242  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: One currency to rule them all? on: February 24, 2018, 01:46:07 PM
Bitcoin can be surpassed by any Altcoins that are more efficient and more useful than the current bitcoin, because of its high fee and slower transaction(I always blame the traffic anyways) Some people said that Ethereum can surpass it cause almost all of the upcoming ICO project are being based on erc20.

This are all just assumptions, theories and unproven claims that they can perform well compared to bitcoin. They need to reach the scale in which bitcoin is operating in first, which is several thousands of transactions per day, before it can be recognized as the altcoin which surpassed bitcoin.
243  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 10 years and no country has approved Bitcoin ?? on: February 24, 2018, 01:28:00 PM
Yes no country can ban bitcoin as long as internet is there on planet earth no country can ban bitcoin bitcoin is future
Actually they can. The government can implement laws that make the use of cryptos illegal; though people can still use it. Like how marijuanas are banned in certain countries but there are people who use it without the knowledge of authorities.
244  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Prediction bitcoin in the future on: February 24, 2018, 01:10:53 PM
I think bitcoin will follow the same trend as last year being--bullish on the last quarter of the year. After that, we would have more people learning about cryptocurrencies due to the price being a focus of attention of the media.
245  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin bull run begins now? on: February 24, 2018, 12:05:57 PM
No it has not started yet it will take two to three days to bitcoin to shoot up to the higher prices still it is giving chances to the people to come and buy bitcoin at lower values and sit on the train to profit pool,
How come you know that in two to three days bitcoin's price would shoot up? You know, no one can time the market as it is all just a speculation. One thing is for sure though, this year will be a roller coaster ride; alternating bear and bull markets.
246  Local / Pilipinas / Re: I lose some of my money. on: February 19, 2018, 07:28:24 AM
I bought my bitcoins at the height of 15k dollars and I keep on losing money. Is there still a chance that it will go up more that 15k dollars?

im a newbie to this crypto stuff.
247  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Dagdag supply on: February 19, 2018, 07:18:43 AM
248  Economy / Economics / Re: Markets and cryptomarkets reluctant to grow on: February 19, 2018, 07:03:20 AM
crypto is a speculative market, right now imo, the price is at a nice level--not overpriced unlike last december where the price obviously looks manipulated. People at this moment seem to "speculate" less and as a result, prices are cconsolidating.
249  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your favorite ICO on: February 19, 2018, 06:53:00 AM
My favorite ICO is electroneum and INS. They both reached their hardcap,  decent concept, strong team and a healthy community. I just wish I had put more money in this project as this would surely appreciate  when their roadmap is completed.
250  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you trust chart analysts? on: February 19, 2018, 04:31:28 AM
I don't fully trust TA, the crypto market is easily swayed by whales and news. But is can still be used as reference if used to a more established cryptocurrencies like eth an btc as they have the least susceptibility to pump and dumps.
251  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Too many ICOs on: February 16, 2018, 02:49:01 AM
Indeed, there are too many ICO at this moment but it shouldn't be hard to find good projects since we have many ico review sites like icobench and icorating. Besides, a good ICO will shine on itself even without much advertisment as they focus on the development of the project—one should keep an eye for those.
252  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Invest in ethereum 2018? on: February 16, 2018, 02:40:32 AM
We had the chance to buy before at $800-ish, now its steadily increasing. Buy now if you can afford it because it could possibly reach $1500 on Q2 this year. Besides, eth is a good coin with a strong team— continuously improving.
253  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: LTC Hardfork? on: February 16, 2018, 01:53:46 AM
Good for the hodlers bago magkaroon ng rumors, makakapag benta sila at a high price. Consequently, kawawa ung mga bibili pa lang dahil scam daw ung fork ayon sa tweet ni Charlie Lee.
254  Economy / Economics / Re: Economy in your country on: February 16, 2018, 01:45:25 AM
No recognizable impact of cryptocurrency on our economy as well—It only benefits the individual's quality of living. Maybe if the technology became on par with bitcoin such that you can buy from stores using bitcoin (not many of them here), then we'll see a significant change.
255  Local / Pilipinas / Re: how to secure my account in my wallet address on: February 16, 2018, 01:13:35 AM
last time i heard my colleague that his account was hacked.he showed me some of his tokens hacked. is there an apps or any software so i can secure my accounts beside my password?
If your earnings in crypto-currencies amount to around 2 months worth of your salary, it is advised you use hardware wallets like trezor or ledger nano. It is the most secure way of storing all the coins you own (as long as you know what you are doing).
256  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin predictions rise in what month ? on: February 16, 2018, 12:55:52 AM
The price seems to consolidate around this time of the year, every year but as long as the price at Q2 of this year is @$10k+,  I think it could reach ATH on december, like what happened last year.
257  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Supply of Bitcoin will be lessen when its owner die? on: February 16, 2018, 12:19:59 AM
When someone dies without anyone knowing his private keys, those bitcoins are practically gone as no one can access it. This things can be avoided by storing the keys on an external hardware like a flashdrive or better yet, print it out in paper.
258  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin remain dominant on: February 15, 2018, 01:24:29 PM
It will probably remain dominant as it has the pioneers advantage; I say dominant, but it could only be ahead of all other cryptocurrencies by just a few percentage in terms of market cap.
259  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin fall below $5000? on: February 12, 2018, 01:01:18 AM
I'm waiting for the Chinese new year to pass, I'm guessing they will buy a lot more now that they are finished with their celebration and unnecessary spending. If prices didn't increase by then, even a little bit, expect a downward trend toward 5k or lower.
260  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why there are certain exchanger have been hijack/hack? on: February 12, 2018, 12:57:23 AM
Hacking every user of their funds takes too much effort with so little rewards. Which is why hackers just try to crack where all coins congregate to make the effort worth it. I believe the reason for it is plain greed, not some malicious intent for the whole crypto space.
