I think SEC will postpone Bitcoin ETF on September, 30 again and price of BTC will fall lower. Whales need more time to buy and accumulate cheap Bitcoin as much as possible and launch ETF after that happens only because after ETF approval we will see new moon.

I think 80% of ICOs will not release their product in 2018-2019 because they are scams and 20% will release the product but nobody will use it. So many alts will die in 2018-2019.

But our crypto market will recover after new big money of instituonal investors will come to crypto after ETF on Bitcoin approval in the end of 2018 or early 2019. ICOs will be regulated by SEC and after that new ICOs will release real decentralized product for crowd that will be successfully used.

I think BTC Dominance is rising up because people sell alts and ICOs are selling their ETH to Bitcoin and exchange bitcoin to fiat to move money out from crypto market to real life.

But good sign is that someones are buying and accumulating  all that Bitcoin for new big pump after ETF on Bitcoin approval sooner or later.

I hope you are right and we will see new ATH again in Bitcoin and some great alts like Etherium, NEO, QuarkChain, Zilliqa. All we are waiting for ETF  on Bitcoin approval because we need new money in crypto to pump it up.

You can't invest much money in good ICOs now because good ICOs have small individual caps and Proof-of-Loves.
Pre-sale stage has vesting or locks. So when your deposit will be big (more then 50 ETH) you will have some problems with investing in good ICOs (there are small number of good ICOs and too much ETH in your deposit).

Now I use simple effective strategy:
- sell 50% on x2
- sell 25% on x3
- sell 12.5% on x4
- hodl for long term last 12.5% (more then 1 year)

If ICO is trading under ICO price after listing on exchange I buy more when price is 0.5x and HODL.

Buy good alts like ETH, EOS, NEO now because they are so cheap now! I think they will rise up in few months after crypto market reversal. I'm sure it will reversal because ETF on Bitcoin will be approved sooner or later.

About $300 for ETH in 2018, unbelievably cheap! I think we will never see so cheap Etherium again in the future. Many ICOs sold their raised ETH and dumped the price. They will regret about it in few months when ETH will be $1000 again.

They don't need our money because crowd has small amounts. They need big money of many ICOs so manipulators dump crypto market to force ICOs sell their funds cheap (force to make panic sell). Statistics: ICOs raised about $6B in 2017 and $6B in 2018!

I like people like this topic starter because they don't beleive in crypto and decentralization and must get out! Beleivers and HODLer like us will survive and get rich because it's just manipulators dumping crypto. Manipulators will pump all crypto again when all unbelievers will get out and real HODLers will be rich.

In my opinion $5000-6000 is the best range to buy Bitcoin because it will never fall below $5000. ETF on Bitcoin will be approved soon and price will moon again because rich institutional investors will buy it and HODL.

I think after approving ETF on Bitcoin SEC will approve ETF on Eth and Vitalik will release Casper and Plazma. Eth's price will rise above $1000 after that, HODL for 1-2 years.

Unfortunately there are no new buyers on crypto market now so crypro has small chances to grow in August. But in September we can see the growth because awaiting of SEC's decision about ETF on Bitcoin so institutional investore will come here to buy crypto and pump it up.

According to the current crypto market situation there no altcoins which can give x3-x4 in short term because ther is down trend on all altcoins. Wait for reversal of the crypto market and choose to buy alts only after reversal.

I recommend to research these ICOs: BlockCloud, CertiK, Spatium and QuickX - best projects can give us good ROIs after listing on big Exchanges after ICO but DYOR.

I want to invest in 2 ICOs:
1) Blockcloud (for flip because OKex and KuCoin invested = listing on that Exchanges after ICO)
2) QuickX (for long term because my dream can come true when will buy coffee and pay with my own QuickQ crypto-credit card).

Even in bear market good ICOs give x2-x3 ROIs, for example Hitchain, DxChain, Metronome. But it's very difficult to find and choose such projects but I can recommend to research ICO QuickX and Spatium which will be launched soon.

I think ICO Origo Network is #1 in August because they are making scalable privacy preserving platform for Decentralized Applications and big venture funds invested on Private Sale.

I can recommend several coins i've already invested for long term to sell when new bull run will come: QuarkChain, NKN, OneLedger, CardStack, Seele, FuzeX but don't forget to DYOR!

I think it's good time to buy cheap ETC for my long term investment portfolio because US-based investors will buy ETC on Coinbase and ETC price will be increasing slowly next months.

I don't invest more then 5% of my deposit in one ICO because it's my money management. If several ICO which i invested will fail and show 0.9x or lower ROI this will have a slight impact on the size of my investment portfolio.
