242  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: [Airdrop] ❂❂❂ Licensium ❂❂❂ Airdrop 1.000.000 LCX - Your thoughts? on: October 05, 2017, 11:19:24 AM
The question is should we think on making an airdrop short after pre-sales or 1 month before ico?  The Idea of the airdrop is currently discussed but we do not want to harm pre-sales. So I could think of making an airdrop after successful pre-sales, maybe...

Any1 got experience with making airdrop after pre-sales?
243  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: All airdrops are ponzi schemes? on: October 05, 2017, 11:03:24 AM
How can you say that all airdrops are ponzi scheme. Ponzi is that, where a person or company generate returns for old members by getting new people into the system and no guarantee of anything and no real earning source. in airdrop, you got free coins without putting a single penny out of pocket and no money transaction happen.

Well I for my part only ask why some people telling that all airdrops are ponzi schemes, to understand airdrops better. I did not make any statement, i made a question!
244  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to start trading alt coins? Beginner Tips! on: October 05, 2017, 10:05:39 AM
First start trading small amounts

Most important at start! Agree with that!

Increase trading budget as your knowledge and experience increases!

Nobody reads the OP anymore? That's the problem with signature campaigns.

Sadly but true! Thanks for pointing that out!
Yeah man, that's another thing for mods and signature managers to keep an eye on.

These days it's all about the post count. It's creating mindless zombies.

Thank you again!

That you telling cannot be said too often! I agree that there should be more awareness about it!
248  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to start an successful ico on: October 05, 2017, 07:31:46 AM
In order to be successful, you ICO has to have a novel idea. A revolutionising idea! Without such a strong and robust fundamental, your ICO will be a fiasco. Doesn't matter about team and pr and other things. Idea first!

In the eyes of ICO investors and token buyers these days, you may be right.

But in reality, an idea is actually less important than being able to execute.  Entrepreneurs usually try to keep their ideas in secrecy because they think they are so valuable.  Venture Capitalists will tell entrepreneurs to scream out their ideas in public and see that nobody will steal their ideas, because there are so many ideas floating out their, but few can execute them.

After only 1-2 years, there are already multiple projects that want to store data in the cloud, multiple projects doing prediction models, multiple projects doing casinos, multiple projects creating anonymous coins, multiple debit cards, multiple investment funds, multiple real estate blockchains, etc., etc., etc.

Very few ICO projects show that they can execute.  Few can prove that they can write software, because they don't have any to show you.  Having a MVP (minimum viable product) is no guarantee that the team can execute, but it serves as much more evidence that they will be able to execute than not having any software.

There have been crypto projects that raised a lot of money and have not given evidence that they will execute.  In the coming years, you will see this number explode.

This is what is unfortunate.  The ICOs with the best marketing will get most of the money, but much of this money will be lost.

I understand your points but there are lots of tools which are currently used to protect intellectual properties and codes. I know it is wxpensive to protect an IP, but if the idea is great that is the only way!

"protect intellectual properties" ?  Are you referring to patents and copyrights?  Isn't that the anti-thesis of the cryptocurrency space?  When the coin is owned by thousands of holders, who is supposed to own the patents?  Are you saying that the software should NOT be open source?

We are talking about digital content creators, licensing, copyright distribution and monetizing such digital content!

249  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to get fast rich in crypto world? on: October 05, 2017, 07:26:03 AM
I respect VTC's experience drafted on its first page. Not many business experts freely shares their ups and downs for the welfare of others. Beginners are always appreciated and welcomed to learn from experts and experienced on their own field. Getting richer might be easier but stability in being rich is much challenging. More experience in money managing is required.

Thank you for your understanding! And I totally agree with you, once you earned some wealth you need to keep it stable financial wise and life wise! That seems to be the hardest part!
250  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: [BOUNTY]❂LICENSIUM❂ Licensing, copyright and monetizing LCX incl. Dividends on: October 05, 2017, 06:23:54 AM
Reminder: You need to join Slack in order to add you on tracker sheet. No Slack = no LCX distribution to you!

Hi,

I just joined into Signature + Wide Forum posting campaign and I'm 'JJ Dabbs' in slack.
May I suggest you to add #signature_campaign channel there. As per your requirement for screenshot on every post, the main channel will become a real mess very soon.

Good luck with the project!

Hello!

Thatīs good news! Really appreciate that you joined the signature bounty!!! Grin Grin Grin

Yes I agree with your suggestions! There are different channels on Slack already. There was just no time to split all the user up regarding the bounties they signed up!

Cheers!

Thanks Smiley

I have few more suggestions:

1. Why you are requiring screenshot on every post? This is much more time consuming than just check posts every few days on members profile page? Like every other bounty campaign is doing.

If you want to be sure that the users are wearing a proper signature all the time, there are automatic services to check users profiles few times per day what signature are they wearing.

2. Update your signature with more links. Currently Senior+ is having only one link to your site. Even 'LICENSIUM' is not a url which is mistake.

3. Senior+ signature is too big for some browsers/user settings.

Regards

Thank you for all suggestions! We are actually already working on the points you mentioned and are aware of all you said... yet its a living and growing project. So we did start some period back and adapt continuously to meet proper standards.

