Rudiger is going to be a really great transfer for Real Madrid defense. I really miss the times that they had a solid defense line in the past. They can strengthen their defense a lot by adding Rudiger to the team this summer. We all saw how they struggled against Manchester City for example. It is a proof for how much they need to do something about their defense certainly. I would really like to see Real Madrid bringing back their old times by getting stronger in defense and offense both next season. I say offense too because they are close to signing Mbappe as well.

Villarreal weren't able to get a favourable result for themselves and it was no surprise to me as well. Liverpool were a completely different opponent for them than Juventus and Bayern Munich. It was too difficult for them to make the same game plan work against Liverpool too. I still don't think that they were too bad here of course but Liverpool still succeed in getting what they wanted. Winning this game by two goals should be enough for them to finish it in the rematch. I don't believe that Villarreal can even end 90 minutes ahead by 2 goals and play the extra time.

Manchester United - Chelsea is a really good one tomorrow. Chelsea seem to be the closest side to be victorious in this game honestly. Manchester United are not credible at all as usual and they might lose points once again. After losing to Liverpool and Arsenal respectively, it might be time for them to lose another one. Chelsea are capable of beating them in an away game too now. It is going to depend on how effective Manchester United are going to be about scoring some goals.

Bayern Munich are of course the best team in the Bundesliga now. Because there are literally no serious opponent for them in the league now. Even Dortmund are struggling too much against them. And as long as the remaining teams don't improve themselves significantly, Bayern Munich are going to have no problem on dominating every single season of this league. They are still on a streak of so many titles and many more are yet to come as it seems for now. I would like to see Dortmund and Leipzig especially to fight much better next season.

We have left the Champions League games behind and it is going to be the time for some action in the Europa League tomorrow. As both of the games are going to be starting at the same time, I might choose to watch the West Ham - Frankfurt game. Because I hope to see a more quality football in this game especially thanks to West Ham. And I'm favouring them among the remaining teams for the Europa League championship as well. It is time for them to prove their strength once again.

Chicago Bulls are doing whatever they can against Milwaukee Bucks in the series but it is still too difficult for them to win the series at the same time. Because Bucks are performing great as usual and they have a really good team play also. And of course, there is a big Giannis factor for Bucks too. In his last game, he was awesome again by 32 points and 17 rebounds. Bucks are in the lead by 3-1 and they are likely to finish their job by 4-1 by winning their next game in around three days.

It was a well-deserved victory for Milan. Congrats to them! Because they performed much better than I expected from them to tell the truth. They got nearly four times Lazio's shots in total in this game. They did their best and got what they wanted by 2-1 also. Milan really want this championship this season as they are in the lead by two points again. But they are so unlucky that they still have a tough fixture ahead on the remaining weeks of the season. Inter have much easier games left but who knows maybe Inter will make mistakes and Milan will pull away more.

Leipzig - Rangers is an interesting draw too. Playing the first leg in Germany is a good advantage for Leipzig though but they had better not be complacent about it. Otherwise, Rangers are a team that are full of surprises considering their success until reaching this point of the tournament. They would continue to play fearlessly in both games of this draw also. Leipzig will have a much more difficult job in Scotland so they had better win this game and move on. I'm favouring Leipzig to advance btw.

Barcelona's loss against Vallecano was a really unexpected one for me. I was hoping for seeing a solid win by Barcelona here. Maybe their performance was good enough to do that but somehow they couldn't score any. I wonder what was the reason there. Maybe they were too unlucky today I don't know. But on the other hand, Barcelona are still maintaining the second place in the league table too. They just missed the chance to make the gap grow bigger with Sevilla and Atletico Madrid.

It looks like Antonio Rudiger is leaving Chelsea on a free transfer this summer for certain. And Chelsea have really nothing to do about it as they are not able to prevent him from leaving now. Real Madrid are said to be the most serious team to sign him now. Rudiger is one of the best defenders in the world now I believe. Taking this into account, it is going to be a huge loss for Chelsea while it is a wonderful addition to Real Madrid's lineup. Maybe there is nothing official yet but I think this transfer will happen.

