I have been on a vacation for a week now with limited access to internet, and now when I came back I have checked the price of DNotes and have seen that it has increased nicely  While most of other coins are still decreasing in price I think that this increase is really good sign for DNotes  |

This really brings us back to the entire reason why DNotes sees itself as holding a significant competitive advantage -- we have built our brand around being trustworthy and gaining value by driving forward our purposeful mission, rather than aiming for rapid and unexplained ascension.
I expect to see many investigations into crypto -- not just into exchanges and the like, but also can see governments using exchange data as a proxy excuse to get hold of individual transaction records for tax purposes. Interestingly, many large holders may well be manipulating the markets (especially those that bet on the Bitcoin futures markets), but by and large they may not be doing anything illegal, just doing what many others do on a much larger scale. It's somewhat of a double-edged sword when it comes to checking exchange data -- privacy, or making sure nobody is messing with the markets illegally?
I'm definitely coming to appreciate more and more the value of DNotes' brand. I suppose large holders could be inadvertently involved in market manipulation, especially if they are following similar trading strategies to the deliberate market manipulators. The part I hate is the feeling that you almost have to be a bit of a market manipulator yourself (or at least understand what's going on so you can be quick to take advantage of it for gains) in order to do well in this space. What I really like about DNotes is that I can accumulate some now and then simply enjoy steady gains as the coin and company grow. If a year or two down the road I choose to sell some of them and take those profits, the individuals buying what I sell will also be just as likely to enjoy profits of their own a year or two later for the same reason. So in this way, it's not trying to sell to the next sucker, but rather, sell to someone who may be at a different stage in their economic growth, but the transaction will be a clear win for all concerned. Dear Wiser, wery well said. I feel the same way. I believe in the steady growth of DNotes, as will the ecosystem grow, so will steadily grow the value of the coin. I'm just sorry that my budget does not allow me to buy even more of DNotes at this stage  |

I see that trading moved from NLexch now when other exchanges were added. It's really a shame that CryptalDash ate their word on listing  What is your experience with Mercatox and Stocks.Exchange? Which one is better and with lower trading fees? They are both great for trading. Mercatox has better volume so more liquid there. I haven't really compared the trading fees. Thank you wiser. I have noticed slight drop in price on Mercatox, for about 50 satoshi. But the price still holds  Looking forward to completion od first funding round, I think it should also very positively reflect on the price of DNotes It seems that also crypto in general stopped bleeding, at least for now. |

When speaking about the price I somehow think that 1000% increase in price until the end of the year is not overoptimistic. Of course much also depends on general situation at the market itself, but considering that the team is working really hard and that we will surely hear a lot of good news from them the price could easily beat the ATH, which was around 0.3 USD if I'm not mistaken? But I also think that could well go much higher than that. Let's wait and see |

Guys this is really a good news! But now when I have checked DNotes LinkedIn page I have seen that you have not posted the news there. And als that you had not posted there anything for a while. Is there a good reason for that? I think that LinkedIn, like other social channels is great way to spread the news and present the company in the best and the most professional light. Just my thought...I think that you should also regularly update your LinkedIn page. At least from my experience many investors/users/potential investors, actually does also check LinkedIn page when doing reasearch |

Since CoinMarketcap does not recognize any active DNotes markets, and our only market right now is NLexch (not recognized by CMC), I am reporting what's going on with that market once a day so that we can all be apprised of the current market price for DNotes.
I'm also participating as a buyer trying to accumulate more DNotes with minimal impact on the market. My strategy is to place limit buy orders and only buy the sell side when I see an order that is significantly lower than the next ask price until the gap between bid and ask closes.
Today the low price was 226 Satoshi and the high price was 548 Satoshi with the last price being 301 Satoshi, or 0.022494 USD.
The 24 hour volume is 38325.24 NOTE. The current highest bid is 237 and lowest ask is 300.

Thank you for asking, Amadeus82. We are at the final stages of legal documentation and preparation of our Reg. D 506 (c) PPM (Private Placement Memorandum). Ziliak Law, LLC in Chicago, IL completed the final draft copy yesterday and it has just been transferred to Reg D Resources in Denver, CO. It is now in the process of being converted to a presentation grade PPM. Meanwhile, a compliance web portal is being developed to accommodate this specific project. Conservatively, we should be ready to file with the SEC towards the end of June. We are spending more time and money on this project than normal. This is because we want to have a good start in transition to our main funding round using Reg. A+ Mini-IPO to raise up to $50 million from accredited and non-accredited investors worldwide. It will be heavily promoted. That is the time we want to put DNotes Global on the world map, so to speak. Please understand that our first round, Reg. D 506 (c) is an exempt offering only available to verified accredited investors. There is an approval process incorporated into our web portal to limit access to only accredited investors.
