Madrid probably won't use Raul Gonzalez to coach their first team. there are many names that might become his rivals. for a better coaching career, I think Raul Gonzalez can accept the offer from Villarreal and prove the quality he has.

Yeah Madrid likely won't give Raul Gonzalez to manage their first team. There are lot of expectations from a team like Madrid and there will be lot of questions asked by fans if Madrid performs poorly under Raul Gonzalez. I also believe that chance to manage Villareal would have given his career a good turn as who knows maybe if he manages Villareal better then maybe he gets to manage some good clubs later on.

This could also be proof that Madrid can consider it in the future. not a betrayal, nor is it considered loyalty to the club. This is good for the development of his coaching career.

Madrid actually were open to let Raul Gonzalez go if Raul wants the opportunity to manage Villareal but it seems Raul is gonna stay at Madrid now.  Villareal now moves to Pacheta as a likely target for manager.

I don't think bad Jadon Sancho have bad performance with Manchester United but get less minutes playing actually under Erik ten Hag and most put him in the bench, last match Jadon Sancho withdrew from main squad and he hasn't in the list name against Arsenal. Its crucial and complicated problem between Jadon Sancho and Erik ten Hag.  I don't blame with Jadon Sancho on wrong position because he still professional and keep in training center team although he not use yet for recalling to main squad next match.

After Saudi Pro League transfer window closed, Jadon Sancho keep become Manchester United player for this season and depend on Erik ten Hag will call him to main squad or withdrew to junior level teams.

I feel that something actually happened between Sancho and ten Haag. Well to be honest in current scenario, Garnacho is a better option than Sancho. It all comes down to when one is playing for a big club he has to maintain his performance or fight for a position. I feel Sancho can still help coming off from the bench but I think ten Haag has totally different ideas. Best solution in my opinion is to let him go on loan to find some good playing time and find his form again rather than just keeping him off the games.

There is no way to underestimate the Fulham team. They beat Tottenham in the EFL Cup. They share points with Arsenal in the Premier League. Everton won. Although this team is not very strong, it can often surprise everyone with good performances. And today Fulham's opponent is Luton Town, a new team in the Premier League. They are not experienced enough. They lost all three matches. But Luton Town lost against big teams like Brighton, West Ham and Chelsea. And so how they will perform against Fulham cannot be said for sure. But Luton will certainly be desperate for their first points of the season against Fulham.

That's also a good point^^ . It's a tough one to say but given how they performed in last season I feel they can win easy matches like this. Of course, Mitrovic is not around but they still have signed Jimenez who can score good amount of goals for Fulham. Yes Luton will  be desperate to have some points but I don't think Fulham is the team they are gonna find it easy to get points. I still think Fulham is gonna win here and give a strong performance against Luton.

Adeyemi was a good player in Dortmund during the games we saw from him and he is young enough to become a star like Jude Bellingham.
Regarding the next game of Dortmund against Freiburg, I also think Dortmund is powerful enough to beat a team like Freiburg however the rates are very close and this game is a bit risky to be predicted between Freiburg and Dortmund.
Adeyemi just needs time to show his best performance with Dortmund. Adeyemi is 21 years old, of course he has a pretty good level of progress if he is able to show his best form in every game with Dortmund this season. This season he has become the new hope that Dortmund fans want after Bellingham departure. In this week's match, Dortmund will visit Freiburg headquarters where the two teams are both very close in the standings. I am sure this match will be difficult to predict because Dortmund has less than satisfactory capital in this encounter. But statistically in their last 5 meetings where Dortmund still dominate the victory in their last 5 matches.

Adeyemi is a good player and has a good pace also. He has lot of potential to become a star player for Dortmund. There is Moukoko and Reyna with immense talent as well. But these players have lot on their plate right now and that is too much pressure to handle for a young player. I would say with bit more of intense games, they will really grow confident and will help the club for sure. Dortmund has fantastic scouts and coaches and they will really help the player to adjust quickly. Dortmund aren't in form so it could be anybody's game but Dortmund needs to win in order to climb up the table to compete with Bayern for table position later in the season.

Luton Town haven’t been able to win any match since the season started, and they are currently in 19th position on the table. They will be playing against Fulham in their next match, and I don’t think the match will be an easy match for Luton Town. Fulham have played 4 matches, they won 1 match, they drew 1 match, and they lost 2 matches. Fulham's performance isn’t really good either this season, but I am not expecting a win from either of these two clubs. The match might end up as a draw, but Luton Town is just a newly promoted club, and they are performing so poorly, their coach has to work on the squad.

Fulham haven't been in form this season but they really can be a tough team to face. Their defeat against City was really a hard one and Marcos Silva really has to turn around his team's performance after that heavy defeat. Luton on other hand is a newly promoted side and also another who haven't been in form so Fulham will really have to give a strong performance in their next fixture. Fulham does have some good players but they really need someone to score goals. I expect Fulham to win against Luton and Jimenez to be on scoresheet.

