on: November 07, 2019, 03:08:38 PM
CMC and coingecko both very useful for us, i used to use both however i am confused why many coins and tokens not listing in CMC but listing in coingecko, not only coins and tokens but also many exchanges, is this because coingecko become more popular than CMC, or for something else.

I heard to be listed on coinmarketcap they must meet several requirements and one of the requirements is they must pay to be listed there. so maybe because of this many altcoins and exchanges cannot be found there. and coingecko are different, they don't seem to have any requirements, because lots of coins that have just finished IEO can already be found there. so maybe this is what distinguishes it.
257  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Turkey working on their own digital by end of 2020 on: November 07, 2019, 06:30:00 AM
After announcement of the creation of own national cryptocurrency made by the Chinese government another country (Turkey) also  joined the race of creating their own national digital currency name Lira, which was the first basic monetary unit used by Italian and Turkey before the introduction of Euro in the year 2002.
Source
I believe the reason why country are planning their own national crypto was because the IMF boss advised and the question is will more countries also creating their own national cryptocurrency?

Turkey's steps are very good. I hope they can become a crypto-friendly country in the future. since China said even his country would focus on developing the blockchain, many countries began to be interested in developing this technology.
258  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum in Numbers: What Has Been Achieved So Far on: November 05, 2019, 06:51:18 PM
Ethereum (ETH) is an altcoin: a form of cryptocurrency that functions outside of a central bank or government. The Ethereum blockchain was launched in 2015 by Vitalik Buterin and has undergone many changes since. With a hard fork that split the blockchain in two (Ethereum vs Ethereum Classic), this cryptocurrency is currently sitting as the coin with the second biggest market cap following Bitcoin. So, when we look at Ethereum in numbers, what has been achieved so far? We’ll be taking a look at the number of projects being built on the network, the number of transactions, transaction fees, network upgrades, development activity, as well as its biggest competitors.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IsXvoYeJxKA

Read More Here : https://www.blockchainwatching.com/knowledge-centre/cryptocurrency/ethereum-in-numbers-what-has-been-achieved-so-far/

It's like 70% of the new projects are being launch using Ethereum network and this percentage is very high compare to other networks out there. The team behind the projects are very active also so I can say that their development activity and upgrades are on date unlike others.

Being second in ranking is already a good number and if the investors, exchanges and big whales will also support ethereum then there is a big chance that it can close the gap to Bitcoin in ranking.

maybe 70or80% of total altcoin projects today are on the ethereum network. but it was not an extraordinary achievement, because the average project was bad. scam projects, projects abandoned by developers, and several projects that fail, that's the average project that uses the ethereum blockchain network. and if this is one of ethereum's greatest achievements, I think ethereum is as bad as those projects.
259  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETHEREUM is only potentially $ 250 in November. on: November 05, 2019, 03:18:00 PM
$250 is still too high, in my opinion. I think ethereum prices will remain stable around $180-200 until the end of the year. and when approaching the launch of ethereum 2.0 then the price slowly rises, maybe it could be higher than $250. so for this year we have to be satisfied with the current situation, until the beginning of this year. so be patient and pray that prices don't fall again.
260  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should Ethereum Add the "Frozen Wallet" Feature for Certain Adresss? on: November 04, 2019, 06:19:54 PM
Are you sure? what is the advantage of this. just because it can freeze the funds that are on the wallet, then this looks amazing. I think if Ethereum implemented this feature on the platform it would only conclude a new problem.

and I don't agree with this. if indeed they want to implement this feature. why is there a blockchain and decentralization?
