241  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bearish trend is over on: February 19, 2018, 06:02:48 AM
Since bitcoin and the cryptocurrencies markets get into bearish trend since December 16, 2017 we have seeing alot of comments and post about people and traders asking were is the bottom and should we buy and hold?  I think personally, the downward trend is over when bitcoin push above $10,250 and $10,850 this morning!  The bullish trend has been trigger and bitcoin is going to break the December high of $19,000 and move above that level towards $25,000 before we can see another major bearish again. What did you think?

Absolutely, as I have read the candle stick graph the price is now on bullish side. Let's just wait until the price goes up and I think it will exceed the last year's price as speculated by experts. I think the price will move slowly but it is now going up. I am so happy that I really hold and wait for this perfect timing. Let's just still monitor the trend and hope for the best to all of us.
242  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you trust chart analysts? on: February 19, 2018, 05:50:55 AM
Do you really trust chart analyst?lot of people predict bitcoin price with chart analyst.but i don't trust them.i think bitcoin price and other crypto price depend on supply, demand and NEWS.

Yes. You really need to know, believe and understand the chart or graph so that you will have ideas on when is the best time to buy or sell. It shows the historical flows and the average of prices throughout the months and it will really give you information. So, it is better to learn on how to read the graph specially the candle stick. News, can also be helpful to us but you should check if it is reliable because you might ended up in wrong decisions.
243  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should I keep my BTC now? on: February 19, 2018, 01:33:42 AM
Hi guys! I have been hold my BTC for a long time but now it's completely down and I started to think about selling it. My friend is very good trader and he advised me to keep all my BTC now and try to get some free coins from different forks because when BTC will be completely down forks will be more actual and valuable. That's why I am here to ask you how to get that fork coins for free? I have found very good fork calling Bitcoin Interest but I just can't understand how to do that.  Tell me please the best way to do that. Thanks in advance !

Yes. You better to hold your Bitcoin now specially that the price is lower as compared last year. You are not actually incurring loss not until you sell it. It's only just a paper or digital loss. Just be patient to wait until the price goes up again. There are speculations that Bitcoin will rise up soon so don't lose hope because Bitcoin is too big to lose and this is our future investment.
244  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What do I have to learn in trading? on: February 18, 2018, 03:35:54 PM
I'm a complete newbie but I am eager to learn how to trade and make some good profits can anyone help me so that I won't make many mistakes in trading? Any Tips?

For you to become a better trader, you better to read the news about the forecast of Bitcoin and other crypto currencies and then make plans about it. It is better to understand of what altcoins you want to invest on of what are the nature of their coins or what are their intentions in the future, something like that, that will have a great impact on the price. Also, try to learn on how to read the candle stick graph for you to be able to understand deeply on what will happen in the coming days. You will see if the prices are bullish or bearish, or will go up or down, etc. It is really a great experience so just don't be afraid to learn new things, it is only part of your success in the future. Goodluck.
245  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: was trading beneficial for you? on: February 18, 2018, 08:37:32 AM
For all the people who started trading with dreams to become rich.
How has your journey been so far.
Was there a net profit or loss till now.
Do mention from when you started trading and what amount in total did you loose or gain.
Also some mistakes that you would never repeat?

As of right now, there is a loss on my trading journey however I really learned a lot and still trying to understand the trading in Bitcoin and Altcoins. At first, you really need to become patient most specially seeing your investments dropping. In my journey, I realized that all we need to do is to hold and wait until we have reached the desired income. We need to be updated in news about Bitcoin forecast and understand on how to read the price graph like candle stick graph. It is really a learning experience and then at the end point it will be beneficial to you and later on you will earn much income.
246  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do people want Bitcoin? on: February 18, 2018, 04:09:00 AM
Why do people want Bitcoin?

Bitcoins act as new currencies in the digital age. It can cross borders without any banks or governments.

The recent boom in Bitcoin may be great news for those who put money here early. But it also made it possible for Bitcoin to become a distant currency.

I can now use my Bitcoin number to buy stuff at Overstock or book a hotel at Expedia. But if I use Bitcoin to buy $ 25 on the Overstock today, and next week Bitcoin prices will increase fourfold, I'll feel that stock is $ 100. If Bitcoin loses its price, at least I still have the stock to use.

Bitcoins are considered as a kind of asset, instead of currency, with great profit expectations later on.

People wants Bitcoin because they are hoping that someday they lives will change by earning from trading. Many people have already changed their lives because they earned so much from holding it for a long time ago then sell as they have reached the desired income. Trading in Bitcoin can reduce the proverty rate and can help the people in our society to live better and easier. Bitcoin can be use in daily lives wherein we can use it to buy or pay our monthly expenses thru online that has no charge and hassle free. So we better to invest now and hold because there are speculations that Bitcoin will rise up.
247  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it good time to buy BTC? on: February 17, 2018, 04:22:37 AM
as bitcoin price has come too low from 17000$ to 11000$ , im just curious now will it will decrease more?

is it a right time to buy btc??
what are the chances of bitcoin rise?