It seems that it's not just Burnley who haven't tasted victory at all and won full points in the last 4 Premier League matches, Luton Town has also not tasted victory in those 4 matches, who knows what the club is doing, whether they are unable to compete with elite teams. , because these two clubs are promoted clubs from the second division of the English League, it is possible that this factor is what makes these two clubs unable to compete further with top clubs, if this continues then they will be thrown back to the second division of the English League.

Yeah, Luton showed a great attack in their first game but I haven't seen such strong promising plays from them since then. Well they really need to work hard a lot in order to compete around decent PL clubs. They haven't done much strong signings also and are relying on most of the usual players. I feel that once if team gets promoted into a top league, they at least should sign some strong players at least. Doesn't have to be players from top leagues from other countries, even strong players from Championship would also do as they are also longing for an opportunity to play in PL.

Joao Felix last performance didn't invite deals from other clubs, Barcelona was his best choice which he voice out and Barcelona reached out to him to seal an agreement, I don't see anything wrong with such move. I think Chelsea rubbish his effort and glad he return after the loan expire, because look at Chelsea till today, they haven't recovered from their loss syndrome, only Lord knows where they will finish the season.

As I last read from tweets of some strong sources, I think he had lot of offers on the table including some from Saudi Arabia as well but he chose Barcelona over all as Barcelona was his top priority. Anyway, I get it that to play for Barcelona is his dream but will he really be happy at Barcelona? I don't think so because Barcelona has lot of players right now and I don't think he will be getting regular chances often. I honestly hope that he does have some playing chances because he is a good winger but situation doesn't seems right at Barcelona. Kinda similar to Chelsea...

Maybe I will focus more on Burnley, we know that this team was led by Manchester City legend Vincent Kompany and from the start, when they were still in the championship division, Burnley was a very promising team. But at the start of the season Burnley did have the unfortunate fate of having to face wild teams like Manchester City, Aston Villa and Spurs. I think it's quite understandable if in the end Burnley couldn't get a single win. However, in the next match against Nottingham, I hope that Vincent Kompany's troops can show their quality this season and at least get their first win.

I had actually very high expectations from Burnley to start strong but so far they are really letting me down here. All these three newly promoted teams are really playing a poor football as compared to PL level. They really have to up their game if they have to stay in PL next season. Nottingham also isn't an easy target for Burnley. Despite Brenan Jhonson's departure they still have a good counter attack. Forest really are performing well and they also have defeated Chelsea in last gameweek so they also must be very confident right now. Should be a tough fixture between Burnley and Forest then I will pick Forest here.

The question I have about Harry Kane is about his replacement in Tottenham and the money they got from transferring this player.
We know Tottenham earned a good amount of money when they sold Kane to Bayern Munich.
The money was obviously enough to hire other players to take his place anthems but they did nothing yet.

They don't need to rush to find a replacement for Harry Kane at least that's what Tottenham do every season they must be more careful when bringing in new players
Apart from that, Tottenham invests in every recruitment I mean they will look for players who have higher potential in the future like Bale and Harry Kane
Moreover, currently Tottenham is comfortable with the current squad they made it to the top 2 well, this is one of the reasons they don't need to rush.

Yeah seems like they are working fine without finding a replacement. Moreover haven't they already got Richarlison? I know he is not in form but he can also score good no. of goals. In last game I like the way Solomon and Son paired to score goals which earlier Kane and Son used to do, so I think they don't really need a replacement right now.

Spurs have started well enough this season but season is also long so let's see how Spurs keep up their performance throughout the season.

This is a very exciting and thrilling match. Unexpectedly, Man United was able to put up a great fight. Arsenal's attack does look more promising, but Man United also has a counterattack that is quite dangerous. As hosts, Arsenal certainly has a better chance of winning this match, but that doesn't mean Man United has lost their chance because Man United is still a big team that could beat Arsenal. It looks like Rasmus Hojlund will play in the second half.

Yeah Manchester counter-attack took us down early but glad that Odeegard's strike made things equal for us. That is what happens when a club play more of a possession play. Arsenal players are very high up the pitch that leaves a lot of room for opponent's attacking players to find spaces to run or pass to. So far we had close chances and we are really pushing United to the edge here but I am not sure if we will find another goal here.
251  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: September 03, 2023, 04:40:02 PM
The statement you made is the right statement in this case. Some Person said that it is Mohamed salah decision to choose if he will play for Saudia Arabia club, or he will remain in Liverpool. But that is not the truth. As long as the contract between Mohamed salah and Liverpool is still valid, Salah does not have decision of his own to make in this case.

