 Lakebtc lies on here.  After waiting nearly a week to withdraw money, I rebought bitcoins (at a loss) and withdrew bitcoin. They are currently NOT processing fiat withdrawals, the reason the price is so high there is probably because they're about to scam like bitfinex. STAY AWAY FROM LAKEBTC. (I didn't learn my lesson, as i hsould have earlier, but unfortunately they were one of the few btc exchanges to deal with my country easily) Hi, the time passed and the thing changed, personally I think that you should not blame us for something which happeded a year ago. Indeed, System Banker is open inside, but this change took place between the end of 2016 and the beginning of 2017. And honestly, the fees we charge is still relatively cheaper than other exchanges. Hi, The LakeBanker fee is dynamic, it depends on demand and suply, so you the specify fee which you see is a little diferent. As the 3rd-party payments you mentioned like OKpay Paypal etc, they have a higher credit risk, so the basic rate of 3rd-party payment will be higher. If your amount is large enough, that we recommend to use bank wire transfer. |

Hi, Sub Account is just the currency which you would like to use. you will can't trade/deposit/withdraw the currency which you never create the Sub Account. and, External Account is just like a nickname, it used for the deposit/withdrawal of funds, that means you can only transfer/receive from External Account which you added and verified. Simply, which payment method you want to use to deposit or withdraw, then just add its external account and verified it. |

You have to hope some local person wants to send you the withdrawal, and if no one wants to, then lakebtc doubles the fee you pay until it finds someone willing to do it.
Instead of a $25 fee to withdraw $10k I ended up paying around $100 plus the $60 in fees from their bank and my bank.

WARNING ALL GBP USERS OF MY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH LAKEBTC
I have emailed them 9 times! over the past weeks and each request has been replied to with a link to the FAQ.
To be honest, I feel like the site is a scam now because it has huge lag times + page constantly freezes + support seems automated and there is no way to deposit.
Have tried many many (many) times to deposit GBP by multiple methods (GBP Uk transfer, pingit ...) but none have worked. I have tried different amounts but that has not worked either.
Furthermore, they listed their volume on BittyBot as almost 3500 BTC for (BTCGBP) daily which seems really unlikely if you analyse the site.
Moreover, I do not think they have a single LakeBanker for GBP which further shows that it is unlikely their volume is so high.
I think BittyBot is realising that there are some discrepancies as they delisted LakeBTC for 2 days and now it is relisted with a volume closer to 500 BTC daily.

Honestly, our LakeBanker for GBP is not much currently, and some of them are busy working, so that they are not active on LakeBanker The suggestion is that may you try Bank Wire to deposit, and please note that LakeBankers tend to work with users with some reputation and track records for local payment methods or like PayPal and Payza etc 3rd-patries methods. For users w/o much track record, you may want to use other payment methods and/or do some more trading first to gain some reputation. |

after bitfinex down/hacked/stolen, not sure whether it is also an inside job, but I am frightened when I see the volume of btc/usd, https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/bitcoin/#markets LakeBTC, CoinBase(GDAX), and Bitstamp are the biggest three, Bitstamp I have known much, they were also down/hacked/stolen last year, and also lost tens of thousands of Bitcoin from customers; LakeBTC I have also known much, their withdrawal are not very good in fee and speed, although the deposit is free and fast. so could anyone introduce a better exchange to do btc/usd trading? or share you experience on LakeBTC, CoinBase, and Bitstamp. any experience will be grtaeful, thanx firstly Thanks for the attention, but LakeBTC is the only one exchange which has not been stolen/hacked, we take security seriously with user' funds, every withdrawal request will be separately audited by two staff on LakeBTC, including BTC withdrawal. |
