241  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why do you even gamble? on: January 09, 2018, 11:25:24 PM
Well, but you already said that you have limits everytime that you start gambling, and that is the most important thing that you should do. You can not gamble if you do not have limits, you could end just gambling your entire house.
I do gamble every now and then myself, but I am for sure not addicted. Although I know my limits, it's really hard to stop when you're down. You can't stand the fact that you lose money, and you want to play more to get the money back.
That is it, and if you lose - you will want more money, and at the end, you are the only one who is going to lose everything because the owner of the casino is the only one who is going to earn, lmao.

Gambling is dangerous if you do not know what the hell you are doing, but yes, it is funny, of course.
242  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Different betting strategies for dice games or similar on: January 09, 2018, 11:14:28 PM
"all you need to do is hope" Well, i think that you do not even know a fuck about what luck is and how do you win a game. First of all, luck does not exist when you are playing in a casino, it is all pure coincidence.
Gambling works in such a coincidental way we can never predict or know if we can really win in a game it is all base in luck there is no strategy or what so ever needed in playing it all you need to do is hope
And hope? Or faith? Are you really praying to god everytime that you want to earn a few bucks on a roulette or in a dice? That makes no sense.

I would never try to ask to god to double my money, and what if you lose it? are you going to blame him forever?
You do not even know how does it works, i can smell it from milles away from you.
243  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Pump groups? on: January 09, 2018, 11:03:51 PM
Probably this is the best way to minimize the risk, and a lot of those groups are asking for huge memberships in order to join them, that is expensive, i would not pay $500 for a single membership of a group.
Well like every one is advising you, just avoid these kinds of groups even if they seem legitimate.Just buy and hold strong coins and you will be very okay
With that money + a few more bucks i can easily buy a brand new iPhone X, why would i pay that money to a strange just for giving me fake signals?

No way, i prefer the traditional way, just buy and hold until you make a good profit. And at the moment, a lot of icos are being profitable, maybe all of them.
244  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What do you think about Casino with 0% Edge? on: January 09, 2018, 10:54:18 PM
With 0% Edge? Can you share the link with us? That is very strange, since most of them are just asking for a little fee or just a little edge that are always the same in some casinos.
Quote
I just found out about this project of Casino that will be opened and it has 0% Edge and I just thought, seriously, why we pay an edge in online Casinos?
And i wouldn't trust a casino like that, i do not know, but maybe you get addicted to there and someday you realize that they have just closed their platform and you lost it all.

That is why i am always looking to gamble or just to play in all those sites in where i know what i am doing and where i am putting my money.

Well, i do not use to gamble with more than $50 or $40, but that is fine after all.
245  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Turning my 50 USD into 25,000 USD? on: January 09, 2018, 10:42:18 PM
Well, if you think that everything is so easy in here, why do not you invest $1 and make $1500 in just a few days just like you are saying? Maybe you do not know it, but you are the new Warren Buffet, the master of finances!
Put 50 bucks on a x5 coin on short term sell when the investment hits  250 USD
Long term HODL your 250 buck on a x100 coin (better if U find a newly dumped ICO)
Be realistic, you will never turn $50 on $25000, are you crazy? that is not possible. And the only ones who could make that profit were those who had a huge luck on the past.

Or those who "invested" in an ICO and it suddenly made a x15 or a x10.
But a x100? No way, that is not happening anymore.
246  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Just an idea for Bitcoin on: January 09, 2018, 10:30:52 PM
Not even the bitcoin coders want to do that. The bitcoin core is almost dead at the moment, there are just tiny updates and everytime that something gets fixed, another issue start.
do you think there should be a reward for a person who volunteer computer internet and lot of disk space for bitcoin full node  ?
I would do it, but it is not easy, just think about it, if the real coders haven't did it, then why would you do it? It means that it is extremely difficult, and expensive.

It doesn't justify that, but we all know that it is pretty impossible to try to fix something that is not ours. The same happens with all the other altcoins that are suffering huge issues with their nodes.
247  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Problems with blockchain.info access on: January 09, 2018, 10:19:35 PM
Then it is your problem, have you tried to clean your cookies? Maybe the system is not recording your log-ing session and that is why you are not receiving the second email.
(I use it as a watch only wallet for my paper wallet). Meaning: As soon as I want to start to access my account twice a day, they don`t send me the verification email a second time, so can`t access the account again.
I do not like blockchain.info because they have a lot of issues, and that is probably one, there is some kind of incompatibility with some explorers, like chrome or maxthon.

