I like KushCoin and I respect the fact that the dev did not premine or scam people with an IPO. The previous post is not a promo post for DopeCoin but rather a warning to the community from someone who has been in the game for several years.

I highly doubt this is a scam, we talk to the developer of this coin everyday on https://thecryptochat.net/. He is pretty active on that site so if you are so scared just pop in and talk to him. I love how you also said that it was being pumped by only Jr. Members, well I don't post on this site very often becuase I never feel the need to, so therefore my "status" doesn't go up. I fail to see how someone who is a hero member or legendary is more trustworthy than anyone else. A legendary member can steal my stuff just as quickly as a newbie. I can go around posting 1 sentence replies on every post just to get my "status" up, again, doesn't make me any more trustworthy. Of course though, what do I know... I'm not legendary. If you think a website of this quality http://www.cannationcoin.com/Home/ with an ICO page that looks like this https://cannationcoin.com/wp/ and is using this as an opening sentence " We are excited to let you know that our ICO is as close as never, and it will feature both a pre-sale campaign But first things first, about ICO: Our…" is deserving of a non-escrow protected ICO then, by all means, send him your Bitcoin. I'm simply issuing a word of caution as I am an active member in the mmj crypto community and would hate to see anyone make an impulse decision that they might regret. It is a great thing to be cautious don't get me wrong, I will never fault anyone for that and I'm not trying to argue or start a fight. As for the quality of the website, it is 10000% better than I can do, I know 0 about making a website so... Not saying it's good, just saying that I can't do any better. :/ I am not 100% on the escrow protected ICO, I think the ICO is at coinexchange.io but I don't know much about their ICO's. I've never bought coins at an ICO and I never will, I'm a miner, I mine. However though, like I said, he is in that chat almost everyday with myself and quite a few other developers of coins, anyone is free to pop in and talk to anyone that is on and when one of the developers is on they are free to ask them questions. If this is true then I will kindly offer my assistance to help him with his website and branding in order to give him a fair shot at success. It's 2017 and to be quite honest the community here on Bitcointalk has seen too many negative things happen to really hop behind something this early in development. I would actually recommend tearing down this OP and relaunching with something a little bit more polished in order to give your project a fighting shot. Careful with this one!
This smells heavily of the developer of Marijuanacoin Prizzrak who recently just stole 18 BTC from the community. If your going to invest your money into an ICO make sure to use a qualified and reputable escrow partner in order to make sure your funds are safe from theft.
And before you throw any money in you need to ask yourself, why would this require an ICO?
Why are the people responding in this thread pumping it Jr. members with no post count and why is the dev launching an ICO with a brand new fresh account.
Not FUD, just reality.

Hopefully this is the year for DopeCoin. Love the whole idea of PPC and your approach to everything. Personally though, I find the audio on your website to be annoying when it starts. I'd recommend instantly giving the user some information about the coin, cannabis, money, cryptos and most definitely, WHY and HOW this coin is something that should interest me. The site looks really clean and nice, but from a perspective of someone who doesn't know much, I think there's too much scrolling and finding the right information to get these questions answered. I mean this in the most positive way  I agree to be fair. Thanks for the feedback and constructive criticism. I realize that autoplay music on a website is very risque and would piss some people off. In order to help mitigate this, we put a mute button on every aspect of the site. I also think that the music is too loud and will be reducing it's volume by at least 50% once my coder returns later this evening. What I will be looking to do is install a friendly popup that links to a quick start guide and links for new users so they can easily understand how everything works and how to get set up without having to take away from the uniqueness and awesome weed porn that we currently have. This problem has been on my mind for a little while but got pushed to the back burner as we focused on other things. Once the changes are in place I will let you know and then hopefully you can give me some more feedback. Thanks kindly, Dopey |

Didn't the dev Prizzzrak already abandoned another shitcoin before launching an ICO for MAR and steal all the funds? I'm pretty sure he will announce something around the 10 of April hoping to hype this useless scam before 4/20 and try to make more money. What I can't understand is why you guys try to start a takeover instead of use your energy and funds to catch this scammer... Yes, you are correct, he scammed everyone then disappeared and deleted the website. He then tried to launch marijuaneum the next week and we are successful at warning the community and stopping him. He will pop up again with another ICO and try the scam again so beware. |

The server has been sorted out, graphics are being built now. We should have a really quick turnaround time on this android wallet. Additionally, I have a childhood friend that has several connections with dispensary owners in Canada. We spoke this week and there is a very high probability of something official happening in the very near future. It's never been my approach to bullshit anyone or to deliver fake news to try and manipulate this projects valuation so this update is only being mentioned after many intense discussions. Nothing official yet, so don't quote me on anything but there is a very strong possibility of big news before the end of the month. With hard work, dedication, and real developments we intend to continue grinding away to make this project a success. P.S. I think a different name for the service would be a better. Also nice 19 tabs You don't like reeferMedia ? I love that name! I do to an extent I just feel something with a ring to it would be better. Kind of like HighTimes. KushmoreMedia comes to mind I feel that reefer is just a dated term as well, I haven't heard someone use it since I watched Reefer Madness years ago. What about ReeferMadnessMedia? lol It's pretty tough to find a good .com nowadays related to the marijuana industry due to the recent boom. When I came across Reefer Media I really liked the brand ability of the name and decided to pull the trigger. Give me some time and I'll build out a sweet brand that you will love. |
