246  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Transaction fee much higher than what I will be sending on: February 12, 2021, 12:42:16 PM
Increased transaction fee on ethereum and Bitcoin blockchain seems like the new normal. You can either wait for a reduction by trying again later or use a lesser fee which could make the transaction take a longer duration to complete.
247  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Telegram is trash on: December 27, 2020, 03:38:52 AM
It's true that telegram has a whole lot of trash comment and several persons use the platform for their unscrupulous enterprise. But I personally see telegram as a great messenger that could bring a large community together.
248  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: 1inch exchange token claim on: December 27, 2020, 12:16:25 AM
The process of getting airdrop seems to be changing and only those who meet with some trading procedures tend to get the tokens. I wasn't fortunate to get the uniswap tokens and don't meet the conditions for the inch exchange token. I really do hope that I'll be lucky next time to benefit from the airdrops shared nowadays.
249  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Time to class action sue the SEC. on: December 27, 2020, 12:12:15 AM
The issue XRP has with SEC seems very critical. I happened to get some Ripple and as it stands in at over 50% loss. It feels really bad, but I'm still positive that something good may still come out of this predicament. XRP has been in the space for quite a while and won't go yonder just like that.
250  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: In which token i invest? on: December 26, 2020, 02:20:40 PM
One of the best as altcoin to trade this period is ethereum. Ethereum has recorded substantial movement this period and day traders has made a whole lot of money while trading ethereum to USDT. I personally would advise you stick with ethereum and Bitcoin to get your return because they're less risky.
251  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Litecoin Ready for a Major Breakout? on: December 23, 2020, 10:06:51 AM
Litecoin performance this few days has been impressive and for the first time this year, the value rose above $100. I'm still positive about the coin and would be expecting it to hit a new ath in the next bull run. Litecoin is one of the altcoin I admire and I see the value bringing smiles to the holders.
252  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you feel about altcoin long-term performance? on: December 20, 2020, 02:06:44 PM
I would rather hold bitcoin for long term than any altcoin, because most altcoin tends to be fail. The only altcoin I could afford to risk for long-term hold is ethereum and bnb. I love the fact that there are constant developments in ethereum and bnb holds its credibility to the binance exchange which happens to be the largest and most popular cryptocurrency in the world.
253  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WHICH COIN IS THE NEXT ETHEREUM ? on: December 20, 2020, 02:01:44 PM
I noticed that several projects have been said to the a worthy competitor of ethereum, but non has been able to stand tall like ethereum. I remember Neo was once said to be the Chinese ethereum and as we speak its a nowhere to be found. I personally don't see any worth competitor to  ethereum presently.
254  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you trust USDT? on: December 20, 2020, 01:56:07 PM
USDT controversy has been since the establishment of the token, but USDT still finds a way to remain on top as the stable coin with the highest market capitalisation. I really don't know how they manage to be on top, but I trust that my meagre holding of the token is safe because what I hold is quite inconsequential when looking at the market capitalisation.
255  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BTC reached another ATH, what about ETH? on: December 18, 2020, 10:14:32 PM
The new ATH of Bitcoin is indeed something exciting and ethereum is yet to set a new ATH. I'm of the opinion that ethereum would still set a new ATH, probably by next year or after the bitcoin rally.
256  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Campaign With Coolest ETH Rewards in 2020 on: December 15, 2020, 01:26:32 AM
I know we tend to have high paying bounties of this nature, but the challenge is that they come ones in a blue moon and there's always the tendency for one to be sceptical of the reward because its too good to be true. I wasn't fortunate enough to participate but I'm happy for the participants who got this juicy reward.
257  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Cryptopia Claim without KYC on: December 12, 2020, 09:24:17 AM
I'm kind of lost. Do you mean that we can now reclaim our fund in cryptopia? I had some funds on the exchange before the hack news which lead to the liquidation of the platform. I have actually Written off that money and it would be great to have a refund back. Please how can I apply for a refund?
258  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How NOT To Get Scammed on: October 27, 2020, 12:06:17 PM
There's no doubt that get rich quick schemes and ponzi schemes are of no good to anyone. Most people join this scheme out of greed because of the wealth they promise in very short period of time. This schemes in most cases uses the payment of new members to pay the interest and principal of older members.
259  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coin do you think will become next Ethereum? on: October 27, 2020, 12:02:10 PM
Polkadot has been making some wave lately and I'm beginning to think that the project has something unique to offer the industry. Its only been a few months since the project made her rounds in the space and so much has been gained. The project may surprise us when they spend more time in the industry.
260  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: PayPal might issue its own cryptocurrency soon, says CoinShares exec on: October 27, 2020, 11:57:15 AM
If they issue their own altcoin, hope it has more functionality then just buy, sell and hold. Hope it will have an option to be send to other paypal users. Otherwise what is the purpose of it? They will already have such "cryptocurrency with cut functionality" called Bitcoin.

This new altcoin will also be useless because paypal being centralized. Who need this "their own cryptocurrency" when there exchange with their own token in 2018 already?

PayPal should be aware of the process and how the cryptocurrency industry works. I'm certain that any cryptocurrency that comes from them would have a use case and the potential to be in huge demand.

I'm personally glad because more great companies are getting aware of the cryptocurrency industry and are willing to come to the space. This is contributing to the mass adoption of cryptocurrency which we look forward to.