I prefer to use the other wallets, and if you are going to sweep your private key, just do it in a safe place, do not use blockchain.info because they have a lot of issues (just like i said before) Electrum could be a good option for doing so.
248  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Investing is the new gambling! Double, Tripple, Quadruple...why still gamble? on: January 09, 2018, 10:07:37 PM
"investing is boring"... Yes yes.. tell me more, so you are making money from playing a single roulette the whole night to earn millions of dollars per day, am i right or not?
Trading or investing in a way is a gamble but playing in  casinos gives you a different feeling, it's fun!
Investing is boring as you will just wait for the prices to go up, I gamble because it is thrilling and fun.
Guys, do not lie to yourselves anymore, gambling is funny as long as you are not going to gamble your whole wage in there, or as long as you are not going to steal to other people to gamble

I have been a lot of scenarios in where a lot of people gamble their entire fortunes in a simple game only because they were "bored".

Gamble is risky, but it is funny as long as you are playing just for fun.
249  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Microsoft Step Back on Bitcoin on: January 09, 2018, 09:56:50 PM
And you forgot to say that they stopped using bitcoin because they said that it was "not stable" came on, are you seriously? You, microsoft, are the most unstable system that has ever been created, do not lie to yourselves.
Microsoft has accepted Bitcoin as a form of payment for a long time.Recently the company did a step back and remove the option to pay in Bitcoin.
But a lot of people thought that it was a very important thing for bitcoin, and it was not! A lot of people dumped all their bitcoins because of this issue, and we all know that microsoft is just on the bitcoin ecosystem.

Because they just stopped accepting bitcoin, it means that bitcoin is dead?

It is not how it works.. And we all know that bitcoin is not being a good asset for daily expenses, i prefer to hold it instead of spending it on microsoft stuff.
250  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Etherum - transaction time low fee. on: January 09, 2018, 09:47:11 PM
You already got the answer in there, you putted a low fee in there, only the God of Ethereum knows when that is really going to get confirmed by the blochchain.
When should this transaction be done? it was sent 6h ago
fee is low, but it was automaticaly selected and i added one zero to make it faster
I am not using ethereum anymore because of that, well, i am storing ERC20 tokens, but if you want to make a simple ethereum transaction, you will need to pay more than $5 worth of fees, that is a lot compared to one month fees.

And the times that you need to wait to see that transaction on the blockchain are insane, probably it can even be compared with the long times that you need to pay for bitcoins.

Even bitcoin tx's are more faster if you put a high fee on there.

251  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Professional trader recommendation please? on: January 09, 2018, 09:24:50 PM
This is exactly what i think about it too, and there are some telegram groups who are offering privileged signals and a bunch of shit just for a paid suscription.
These professional traders you speak of, IMO, are overpriced and what they'll teach you may not apply on your trading strategies and whatnot since we all have our strategies and approach in trading.
Mate, if you want to earn money, just dont pay anything, or do not follow a single trader on YouTube or wherever your are trying to follow them all.

Just make and build your own strategy, that is the best way in that you can succeed at some point, i dont know, i would really do that, and that is what i did.

"proffesionals" of trading.. they are not here anymore.
252  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: UTRUST (UTK) -- Hidden Gem? on: January 09, 2018, 09:15:44 PM
And you forgot this, they owe 6% of their total tokens sold to their bounty hunters, if the marketcap is 200 million at the moment, that six percent is 12 million dollars in uTrust tokens to their bounty participants.

It is a huge amount of money, but those who have been in there really deserve that money, without that advertising, the project wouldn't have that kind of money.

They got more than $20 million from investors, current market cap is $200 million, that's a lot for a pretty much useless ethereum token from a company without a functioning product. Does this really fit the 'hidden gem' project?

Those tokens are useless, if they go up, it is only because of hype + fomo, nothing more.

I dont know why a lot of people think that utrust deserve to be on the top 100.
253  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin Trading Gambling? on: January 09, 2018, 09:06:06 PM
Why would it be considered as gambling? I really enjoy trading, and i enjoy much more to hold those coins.
I am a big fan of ICO tokens, and all those altcoins that are listed and under the radar right now.

For me, it doesn't have risks unless that you do not know what the hell you are doing with your money.

So the question is if Bitcoin Trading is a Gamble or not?
I will express my views here and would love to know what you guys think.

