We have to be prepared to the worst case scenario, that the market will continue to be bearish for longer.
I expect that it will change the trend in 2nd quarter 2019 if institutional investors finally enter the market.
Bear market is business as usual for me, we have to get used to it and work under those conditions.

The market can be easily manipulated by big players as the market is very sensitive.
Last week we had Tether price crashed to $0.87 and that resulted in BTC price increase.
Tether has fallen under suspicion since end of last year, after repeat releases of coins on the
market and had immediate knock-on effect on BTC prices.

Bounty allocations are usually 1-2% or even below. How can 1 % of the token supply influence the price long term ?
It is better to distribute the bounty rewards after the token is already listed on exchanges and have enough trading volume.

You are right that crypto is decentralized and nobody specific controls the market. But as it is relatively
small it is very sensitive and reacts on every FUD, news , big orders etc. In fact it turns out that nobody
controls it , but everybody can manipulate it. When the market value will be over $1 trillion it will not be
possible anymore.

The bounties were more profitable last year of course, as we had bull run that time.
This year it is more difficult to join profitable bounties but we have to try to select the
good ones. And if they are perspective we should not dump the rewards we get, rather
wait for the market to recover and that way we could have higher earnings.

Hardwer wallets are the most secure ones for storing your coins. Do not keep your funds
on exchanges only those your are trading with.

I still do not see the hype like we had last year and we are end of October. I have a felling Santa Claus will
not arrive this year and we won`t have a bullish market, only some ordinary increase.

Ethereum is decentralized and everybody can launch an ERC - 20 token on it`s platform. Majority
of the projects use ETH platform and it it one of the most trusted coins next to BTC. Until it stays
so ETH will be a top coin with great future.

Last year I invested in many ICOs and they all brought me profit except one which turned out to be a scam and
I lost my investment there as the team disappeared. It is interesting that I was the most confident in the project I was
scammed. This year I have invested in 3 ICOs but I am still only break even on one of them, and the other two are still
not listed on exchanges.

This big pump you experience before maybe resulting from a sudden change of the value. We can also take into consider that it might be manipulated by something that we didn't know for the meanwhile. What a good thing to do is to grab the opportunity when there is a big pump.

It was caused due to the speculation that Tether is not fully backed. There is a correlation with Bitfinex which is a part owner
in Tether company and they are heavily trading with Tether as well. Many people were scared and in panic and started moving
their Tether to other alternatives. It was a big contributing factor that day for price increase of BTC.

For me the most important is the project vision ( idea ), then the product itself and then the team behind.
Always checking if they are experienced enough to accomplish the project goals.

Bounty hunters are promoting the project to a targeted audience by fulfilling different social media tasks
and being rewarded for that job done. Their reward are the tokens of the project which they can sell, trade
with them or hold them and waiting for it`s price to increase for higher profit.

We do not know when exactly the market will recover and turn into green, but I think that the next
bull run will happen when institutional investors enter the market with their capital waiting on the
sidelines. Potentially it can happen earliest Q1 and Q2 of 2019.

A loyal community behind a project is very important for different reasons. They are promoting the project,
interested in it`s success as they are usually investors as well. Beside that, they are engaged to participate
in project discussions and helping the progress of the project with ideas and defending it from FUD.

For me bounties are not primary activity as I am trading as well, but I remember when I
got my first payment, that I was extremely happy, and proud of myself that time. It is a good
feeling when a job has been done correctly and you are rewarded for it.

I am doing only signature campaign and can participate only in one at the same time, so I am
quite selective in which one to take part. Doing a research before entering it, and until now
I have successfully avoided scam projects. Hopefully it stays like that in the future as well.

For me, the most frustrating is after an ICO has finished and the required funds were raised
that the Team does not work as they promised. They are not in hurry anymore with the project
progress as they should be and enjoying in their new offices. Luckily, it is not in general.

Two months to the end of the year and it is a long time in crypto, everything can happen and the opposite of that.
Still believe, there will be a bull run this year, but not a one like we had last year. Some good news could change the trend.
