now i can see mining chips in hot water heaters, hot tubs, pools, heated floors etc.. but TVs? just dont see any upside.
If this tv will collect data on what we watch, there will be a decentralization of tv ratings. The accuracy of tv rating in my country is B.S, there are two who rates tv audience viewing here, and they both contradict each other. maybe they picked TVs because many people have theirs connected to the internet. mine is not, and no TV of mine ever will be (sometimes temporarily for a firmware update but then its disconnected again). but thats likely just me; i use a HTPC for delivering stuff to my TV.
Canaan might not be doing good in marketing, they will be needing more ways on how they will sell their miners. |

Paano?Nabalitaan nyo na ba yung tungkol sa report badges? May napupusuang report badge image si theymos at isa sa mga iyon ay gawa ng pinoy! Pakiusap, wag na po nating i-flood ang topic na iyon. Paano ba ang pagreport?Mayroon ng guide para dito pero hindi pa sya naka-pinned post. Sa may time na mag-translate nito, sana bagyuhin ka ng merit. Ito po ang Filipino translation para sa mga medyo nosebleed na kagaya ko.

I think this whole ANN thread to be deleted (now it has 147 pages) or all the posts of airdrop participants to be deleted. This is the shittiest airdrop campaign I have seen in a long time in bitcointalk. Because it says, participants should be shared their referral link in the thread. I consider all those participants as just underworld spammers and don't have any desire to add value to the forum. The OP of that ANN thread don't have any clue about forum rules and other members just blindly follows OP for few shitcoins.
It's not an ANN thread, it's a bounty thread. It will be deleted if it's posted on Announcements (Altcoins) section, bounties and airdrops are not allowed on that board. The only problem is the referral link, participants might be banned because of it. |

This is embarrassing. Just when I thought Russians and Indonesians were the most active forum users, and here are my fellow countrymen; proactive in joining bounties. Some of them didn't even bother to post on our local board. 2. It is not an example of multiaccounting?

If this is not allowed (giveaway thread) then how about bounties that are asking for proof of authentications or asking to post weekly reports? The posters are actually getting incentives (tokens) for posting those reports/proof of authentications.
Posting giveaway threads, and weekly social media links outside the bounty board is not allowed. But there are some users who are lost, and they post their weekly reports on a topic that was posted on ANN Altcoins board which only add as spam. There are two pinned posts on bounty section that allows us to post our weekly reports: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2284371.0Anyone posting info from their bounty application (usernames, addresses, etc.) or anything alongside the lines of "joined X", "looking forward to getting X", "thanks for the opportunity", "filled out form", "signed up for X", "applied", "following / liked / retweeted X" when such data is not required or the requirement is against the forum's rules risk having their account banned. These are extremely low quality posts generate massive amounts of spam, drowning out any legitimate discussion these threads may posses.

I was just wondering if mods will delete a topic that I started, and if they will also delete a locked topic started by someone if I reported it. Both of these topics are on archival section. There are also locked thread, and only the word "delete" or "please delete" is posted, why mods are not deleting those threads?

Every living thing have the instinct to reproduce, but some would fight the urge, and refuse even if it's capable. We, on top of the food chain, have the choice.
Every people around my country almost have the same ideology when it comes to marriage, and why it is important to them. Every time I meet with a relative, an old friend, and few acquaintances, they all have the same reason why I need to marry and have a child. Their reason; I will be needing my child to take care of me when I grow old. It was an absurd reason for me. It's easy to have a child, but the way of his/her life will be uncertain.
I want my child to have an impact to our society, but I am not certain if it will be positive or negative. I want my child to grow, and contribute for the betterment of society, but I have no control over my child's future.
I may consider marriage, but I will not choose to have my own child for now or never.

I was trying to think of a way of communicating bitcoin's features within a decent marketing framework that would allow it to connect better with the general public. And this silly idea is the best I could come up with.  PayPal and credit cards know every transaction you deal with. They have your data, your invoice which they can sell to companies without your consent, and they won't even bother to split a share for you. Bitcoin won't know what store you used it for. Bitcoin can't sell your data to companies. In short, bitcoin doesn't care who you are. - it's all I can come up with! |