1. Website release  04.- 05.2017
2. New signatures are work in progress (hopefully finished today)
3. Friday new tracking & proof rules (hopefully scripts will  be ready, otherwise we assigned 2 persons to check manually posting and signatures behaviors ( similar technique as you suggest)

Thank you again for caring! Much appreciated!

Glad we have you on board!

Sunny greetings!
251  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to start trading alt coins? Beginner Tips! on: October 04, 2017, 07:44:46 PM
There are some rules for altccoin trading which are given below.
1 Make a habit to read the bitcoin talk thread daily.
2 Always buy top 50 coin for trade.
3 Book always small profit for making big portfolio.
4 Signup on bittrex and poloniex for altcoin trading.
5 In starting, only see the trend and undr stand them. it will teach you where have to buy and sell.

Thx for your input and view!
Maybe I'll be a bit clarified as to why to pick a coin from a top 50 coin to buy (maybe top 20 coins better) you can buy altcoin that has a huge marketcap at least top 20 coin in big exchange like bittrex, poloniex. etc when you buy a coin that has a large market cap then your orderm will quickly filled and will certainly speed up your profits as well #imo

Top 20 is already hard to mange for newbies. I would suggest  3- 5 coins max for first 1 - 2 month. What you think? If you new to trading it will be hard to mange 20 or 50 coins...
He didnt mention that you would need to trade up 20 coins. As he said you would choose those coins in the ranking on top 20 which is also a good suggestion. Trading on how many coins depending on how much money you can allocate on each coin but as a complete newbie better to trade off 1-2 would be sufficient specially if you are a active kind of trader.

Oh sorry my bad! Yes choosing from top 20 coins could be seen as proper advise for beginner. Yet they need to research about every single coin they would chose from those top 20.

Thanks for pointing that out!

Beginners trap mate, you think by providing some uneducated tips you are gaining newbies trust to invest in your ICO? I have a few tips of my own to give

Stop believing that every ICO has potential to earn profit for you, from 1000 ICOs only 1 is legit. rest of them are nothing but scams, when someone posts a

Thread to announce their project, first thing to make sure is to check if you can click on their team members social accounts, if you only see a picture then

You know they're giving fake information. if you are trying to become a successful trader then start by investing on Btc-Eth-Ltc.

... well 1 under 10.000 must be like that!

Some people need love and acceptance more than they need advise!

Thank you for spreading FUD! One day you will be loved too!

P.s.: If you would invest some of your valuable time you would easily find out that there are no fake persons involved in our project. You make accusations with 0 proof just of the sake of FUD.
254  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: All airdrops are ponzi schemes? on: October 04, 2017, 07:23:32 PM
I personally never participated in any airdrop as there are voices around that ALL airdrops are ponzi schemes!

Whats your thought about this "statement"?

Can some1 give deeper insight and background info about the airdrop principle and why some people telling its a ponzi scheme or MLM technique?

We (Licensium Team) where thinking months back on airdrop but decided to go the ico way!

Thx in advance!

Your argument is not only faulty but also wrong because we have seen several airdrops that have gone to be a mainstream currency and create a space for itself despite coming late. A perfect example I can think of now is GByte which was an airdrop and gained the confidence of the community and now I read where an ICO is accepting it as a means of payment along side will BTC, and ETH. To make assumption without any fault, there is need for proper understanding of what the project is all about.

It is not my argument. I ask why some people saying that all airdrops are bonzi schemes. Please pay attention and not let me look like I attacked airdrops. I donīt . I ask to learn!!!

Thank you!
255  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: All airdrops are ponzi schemes? on: October 04, 2017, 07:21:39 PM

you are wrong, airdrop does not have a triangle scheme. not ponzi as you say, you should check first before you comment, I think need insight and knowledge ..

I never said that! I ask why people saying that airdrops are ponzi schemes. You probably misread it! Thank you for your understanding!
256  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to get fast rich in crypto world? on: October 04, 2017, 07:19:16 PM
I think it's not easy to become rich fast although the crypto market has many chances, for you must have a strong belief that the coins you hold have a bright future, otherwise you must be well informed and good at dump-and-pump
I too feel its easy to become richer in crypto world. Whats needed here is, the dedication, smart and hardwork with your own skills. Need to be true to yourself. Crypto will support you a lot.

^^^^ Agree! just make small steps at beginning!
257  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to start trading alt coins? Beginner Tips! on: October 04, 2017, 07:18:23 PM

This is a very useful thread, many new traders always expect fast and easy income without the risk of this. They just catch the basic rules of 'less sellers', they forget that many coins are required for trading with those coins that you are investing in them.

Thank you very much! Glad you see it as useful!

Airdrops are a brilliant way to build a network.

You could call it a "reverse ICO model".

The only way a token/coin takes off is if you have enough users.

By GIVING AWAY tokens, holders have the option of using it without investing any money upfront.

If they use it, and like it... a certain percentage will continue using it and become core users.

Best run Airdrop I've seen so far is in my SIG.

Well if you need to care a signature I wouldn't call it airdrop m8

Thatīs what 80% in this thread are saying...  Airdrop is FREE   caring a signature is a service and maybe called bounty!