And again, he can only make such a decision assuming it was put in the clause of his contracts. And I am not sure that such thing exist in  his contract. So Mohamed Salah moving to Saudi Arabia will depend on the decision of the club.

^^ Good point. He does have a contract with Liverpool and as long as it doesn't expires he is likely gonna stay. Klopp decision is clear that they don't want to sell Salah and that seems like a case closed to me. No need to speculate it further. Saudi are making a desperate attempts to sign Salah with huge bids and try to tempt the club to agree to the move but so far it seems that Liverpool hasn't budge a bit regarding this. Question is at what value will Liverpool budge or will they continue decline any offers for the player.

I am kinda unsure here as there has been cases where clubs have changed their stance over a huge fee so possible that Liverpool also might change stance later on.

Emirates Stadium is less friendly to Manchester United too, they are very difficult to beat Arsenal when competing at this stadium, and it is possible that an unfavorable record for Manchester United will continue in this match.
Arsenal also from what they showed in the early English league matches looked better prepared than Manchester United, even so I also will not close the opportunity for Manchester United to win, it's just that maybe their chances are not greater than Arsenal's chances of winning. And maybe they will share points in this match.

Well it would be other way around if we would have played at Old Trafford. Its normal and it really brings out a competitive edge to a game when there is a heavy fixture like this. From both team point of view they will be aiming to win the match but I would pick Arsenal here as they are the team in form and I believe that we would have our attack in goal scoring form in today's fixture.

They haven't found their true selves yet so it cost them the match. Looking at the statistics of the match, it is clear that it is a very distant statistic. Just imagine that of the 21 attempts they made, only 2 could be right on target, it proves that their front line did not perform well in this match.
Nottingham is better, because under pressure they can still be calm, especially in their defense so it is very difficult for Chelsea to penetrate their defense further. Even with several attacks Nottingham can create one goal.

Yeah their finishing has been poor but given that they have top teams they should have someone to look after this problem and keep in place a proper drill in training to improve that. Nottingham have been different from the start of the season but given the Chelsea density in squad, everyone were expecting to get a draw at least. Anyway that game is gone, Chelsea now has to focus for the remainder of the games.
253  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: September 03, 2023, 11:51:37 AM
Theoretically, Chelsea should be patient when other clubs are actively involved in European competition and then they will have an advantage over them. The problem is that Poccetino can be sacked before this period because if you lose to Nottingham, then all other options do not matter. Therefore, in the next away game with Bournemouth, Chelsea only need a victory, and then a home victory over Aston Villa. By the way, Chelsea have a rather easy calendar (up to the 9th round when they play with Arsenal), so there are chances to return to business.

Even Poch himself felt that they should have won. He knows what the expectations are from Chelsea here but I don't get that a strong team vibe from them. They have piled a huge no. of players only to warm their bench and nothing else. Yeah easy fixtures up ahead for Chelsea but Nottingham was an easy one too but they still lost it. They really need to try something else here because they need to be on winning ways otherwise it will be another coach sacked.
254  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: September 02, 2023, 04:41:37 PM
Chelsea seemed to have difficulty scoring goals and there had to be changes immediately, especially on the front lines, and several times Chelsea had opportunities but always failed because of the tight defense and only hitting one target. And former Manchester United player
Anthony Elanga scored a good goal and was very relaxed, and I hope that in the remaining time Chelsea can score and at least equalize the score because Chelsea is playing at home.
Tottenham is hungry for goals and continues to perform well in every game, and the current score against Burnley is 1-5.

Jackson is gonna become a meme tonight as he squandered on a beautiful opportunity. It's not just Jackson but the whole Chelsea team failed today which again brings back to Chelsea being inconsistent. Bookmakers are valuing them a lot but they still are far from becoming a consistent strong team given they are one of the big 6 of PL.

Forest on the other hand did a great job with defending and attack. They scored only one goal but they managed to defend that till the end and have that hard earned 3 points. Really well done , Forest.
255  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: September 02, 2023, 03:18:29 PM
^^ It is possible as despite Chelsea's last win I wouldn't say they are consistent or have improved a lot. Yeah they were strong in last game but they still are vulnerable. Forest have lost their pacy winger Brennan Johnson but there are lot of strong players to fill that up. Forest have been playing better than last season and so I think they can surprise Chelsea here.

Earlier H2H are just old records...I also do hope Forest win here.
Haha It turns out that there are still many doubts about Chelsea even though against Nottingham I don't want to take a bigger risk in the bet on the basis that Chelsea is still the favorite here even if they are inconsistent I will rule out this match.  Grin

Although H2H is an old record but at least Chelsea can maintain its H2H. Lol
I'm not backing Chelsea but the odds are in Chelsea's favor.

