241  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How can Blockchain Technology and Altcoins promote Education on: January 07, 2018, 12:34:50 AM
We all agree that there is general ignorance about bitcoin, blockchain, altcoins, ico, and so on, but sincerely I don't see how an ICO can help.
Much better to promote some courses, eventually with practical examples with cheap altcoins.
242  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: All coins are now dying, what do you think? on: January 07, 2018, 12:25:38 AM
It's very interesting to see how aged can become some discussions in just some months :-)
Actually, the cryptomarket is so dynamic that nobody can predict anything: may be tomorrow anything will rise, may be will crash.
But it's crazy and funny!
243  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I'm very disappointed with myself. on: January 07, 2018, 12:19:55 AM
Every trader has this king of feeling, but it doesn't make sense to blame yourself: you made good choices based on the information you had at that moment and to regret is useless.
The only way to stop to regret is to ask: what did I learn? What can I do now?
244  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your strategy in trading on: January 07, 2018, 12:12:24 AM
Of course, the standard strategy is to buy cheap and to sell when the price is high. This is obvious.
The real secret is to identify some patterns that predict an explosion of value. They exist, and I'm starting to see them. :-)
245  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think will happen to Bitcoin and others crypto during war on: January 06, 2018, 11:40:41 PM
Probably, in case of war bitcoin will be most precious than gold, as fiat currencies will lose their value.
Of course, if there will be a global nuclear war, so no more internet, no more electricity... well, bitcoin won't be your priority... :-)
246  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 2018 will be the year of Altcoins exploding. on: January 06, 2018, 11:34:54 PM
I think that for sure altcoins will explode in 2018, because there is a big interest in cryptocurrency, but probably there will be still a big rise of bitcoin, as a lot of people will enter in the cryptomarket, and will start with bitcoin.
247  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Invest in altcoin still worth? on: January 06, 2018, 11:12:50 PM
Bitcoin is very god to invest for middle term (I believe it will rise again very much, at least until summer. Then, who knows?)
But I think it's a good idea to watch carefuly some altcoins, as some of them can have a real explosion.
So, yes, it still worth to invest.
248  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IS CRYPTO TRADING ADDICTION? on: January 06, 2018, 11:06:08 PM
Of course crypto is addicting, as most videogames are, because it's fun, it puts you on the hot coals and it gives you all sorts of pleasant emotions.
But - when done correctly - it's also very lucrative, so... welcome addiction!
249  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Taxes - US on: January 03, 2018, 11:26:09 PM
All the matter is very confuse, but we know that terrocrats are right by definition, so we need to be prudent.
In Europe we are waiting some decisions from bruxelles, just to know what they will invent to steal our money.
Btw, at present is still relatively simple to protect crypto assets. In future...we'll see :-)
250  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investing Entire Portfolio in Altcoins on: January 03, 2018, 11:21:19 PM
Altcoins can be very rewarding, if you choose the right one; but also betting on an "en plein" on the roulette is very rewarding...
Actually, it's better to focus on just some of them after a careful analysis.
To pulverize the investment in too many directions is probably a mistake.
251  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I am currrently investing on DeepOnion on: January 03, 2018, 10:21:41 PM
I don't know what to say, because there are a lot of DeepOnion enthusiastic fans, but I see a lot of posts about the fact that DeepOnions is a scam without serious content (check the thread).
We'll see; I'd advice to be prudent.
252  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I'm so overwhelmed on: January 03, 2018, 10:14:33 PM
I understand you, when you see the good results of your work, it's normal to be happy and overwhelmed.
So congratulations. Now, of course, we expect to congratulate you for achieving FIVE digits! :-)
253  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will ICO die in 2018? on: January 03, 2018, 10:02:21 PM
Well, if you mix scam mentality with lack of professionalism, you can bet that at least 90% of ICO will die next year.
But this is natural selection: after a time, it won't be rewarding to try to scam or to act in an amatorial way.
But for the moment, the situation is pretty dark.
254  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Problems with crypto - we arent there yet on: January 03, 2018, 09:58:17 PM
Any new technology needs time to adjust (may be you remember what kind of jungle or far west was internet at the beginning, when you cold make any kind of scam)
So, sure there are problem (and problems mean opportunities) but they will be solved step by step
255  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you actually understand Ethereum? on: January 03, 2018, 09:52:01 PM
Actually, Ethereum have some aspects difficult to understand at conceptual level (but I admit that the first time I tried to understand the blockchain I was lost in fog :-) )
Btw, you can work with ethereum even if you don't understand completely the matter (I'm pretty sure that 90% of people don't understand at all money, but they can use it daily!)
256  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Long term vs. Short term on: January 02, 2018, 02:14:15 AM
I think that "long term" is a nonsense word in crypto world. Anything is moving so fast that it's crazy to make prediction day by day.
I have a good experiencd in forex, and movement that you usually see in a year, in crypto happen in a week or less.
So, gain what you can today, and don't think "long term".
257  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Invest in altcoin still worth? on: January 02, 2018, 01:14:02 AM
With so high volatility, it's difficult to make any prediction; BTC had a fantastic rise, but now it's facing an - inevitable - correction.
Btw, if you find the right currency, it's possible to do much more gain that with bitcoin.
258  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BTC's eventual demise and replacement on: January 02, 2018, 12:07:12 AM
Anything is moving fast, and any kind of prediction becomes obsolete from a day to another.
I don't know which altocoin will replace bitcoin, btw I think that the whole cryptomarket is very profitable but also very fragile.
So, even I'm a crypto fan, every time I've a gain, I use part of it to buy some gold. Real gold. Nothing can replace gold as STORE of value.
259  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is King and Ethereum is Queen , Do you agree ? on: January 01, 2018, 11:30:33 PM
Not at all; at present they are the stars, due to sudden popularization of cryptocurrency, but with a so high transaction cost and so much time needed for confirmation they will replaced very soon. We'll see.
260  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Beware of Increasingly Sophisticated Malware Infection Attempts on: January 01, 2018, 11:15:26 PM
This is bad, but this kind of information are precious and I think that the sharing of useful hints should be the main aim of this forum.
So, thank you very much for your advice.
