So I got an extra $300 to invest in Crypto. I already have over $100 sitting in Bitcoin so I was thinking put the rest in an altcoin or two. What do you think the best altcoin to invest in right now is? Only catch to this question is the crypto must be usable at overstock.com in case I want to spend some.
I have tried to invest with ethereum and I could that it is a good start to invest. I have tried to invest and gained a good profit through it. It is also the best time to purchase ethereum since the values are low right now. $300 is also a good start for us to earn. |

I am not buying anymore since I've prepared and bought enough coins which ai think is good foa a long term hold. I would prefer to hold and wait for the best time to sell. However, if I were to buy, I would only be buying bitcoin and ethereum since both are rising and reaching a good value. |

Better buy now because the prices of cryptocurrencies are getting high now. It would be a loss if you'll buy when the prices are high. If you would want to maximize your gain, you should learn to buy when the prices are low. Be sure to choose what to buy as well. |

ether is at a very low price for now since it is stable at a price of $275-$300. It was about $800 3-4 months back and it might recover the price soon.
Considering it's ATH this must be a great price to buy some ether as it will return some good gains.
Ethereum is in deep dip but we must take advantage about it because it is really the best time for us to purchase more of it. If we're not going to buy at this time, we might lose the opportunity of gaining a better profit once the market fully recovers. Be wise in buying and selling because that is the secret. |

I am new in the crypto world and I look for something to invest in and make a good profit around x10 for beginning. I think that it is better to look for x10 profit than something like x100. Can you tell me if you believe something will see the x10 rise in price soon? Greetings!
There are lots of good coins which could give us a passive income and a profit which might reach10x higher than usual. It would be better if we'll choose a coin with an active developer to get rid of uncertain losses. I guess bitcoin and ethereum would be the perfect choice. |

The title of this thread is bit provocative, but the fact is that most people have a bad experience with airdrops. According to several airdrop hunters I spoke to, the majority ICOs don't pay out at all.
What's your experience with airdrops? Did you get scammed most of the times?
Of all the hundreds of airdrops that I have joined, I only had 5% which paid enough. It is really disappointing that after a long time of waiting, I still end up with nothing. I should've not wasted my time for it if I only knew that such thing would happen |

There would always be a good coin for you to invest with. You should just be smart enough to choose the best one. If you don't want to take the risk of investing, then just stick to holding an ethereum. There's no way for you to doubt about it because it has proven us a lot. |

Most altcoins these days really have it's potential and it is just for us to choose which the best one to invest with. However, if I would really have to choose, I would stick to ethereum and LTC since these two are proven profitable through a long term hold. I'll choose the alts which has proven me a lot. |

Currently the cryptocurrency market is going through a big correction (especially to those who have recently joined). We are seeing coins lose 30-50% of its value in a few days and everyone is panicking. These are the times that will define who will succeed in this market and who will fail. You have to keep your emotions in check and be confident that once you have done proper research in the coins you have invested in they will go up when the market rebounds. Corrections are inevitable and is needed for the overall market to grow. So if you are feeling overwhelmed by the drastic decline in your portfolios just take a few days off and enjoy some sunshine. If you want to be aggressive throw some more fiat into the game and take advantage of the low prices.
We can't do anything about it. We can't even change it so it would be better if we'll just stick on holding and waiting for the right time to sell because through that, we would be able to gain what we want and the profit that we are aiming for. There is no better way to get a good profit during this time but just to wait. |

I believe that it is still best to buy altcoins during the dip because the profit that we might gain once the market recovers again is promising. Buying this dip is a good preparation for a profitable ling term holding so better start storing altcoins as long as it is cheap. |

Sometime i get frustrated either to quite the crypto business or to give it a second thought due to what is going on in the entire crypto-community, were there are no more trust. I have carry out a proper research on myself and i found out that am losing to cryptocurrency.

Cryptocurrency actually needs a lot of patience and willingness to wait. There would actually be a circumstances whete the market strikes it's lowest condition but we should learn how to cope up and deal with it. We won't lose the best value of we are willing to wait. |

It's hard to predict since the market has been so unstable and it is always changing. I think even if the market turns green , it would still turn red at times because it's not what we call the bull market yet. Better start buying more and just try to hold more as well. |

The present situation of the market has caused panic into the minds of some crypto enthusiasts. Some have not seen so much dip as this. One thing i know is that, crypto is very volatile. So no matter how much it falls, it will definitely rise back. Just watch out for what will happen in few weeks' time.
I will only urge you to wait and do not sell in panic.

You are not actually lossing your money but rather the prices of your holdings are just dropping down it's value but you should not fear about it. The dip is just a part of cryptocurrency's votality so we must bear with it. Start buying more and try to continue holding. |

Given the year that 2017 has been, what are your predictions for 2018 for cryptos? will Bitcoin continue to rise? I think governments will be involved more in cryptos in 2018, more regulation maybe?
I think cryptocurrency would be able to reach every corners of the world and would reach more people which could influence more individual to invest which may affect the future of crypto. It is hard to predict the prices of bitcoin but I believe that it could still hit the best value this year. |

However, I still believe that ethereum is worth for a long term hold so I am holding mine. It depends on how much you need it. I think it is important that you'll know the potential of your coin so that you won't have any regrets in the future if ever the coin reach the best value. Try to read their whitepaper to know the future of it and it's platforms. However, the best thing to do during this dip is to hold until you reach the best value. |