Buy low and sell high is still the best strategy so since the price is low, today is the best time to buy and then hold because Bitcoin price will rise up too soon. We all know that there are so many dips in just a month so there is a possibility that Bitcoin will increase drastically in just a month as well. Bitcoin is too big to lose to don't lose hope if prices drops but instead take that as opportunity to buy additional investments. For us to jump higher we need to bend our knees so I think that Bitcoin will be bullish the following months. So let's just be patient for it and keep on monitoring.
248  Economy / Economics / Re: what benefits you've got from bitcoin in 2017 on: February 16, 2018, 04:39:03 PM
year is almost changed, what have you got from bitcoin this year (2017), I personally benefited a lot from this crypto currency, I am an unemployed because in my country difficult to get a job, I really helped by the bitcoin, I can give a little money to my parents and it makes me happy to help the family economy Smiley , and my hope in the next year I hope to be better in doing all the tasks and hope to be able to work in the real world, what about you? and what motivation mu for the year to come?

Bitcoin helps me to lessen my daily expenses and to save money in the future. Actually, I just started to trade in Bitcoin since early 2017 and I just got curious and then got hooked into it becuase for me this is a new type of future investments that helps many people to make their lives better and easier. Also, we can use Bitcoin to pay our monthly bills thru online such as water, electricity, insurance and many more without any hassle and free of charge. Bitcoin can really reduce the poverty rate around the world so hopefully that the Government must see the goodness and benefit of it.
249  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: When to Buy bitcoin? on: February 16, 2018, 07:00:56 AM
Hi! ☺️ I just want to ask when to buy or sell bitcoin? I don't want to lose money.. I mean we can't avoid to lose if we're just beginner but atleast we can find ways to prevent it right?

Just buy now. Today is the best time to buy and then hold until you have reached the desired income. Just buy low and sell high is still the best strategy and be patient to wait even if the price drops or decreasing. Just invest the money you can afford to lose and be ready to take the risk because in trading it is very unpredictable. I guarantee you that Bitcoin is too big too lose so just invest now and hold as there are speculations that Bitcoin will rise up too soon.
250  Economy / Economics / Re: Is bitcoin dead? on: February 16, 2018, 04:42:52 AM
I think it is.

Bitcoin use adoption has stalled. Media interest has dissipated. Prices have only slowly continued to decline for a long time now. Bitcoin securities have always been and still are a complete mess, with a near 100% failure (scam/fraud/incompetence/etc) rate. Mining has been concentrated in the hands of a few giant players, eliminating much of the advantage/security/democracy of thousands of individuals being the money processors. Alternative forms of online payment with US dollars (and other fiat currencies) are now cheaper, faster, and more secure than bitcoin (and of course far more usable to buy/sell real goods/services), eliminating any of its advantages as a payment system. Continued decline of bitcoin and strength in fiat currencies has put the lie to the idea of bitcoin as a store of value; there are far better more reliable hedges against inflation. Meanwhile the real economy is firing on all cylinders, stock markets are at all time highs, corporate earnings are higher than ever, unemployment is low, etc. Even amid the boom, no one cares about bitcoin any more. Bitcoin was a fad that lasted a few years, and is now on its way to being forgotten.

Thoughts? Anyone seriously disagree with this conclusion?

Please do not entertain negative feedback because Bitcoin is too big to lose and in fact the price now is increasing slowly so it is a good indication that Bitcoin will rise up soon. We all know that there are so many dips but don't be discourage but instead take this as opportunity to invest additional coins and then hold until you have reached the desired income. There are speculations that Bitcoin will rise up soon and might surpassed the highest price last 2017 so let's be patient and wait until it happens. Bitcoin is our future so this will not end.
251  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are Bitcoins taxable? on: February 15, 2018, 08:06:44 PM
Let's Bitcoin takes off. Say you lived in the US and had an online service that dealt in the equivalent of ~20,000 USD or more income for you (personally). What are the laws for income tax on a currency like this? Can you get in trouble with the IRS by simply having tons of BTC that the market values at (currently) almost 5$ per BTC?

Bitcoin can possibly taxable because we have earnings from trading until our coins were realised. In the Philippines, it is not yet taxable as the Government not yet know how to tax and what kind of rules and regulations should be implemented that does not violate the law of the state and to its people so I think until now they need to conduct further studies about it. The Government should implement taxable income to our earnings in trading in crypto currencies. But of course the investor will get affected on this tax however it will help them for their investments protection and safety so I think that would be ok if that's the case.
252  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin become a daily currency? on: February 15, 2018, 05:02:07 AM
Bitcoin transactions are way slower than other cryptos and fees are high, and when you pay with bitcoin you pay with only fractions of it, so do you think it is possible for bitcoin to become a daily currency? Something you can use to pay for coffee? If no, then what cryptocurrency have this potential?

