So....we're starting work on our next release We've got some radical ideas about changing the way that we interact with kryptos. Our aim is to make our next release so simple to use and understand, that anyone could get to grips with it, without having to learn anything about the underlying tech or any jargon. That's all I'm saying now. Once we have a working beta we will release more detailed info, and may invite some of you to be testers on our testnet. We're still only a team of 2, working full time, so we ask that you be patient! We're also happy if anyone wants to get involved in the KRYP project - we could do with some help in all areas - from programming (c++, php, QT) to designing us a nice video presentation. If you have any ideas you think might work with KRYP, feel free to drop us message - we're really happy to partner up with others if it suits both parties. We've already had some ideas/offers to expand the project in other ways, so watch this space as some of them may be happening soon! Thanks to all those that are supporting KRYP and those that have contributed already.

Don't forget to send a contact email address to updates at kryptonitecoin.info (obviously replacing the 'at' with '@') Then you'll always know when an update is coming.

I am currently unable to withdraw from Minep.it
Not sure what the deal is but I've tried to withdrawal several times and double checked to make sure my wallet address and everything was correct.
We're sorry to hear that... When did you start mining KRYP at MineP.it? Now i'm back i'll have a proper look into this for those still having problems... It was a couple of weeks ago a friend and I both were mining KRYP at Minep.it until we realized we weren't able to withdraw funds. I am still unable to withdraw as well as the other person who was mining there at the same time as myself. I've sent a message to MineP.it and awaiting their reply - I will keep you updated, but I have asked him to process everyone's coins - I think we'll have to stop mining there until a solution can be found. I'm sure they will pay out all coins as they have been totally helpful in doing this already - he's a busy man but he will get round to it.

new Wallet!
Funny you should mention this - We're working on a radically different 'wallet' for our next major release. Information about this will be released soon, once we have most of the work done - we don't want other copying us.....yet!

Still nothing, tried several different addresses on my wallet and exchange.
Thanks for letting us know - I've mined a few more KRYP at MineP.it myself to see whats going on, and although there are some who say they are getting their coins ok, I am not either! I will contact them and ask them to fix this asap.

We're pretty sure we were the first to use the name Kryptonite - in any guise If you read the OP, we don't claim to have any super-duper new tech as far as the blockchain goes, but what we are working on is innovative ways to make KRYP (and other krypto's) more usable by the masses. This will become apparent in our next major release. In the meantime, it has been suggested that we do another minor update to KRYP before that, which we think we will do. This will only include some very minor fixes and some extra checkpoints for additional blockchain security. We're very honest and hard-working devs, and this is no rip-off. No; things are not moving as quickly as other coins, but then there are only currently 2 of us (though others have expressed an interest in joining the team, which is GREAT!) and we both work full time. We will not be abandoning our currency, and at the moment are just happy we're still here after 3 1/2 months. Thanks to all those who continue to support us. Keep minting those coins and voting for us at your favorite exchanges

Please update the OP,we are on coin-swap already
We're in the process of updating EVERYTHING! I'm hoping to get all forums updated tonight NEW Web Site LAUNCHED at last! Although it's live, we are in the final testing phase, so there will be more stuff added, but for now its much easier for us to update, has live information about KRYP, and has the last few premine payments listed. If you hover over the 'Kryptonite' logo in the top left, you will see live stats for KRYP like this: Height:294,474 Current circulation:2,829,291 KRYP Difficulty:0.2138 Network hash rate:30.71 MH/s We're going to move this info to somewhere more accessible, and add more information like live updates from the exchanges with current value. There will also be a ledger page with ALL pre-mine payments listed, and our own Block Explorer. If there is any other info you'd like available - let us know.

this coin is going smooth in my opinion =]
Year.Dev not scamer,But the development is a poor man. Without passion of COINS, perhaps DEV such is life Such is life? The devs have MORE passion than most - but we will not be rushed into anything! BitCoin did not get where it is in 3 months! If you want a quick buck, then as we've said before, this currency may not be for you. We have plans, and the passion to follow through with them, but we do have lives and both work hard as well. Sadly i've been unwell this week, so we have not launched our new site yet, but we're hoping that it's going to be out the door this weekend, allowing us to get on with our next major release. Stay happy!

Kryptonite has been added to Coin-Swap.net
coin-swap.net/market/KRYP/BTC
Make sure to thank Ian!
Is that news for this week?oh no! What more do you want man? These guys are working hard on things, they just can't put everything in the public eye before its ready because with new stuff there's always someone who's going to try to do it faster etc. If they come out and say "we're working on this" (and it takes them 2 or 3 weeks because its just the two of them) and another Dev goes "oh thats a good idea, and I have 10 people who can work on this" who will get it done first? Be patient, this isn't a Short-Term flip Crypto with empty promises that don't materialise...this is a future Cryptocurrency, mine it, buy it, hold it, don't expect loads of innovation and fast moving markets for now. Just keep doing what we're doing, support the devs, understand that there's two of them not 10, understand that they have jobs that pay the bills but they are working hard on KRYP as well. And most importantly, Understand that they have never said "we are going to do this" and not delivered. They stated in their OP that this is a currency to be used for paying people for things, it isn't a dark-send, black-market, non-traceable coin because quite simply there's already loads of those out there and we don't need more, so as above, mine it, hold it, buy it, and be patient, it isn't an over-night 10x coin, but a long-term hold. IF that scares you, then sell what you have got and put the money into a SCAM coin made by a dev who's already made 10 other coins and just hope to hell you get out before that coin dies like all the other scam coins out there do. Very well said! We've never been in a rush with KRYP - it is a long term project and always has been. We want KRYP to be something really useable by the masses and plans are afoot to make that happen. We will not hype our currency - we don't want it to go to the moon and back down to earth again in a few weeks - we want to establish something a bit more stable if we can.

Just wanted to update everyone - I had a meeting with John and Simon last night in Brighton at Johns house. I can publicly confirm they are who they say they are, and they live where they say they live.
Developer Verification Confirmation to the next level (lol).
John / Simon, thanks for agreeing to meet me last night, here's to our continued partnership in Promoting KRYP.
It was good to meet you too! Thanks for coming down to see us

Both Exchanges have been notified Prior to POW Block Generation. Cryptsy has made comments on 25 Wallet fixes being implemented this upcoming weekend, BUK being one of them. BTER has not responded with a set completion time on Upgrade.
We are working to get the Checkpoint Server up and running with Checkpoints after this newest POW re-implementation. More to follow as this develops.
Thanks for letting us know - much appreciated
