If you're not doing anything that's already against or Terms and Conditions, then you won't have an issue.

For example - user gets a 'big win' and then bets on lower odds to clear his bonus. That user is thereby disqualified.

Quote
Don't the above two quotes contradict each other? Is getting a 'big win' or betting at 'lower odds' against the terms and conditions? If not, why would that user be disqualified?

And can you explain the "automatic adjustment"? Are you saying that some 1 BTC bets don't count as 1 BTC wagered for the wagering requirements? I saw nothing about that when reading about the bonuses.

I guess you have a bunch of players trying to clear bonuses who are unaware of the fact that they are having to bet more than 888x times their bonus amount. Will you honor the terms they agreed to?

You didn't respond to these questions at all.

Please try to be clear (here and on the site) about the real wagering requirements and what kinds of bets would result in disqualification.

Bump.

Why are you avoiding answering this?

I'm not 'avoiding' anything - I wanted to get a clear idea of the exact answer before I responded to this question once and for all.

This is not something we do currently, but as other casinos have adopted this tactic we will be adding this feature in. Bet365 is a good example of a casino that absolutely has this term - as do most others. Behavior such as betting on Red and Black simultaneously to clear a bonus would NOT be allowed in their establishment. We don't enforce this right now, but it is coming soon with exact, precise terms.

Here is the exact calculation:

if (meta.gameOdds > 0.5)
    var rolloverPercent = (1 - ((meta.gameOdds - 0.5) / 0.5));
    adjustedWager = Math.floor(rolloverPercent * originalWager);

In our competitors' sites, BlackJack will only add 2% of your wager towards the requirements. We believe that our way is much more fair.

please respond to my pm, this looks not good communication between users and owner? i have sent pm almost two weeks ago, and never get reply.

Maybe the owner really busy, Do you have try to contct his live support in their site? I think they can give you fast response about your issue and will solve your problem

The reason that this person keeps having trouble is we keep having to unlock his account. Every time I unlock it - another switch is triggered. I'm going to just cash them out directly (as I did last week).

Right, when the contest is complete we'll refund you. If we don't reach the 10 players needed we'll keep the same ratio and just adopt a different payout structure but your cashback will either stay the same or actually increase Smiley

Finished

We gave you a grumpy grouch Christmas bonus, now we're doing it for no reason at all.

It's the end of January! Celebrate the end of 1/12 of 2016 by getting a free $1 bonus on BetCoin.TM!

There is a link for new users, and a link for current users.

What's your New Years resolution? Get thin? Stop drinking? Eat as many Haribo Sugar Free Gummy Bears as you can and then write a HILARIOUS review documenting your experience? (Please don't actually do that).

Whatever your resolution is, why not add a bit of oomph to it by getting a Dollar toward your gummy bear purchase, your next Ho-Ho sandwhich, or 40 oz. malt liquor. Life is short. Be the best you can be. You deserve it.

We're not going to judge you for giving up on your resolution just 30 days after the new year began - when you think about the fact that we are blazing around the sun at thousands of miles per hour, only held in place by a force we don't completely understand and perhaps never will - that next donut doesn't sound like the worst idea.

So, go for it! Give it your all! Indulge your senses - and while you're at it, have a dollar on us.

The rollover is just 15X. Play to your heart's content and be happy knowing that you may have given up on your resolution, but at least the world keeps turning.

You need to fix this error. When I clicked on the link where it is showing 'Backed by BetCoin.TM' the press article page was not showing. I am always getting an error while browsing it.

Edit: Fixed after clearing my browser cache.

Why is the Game Odds: 50/50 when there are 3 outcomes of a bet i,e; EVEN, ODD, OR ZERO?

Also how many images will be shown per bet?

Since it is (AFAIK) the same as BetCoin Circle, the odds are 8/17 for both Even or Odd, and 1/17 for Zero.

And since I've played the game, I know that 3 images are shown per bet. 1 image is displayed, and you choose 'which will come next' between the 2 remaining.

Just got done taking a weekend off to enact some very exciting features.

First you told me some kinds of bets would get me disqualified:

For example - user gets a 'big win' and then bets on lower odds to clear his bonus. That user is thereby disqualified.

But when I asked for details you told me that I can play however I want and that the system would adjust the rollover:

You're allowed to play any game that allows you to play bonus money.

The amount of a bet that is applied to the rollover is automatically adjusted for the odds of the game.

So which is it? Do you disqualify some people because of how they play? If so, how can I avoid being one of those people? What are the rules?

And can you explain the "automatic adjustment"? Are you saying that some 1 BTC bets don't count as 1 BTC wagered for the wagering requirements? I saw nothing about that when reading about the bonuses.

Also, we've never, EVER disqualified someone so far for this type of play. If we do, we will address it in a public forum if requested.

I would prefer if you told me the rules so that I don't get disqualified, rather than having to guess them and then having a forum argument about it after it happens. Are the rules a secret? Do they exist? Or do you just go by gut feeling whether to 'disqualify' someone who overcomes the huge odds against them ever clearing a bonus?

Also, the 'auto adjustment' is a universal thing in all casinos. Different games apply different amounts toward your rollover requirements. Our casino handles it based on the calculated odds, not the game itself.

Your casino clearly states:

Quote
For you to withdraw any of the winnings you get with the bonus amount, you will need to bet your bonus amount times 888x on any of our games.

Nothing about certain bets counting for less. Just that you have to bet 888x times the bonus amount. It sounds to me like the actual terms of the bonus deal are even worse than how they are presented on the site. "888x times" is bad enough, but now you're telling me it is actually "888x times (some extra unspecified factor) times".

I guess you have a bunch of players trying to clear bonuses who are unaware of the fact that they are having to bet more than 888x times their bonus amount. Will you honor the terms they agreed to?

An example of clearly exploiting the bonus is creating multiple accounts in order to try again and again to unlock the bonus.

If you're not doing anything that's already against or Terms and Conditions, then you won't have an issue.

In the same vein that BlackJack only applies 2% to your house edge in most casinos, ours adjusts based on the odds. So a bet on 97% odds will put less towards your rollover requirement than a lower bet. I am not aware that this formula is not published - allow me to rectify this.