Yeah I thought so that Forest gonna have the first break and they did... Nice goal from Elanga there.. Chelsea are having good stats in the match but you gotta see that pressure is on Chelsea now. The odds or stats means nothing here. What if Nottingham goes on to score another goal? It's a risky one right now to back Chelsea or even draw. Nottingham are really making it hard for Chelsea right now.
256  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: September 02, 2023, 01:09:35 PM
True and the blues fans are waiting for that. The win against AFC has been also made the players feel even more confidence with the performance against nottingham forest.
The finishing must become the primary concern here. Chelsea got many chances, but the players were always shooting directly to the opponent's goal keeper instead of aiming for the empty spot.

I hope palmer is the best solution for chelsea.
I hope Nottingham Forrest will win lol, even though they lose against Arsenal and Manchester United, but they were show if they can compete against big teams. Chelsea on the other hand will not use their key players and they're not win with big margin.

Based on head to head, Nottingham Forrest haven't ever beat Chelsea, hopefully this one will be the first time.

^^ It is possible as despite Chelsea's last win I wouldn't say they are consistent or have improved a lot. Yeah they were strong in last game but they still are vulnerable. Forest have lost their pacy winger Brennan Johnson but there are lot of strong players to fill that up. I made a special bet for West Ham win and over 1.5 goals combined for 1.77 odds. I was pretty sure about my bet and happy to won it comfortably as expected.

Nicely done. I would have gone for West Ham -1.5 but glad that I didn't went on that one. It was a close one to be honest as West Ham also managed to score their second goal inn 85 minute.

If Bowen plays like that West Ham will be in better position this season. He already scored half of what he made last season from 38 matches in just four games. James Ward-Prowse was a great transfer, he's already started to contribute to the score. It's nice to see West Ham playing for top five again.

Bowen is a very good winger. He has been great for Moyes side and have scored in crucial matches for Hammers. About transfers for West Ham, I would say that they have made some really good moves this transfer window. It's not only James Ward-Prowse..there is Edson Alvarez and Mohammed Kudus also who are very young potential midfielders.
258  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: September 01, 2023, 04:18:52 PM
In the previous two matches, West Ham had defeated quite strong opponents, namely Brighton and Chelsea, and will today be West Ham's third consecutive win against Luton Town? Of course I can't wait to see the progress of David Moyes' players, especially since the arrival of several new ammunition has made a very significant difference for the club. It looks like West Ham will still use the same starter as last week and James Ward-Prowse's role will still be awaited from goals to assists. Meanwhile, Luton Town still have to fall and fall and are in the red zone for now and as one of the EPL promotion teams this season, it seems they are not lucky enough. My prediction is that a 0-2 win will be enough for West Ham to continue to stick to Manchester City at the top.

Should be an easy win for Hammers given how they are playing. On the other hand, Luton's defence isn't strong enough and have been conceding goals so far. So it seems like West Ham should find it easy finding openings and should be able to find lot of goals here.

There is lot more gameweeks to cover but so far a strong start from Hammers, I must say.

But the fact is, Haaland can still score goals even without Bruyne in Manchester City main squad this moment. Also, if you check the Premier League top scorers list at this moment, then you will also still find that Haaland is still at the top of the Premier League scorers list. Therefore, I personally think that Haaland is still fine even without Bruyne. Also, you can't judge Haaland and Manchester City only about the Community Shield final, because after all the most important thing is the results that Manchester City got in the Premier League.

It's not about his abilities because there is no doubt that he can perform well. It's more about if he will be provided with passes like De Bruyne used to for scoring. City plays rather possession style of play so very less opportunities comes for forward to sprint fast in counters. I have a bit doubt but if someone steps up am fills up the De Bruyne role well then I think Haaland will be much regular on score sheet.

The arrival of Sofyan Amrabat should be able to show change because currently his services are really needed by Man United after losing several key players to injuries. But against Arsenal, will Erik Ten Hag immediately deploy Amrabat as a starter?
https://twitter.com/FabrizioRomano/status/1697586083121201423

Amrabat got some offers from various clubs but he has told media so many times if he was only waiting for manchester united and finally he will be having a new home.

I read that some hourse ago MU's offer was already rejected by fiorentina (https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-12462761/Fiorentina-reject-manchester-united-sofyan-amrabat.html).

It's likely MU is pushing its bid to be even higher caused by we are very close to the end of summer transfer season. There are some hours before the end of the summer transfer season.

There is also latest update from romano regarding him

Quote
Understand Sofyan Amrabat has already completed first part of medical tests as new Manchester United player!

https://twitter.com/FabrizioRomano/status/1697616437219602779?

It's possible that player also might be pushing from his end. Remember he was also rejecting offers from clubs and giving priority to United. A very strong signing from United as it will definitely strengthen their defensive mid which haven't been upto mark according to United standards. Glad that another strong player has joined to make PL exciting to watch.

It's a done deal..and nothing will overturn this in my opinion.