I got what I was expecting from the der Klassiker partially. One of my score predictions was 3-2 but it ended up with a 3-1 score. And I waited for Lewandowski and Haaland both to score but only Lewandowski scored. Bayern Munich didn't have any problem at all and got their title finally. Maybe the Bundesliga started to be boring due to a huge dominance of Bayern Munich but there is still no other team to end this.

Trabzonspor played an important game for themselves. Because they were having a streak without a victory for four weeks in the Super League. And Fenerbahce started to catch up with them too. Trabzonspor needed a victory in this Adana Demirspor game and they got what they wanted by 3-1. There are four weeks to go now and the gap between Trabzonspor and Fenerbahce is 11 points. If Trabzonspor beat Antalyaspor next time, they are the champions officially.

Inter have left another tough game behind in the best way for them. They finished off Roma with a 3-1 score. They made a great effort and showed how they wanted to win the title two times in a row. But Milan must be hungrier than them for the title. Because they haven't been the champions in the league more than a decade. And this is their biggest opportunity in the recent years. We will see if they will make it.

Manchester United are still having hard days in the Premier League. They lost to Arsenal this time in Emirates. They defeated Arsenal in Old Trafford by 3-2 before but Arsenal had revenge on them by 3-1 here. Arsenal showed a good level of performance and they have taken the fourth place in the league table also. Tottenham are two points behind them now and the rivalry will be really great in the remaining weeks.

No, he is not managing Manchester United in this game. As far as I know, he is going to be starting his new job here this summer after Rangnick's contract expires.

Manchester City and Liverpool both have comfortable games this week. Manchester City are playing home against Watford tomorrow. This is not a big deal for them obviously as Watford are under the risk of relegating now. And Liverpool are playing home against Everton a day after. This is a Merseyside derby maybe but Everton are performing so poorly now. They are only one point above the relegation zone now. I don't think Liverpool would make a simple mistake while they are challenging for the title.

Having a matchup against Villarreal must be feeling different for Liverpool now. Because Villarreal are the only unexpected team in this round of the tournament. Liverpool must be aware that they need to play very carefully against them. Even if they underestimate their competitor a little, this might cause them to be eliminated surprisingly. But Liverpool are not like that. They always take their competitors seriously in a huge tournament like this one. So I believe they will get past Villarreal in this round as well.

It was a really boring qualifying session in my opinion. Because it stopped so many times that I just wished it ended as soon as possible. The rain made things worse for the drivers and spectators at the same time. Verstappen had a lucky day as he managed to take the pole position for the sprint race. Because Leclerc didn't have the chance to beat Verstappen's fastest lap in Q3 because of a red flag which caused the session to come to an end. But I hope that the sprint race doesn't become boring too.

Wolfsburg - Mainz game was really surprising to me as well. I just didn't even think for once like Wolfsburg would win this game comfortably. I was expecting to watch a very close game which was the opposite of this result. After being shown that red card, Mainz were like they gave up on the game already. And Wolfsburg had maybe their best game of the season. Defeating their competitor like 5-0 should be more than enough to boost their morale and self-confidence at the same time.

Of course there is no way Barcelona are winning the La Liga title this season. They are just enjoying themselves in the rest of the season now. They are trying to win as many games as possible to improve themselves more in time. They are not a threat to Real Madrid for this season maybe but can be completely different next season. Real Madrid and Barcelona both can be the biggest candidates to win that title next time. Possible transfers would play an important role in determining the winner also I think.

It seems like we have another nice game this week: Arsenal - Manchester United. These days, we have this kind of significant games between big teams of the league. And it is really good to have them of course. In this game, I will be favouring Arsenal to defeat their opponent. Manchester United are having really bad days and it has been going on like this for a very long time. Arsenal had some bad results recently but the solid Chelsea win must have boosted their morale too. I think they will succeed in defeating Manchester United also.