Bitcoin can be possibly use as our currency in daily lives however it will take so much time to check and review how secure it is. Bitcoin must be centralized so that the Government will be the one to take over it and implement some rules and regulatuions for the protection and security of investors or people who are using this crypto currency. As of now, Bitcoin can be used for fund transfer and payment of monthly bills thru online that has no hassle and free of charge. It can be used as mode of payment if we bought some stuff thru online store. Let's just hope and  enjoy the goodness of Bitcoin as of the moment and wait for the perfect timing.
253  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin now below $10,000 on: February 15, 2018, 03:28:13 AM
For some couple of days now, the price of bitcoin has been between 10k - 11k (which i actually thought would take a support at the said range).
Knowing now that it has gone below, what is your take on the current situation.

We all know that the price keeps on decreasing however that is normal in trading so don't be surprise about it. There are speculations that Bitcoin price will rise up too soon so all we need to do is to have patient to wait until we have reached the desired income. For us to jump higher, we need to bend our knees so don't lose hope. Bitcoin is too big to lose so don't be afraid if the price drops but instead take this as opportunity to buy additional investments.
254  Economy / Economics / Re: Is bitcoin really secure on: February 14, 2018, 06:59:45 AM
Some people invest some if not all of thier asset in bitcoin. They are lured by its growing up value its equivalent to fiat currency but is bitcoin really safe and secure.? What do you think.,

I think we are still not safe in Bitcoin that hackers might hack our wallets and might have get an access into it because they are now hightech this era. They can get an access anytime they want but of course their target are whales or big players of Bitcoin. But don't be afraid because I know some platforms that has security features like, Binance, Poloniex, Bittrex, etc. that they recommend to us to download Authenticator to have additional features that gives another password to log-in and cash-out. I know it is additional task to do but if it's for our protection.

256  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: HODL vs Day trading on: February 13, 2018, 05:34:09 PM
Hi. Just wanted to know u guys opinion of do the day trading and hold. Thank you in advance.

In my experience, I found that holding Bitcoin or other crypto currencies will give you much income and very hassle free because you are just awaiting for the prices to go  down to buy and then hold until you have reached the desired income.
On the other hand, day trading is also good however you really need to keep yourself updated on what Altcoins or when will the prices goes up and you must be very quick and decisive whether to sell or buy. It looks like hassle but in the long run you will cope up with the movements of prices in trading.
For me, as long as you are earning income and you really like what you do, just go for it and you can never go wrong about it because you enjoy trading or holding. Goodluck!
257  Economy / Economics / Re: Do we need regulations? on: February 12, 2018, 12:09:50 PM
How do you guys think? Do we need regulations in the crypto world? Should only ICO be regulated or legit coins (not "security tokens") too? Can we implement regulations mechanisms in code so that corrupted governmental institutions couldn't manipulate the industry? Can we still have free market with governments' regulations across the world?

Please, share your thoughts. I'm a bit confused about what's happening right now.

In my opinion, it is better to have regulations in crypto currency world for our own benefit so that we can avoid manupulations of prices and our investments will be safe and protected by regulator like the Government. However, if they will implement rules and regulations, they might impose taxations in our income but for me that is ok because that is for our own benefit. With that, many people will become more patronize into Bitcoin and they will put their money to crypto because of the security and protection by the Government and might implement to the whole world of how Bitcoin make our lives better.
258  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Hold or Trade - Which is Better? on: February 12, 2018, 08:24:02 AM
Having seen the massive rise of cryptocurrency prices in the previous year, I have seen that if one gets a coin at the right time and holds it before the prices pumps up, there would be huge gains. But then, the frequent bearish attitudes of the markets also affords one some gains.
Among these two strategies, which is better and which d you recommend?

In my opinion, it is better to invest the big part of your investment to stable and suitable for long term like Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Ripple etc. that are top Altcoins which gives you much earning if you will hold.
Trading is good if you will know what coins will pump up soon and then sell once you have reached the desired income in a short period of time. But that is very risky because what if you sell it too late so your investment will retain there. So for me, it is better to hold and then sell once you reached the desired income.
259  Economy / Speculation / Re: Should I Invest in Bitcoin in 2018? on: February 11, 2018, 03:00:58 AM

I think that investing in everything is risky especially bitcoin. Don’t take anyone’s advice about what will happen with the currency. Personally I believe we are just starting, just my own opinion and you shouldn’t consider that as investment advice as well.
I think Never invest more than you are able to lose – Bitcoin is a very risky investment and you should keep in that in mind at all times. especially the price Bitcoin is still going down this time.  Grin

In any business/investment, there's always a risk that we cannot avoid. For you to earn more we should really need to take a risk. Higher the risk, higher the income you might get. There's nothing wrong on trying new things for as long as your mindset is to earn than to think of how to spend your money. We all know that Bitcoin drops drastically in a month so there's a possibility that it will increase in a month. If the price is low don't be discourage but instead take this as opportunity to invest additional coins and hold.
