News:

There will be an intermediate Batch 2.5 (scheduled 24.03.2014), which consists of only miners and only local pickup in Zürich, Switzerland ... if your interested send me a PM to get more information.

Update:

[BATCH 1] All DHL Tracking Numbers where sent out by PM. We got served with U.S. compatible Plugs which will probably not fit in your country. Sry.

[BATCH 2] The Bank Wire for payment is scheduled for Monday 17.03.2014. I'm trying to replace U.S. Plugs with EU compatible Plugs.

[BATCH 3] Reservation will open tomorrow.

Has anyone been running their GridSeed Farm 24/7 stably WITHOUT ANY INTERVENTION WHATSOEVER?

IF so, please tell me what your configuration is so WE can all set these things and not have to worry about this elusive little bug!!!?Huh

Has anyone come up with a macro to take care of detecting the hault then restarting each miner in cpuminer?

Are you using CPUMiner or BFGMiner? I use the current BFGMiner pre-release with GridSeed support running for days without issue (on Windows).

Does Multiminer already uses the gridseed compatible ... bfgminer?

EDIT: just saa it is implemented only in v2.8.1... Official support for 1-chip and 5-chip GridSeed ASICs (requires BFGMiner 4.0)

and now it crashes ... :-(

I had the same problems with Scripta/Minepeon.

Right now I`m using without any lockups for 3 days, a clean wheezy-raspbian + cgminer-cg3355 (build be myself from git).

yep ... did that now ... let's see ...
thx

Please check syslog in /var/log/ and post it here. I am curious what kind of errors you get.

Is it (still) possible to order 5 units only? and does pricing stay the same for batch 3?

It will stay the same or get less depending on the quotes I get, haven't talked about Batch 3 yet.

Let me first get off Batch 2.

I will write again as soon as I'm ready for Batch 3.

258  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [GROUP BUY][EU + CH] Gridseed 5-Chip USB Miner (200+ pieces) on: March 12, 2014, 06:24:14 PM
Would shipping from CH to UK bring any VAT or duty extras to be paid? Anyone bought in the UK yet?

I believe darkfriend77 offers to ship from Germany for all non-CH participants, so you should be fine I think..

I ship for EU from Germany, so VAT is included in the price already you will pay no custom or taxes on the package.
259  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [GROUP BUY][EU + CH] Gridseed 5-Chip USB Miner (200+ pieces) on: March 12, 2014, 12:38:45 PM

260  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: LightningAsic usb miners based Gridseed GC3355 Tech Support Thread on: March 11, 2014, 09:02:28 PM
Has anyone used or tried the BFGminer for gridseed, that Nwoolls put up on github?  https://github.com/nwoolls/bfgminer/tree/feature/gridseed-support
I may give that a try today to see if I like it.