So no, it doesn't apply in here, it can not be considered as gamble as long as you are not just puting a whole bitcoin in a single coin and hoping to double it in just twenty minutes.

254  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are you still looking for best gambling site that suits your luck on: January 08, 2018, 11:36:25 PM
And it is x20 times more funny because he is just trying to attract as many people as possible to those sites in order to refer people in there to earn a few satoshis.

This guy is pathetic, i would never join one of those sites with his refer link.

No way friend, people will hardly follow your way. No one will join through your links as they know that you will be benefited and no one have such time to do so. Anyways, all the best.

And regarding to the luck that you are talking about in there, let me tell you that luck does not exist, it is just everything on your mind.

If you win a game, it is just because there were so many coincidences and you suddenly won, there is nothing about luck or whatever it is.
255  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Verifying messages and signatures? on: January 08, 2018, 11:23:13 PM
It is a very interesting thing, and that is very, but very useful if you are going to keep your bitcointalk account forever.

If you need to prove that you are the owner of X address, or just the owner of X account and you have an staked address, then you can sign a message.

What does verifying messages and signatures mean and how is it useful?
I see this all over thr community but need help grasping what exactly it is.

It is not a difficult thing to do, you can easily sign a message from a hardware wallet (just like trezor, ledger) or just using a desktop wallet like Electrum.

It is very important to always verify if the signed messages are legit too.
256  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Overview of Bitcointalk Signature-Ad Campaigns [Last update: 31-Dec-2017] on: January 08, 2018, 11:04:16 PM
No offense, but that is the most shady campaign that i have ever seen so far.

They have created a fake signature campaign with a stolen account who got tagged in seconds, and that campaign was a waste of time, because a lot of people applied in there and it got removed.

Don't know if you would add PARKGENE https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2708684.0

One day later, they opened another signature, it got deleted because they broke the signature rules, they were rewarding their users for posting on their ANN.

So one more time they opened it today, and with a non-trusted user who is opening it, i dont know, i wouldn't join there.
257  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How can gambling help you with your life? on: January 08, 2018, 10:56:07 PM
You said pure truth in here, except that you said that "gambling can become an entertainment" Seriously? an entertainment?

Mate, stop lying to yourself, it will never be considered as that, because a lot of people have lost their minds because of gambling.

To be honest it wont help you anything in your life and it has the potential to wreck your life, gambling can become entertainment if you know how to control yourself,

I know a lot of people who lost all their money and funds because they were addicted to play different types of games, like roulette, dice, poker, and so on.
258  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why China banning bitcoin mining isn't a bad thing - look at the bright side on: January 08, 2018, 10:48:48 PM
And tell me, if there wouldn't be any of those companies who are providing them cheap electricity, or if the government decides to subsidiate them forever, it could be a chaos.

China works for an enviromental change with electirical power. All bus and taxies will electrical step by step. Maybe thats a one point of this ban.  Mining isnt enviromental processing for humanity Smiley

But only on the economic side, China's pools without electricity are nothing, they can not mine with $0,20$/Kw
It would maximize their expected expenses a lot.

I dont know, but there is a lot of manipulation in there, and it needs to be finished.

it is not a bad thing if you are a crypto lover, lmao.
259  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WePower is on fire! on: January 08, 2018, 10:28:22 PM
Anyone knows what the heck is happening with WePower? it is going up so fast.

For those looking for a good ICO to invest in, check out WePower. They're 3 weeks before the ICO and have 13k members in their Telegram group, twice as much as they had a week ago.

It has a lot of hype at the moment, but for me, uTrust is much more better than weTrust.

Maybe they are very different things, and yes, i know that. But they are very similiar and both communities are almost the same.

260  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How long does Bitfinex support take to reply? on: January 02, 2018, 11:55:05 PM
Well, if your money disappeared, then there is nothing that you can do about it, i am sorry for your loss.

Getting to the point. Recently when I withdrew 88 XRP from Bitfinex my 0.02 BTC also disappeared. I read someone else also faced a similar issue on reddit. Might be due to a bug. I have contacted Bitfinex support and

But this is how it works, they are never going to give you your money back, your hard earned money.

You need to understand that leaving your money on an exchange is the worst thing that you can do, aand 88 ripple + 0,02 btc are nothing compared to all that money that a lot of people lost in here.

I lost $5000 in Bittrex more than six months ago (they stoled my balance, it was not my fault) Still no reply from the support.

A lot of people lost million on dollars in those shady exchanges, no one can trust them.
