Not here to shit on Vcash or john-connor. I have no strong opinion on the coin and the man is clearly a very talented programmer. I just had to point out the absurdity of the statement "The ZeroLedger technology is alone worth a billion IMHO". BTC and Vcash are competing digital currencies, not competing consumer goods. Currency and consumer goods do not derive their values from the same sources. A crypto-currency derives its value mainly from adoption, but john-connor speaks of ZeroLedger as if he is the Samsumg CEO speculating on the worth of their latest advancements in bendable touchscreens. BTC is light-years ahead of everything else when it comes to current adoption, and this fact is further compounded by the effect of adoption begetting adoption. I can hear fanboys screaming, "technological advancements will drive adoption!". If you believe this, you live in a fantasy land that exists only in your dreams. In the real world, the majority of the population has absolutely zero interest in buying, owning, using, accepting, or investing in crypto-currency and never will. They want to swipe their Visa card and go about their day. They aren't sitting on the sidelines because BTC isn't fast enough or truly anonymous. john-connor goes on to state that zero confirmation will make crypto-currencies useful "in real time situations", which is utterly irrelevant because I have yet to see a compelling use case or demand of any significance for crypto-currency "in real time situations". Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, and the legacy banking system are not frightened of BTC and blockchain technology. They will be watching the world of crypto-currencies and continually stealing the good parts from it to improve efficiency, lower costs, and improve their service. In the same way, BTC is not scared of altcoins. BTC will continually take advances pioneered by altcoins for itself, as this very thread vividly illustrates. There are other use cases for blockchain technology besides as currency, and it remains to be seen whether currency is the so-called "killer app" of blockchain technology, but trying to compete with BTC when it comes to use as a currency is a fool's errand. BTC has already won, deal with it. that's why we need Vcash  |

One more question. What happens if only one person invests 5$ and noone else invests. Will you still honor the deal and he will therefore claim all the 20mil ico coins ?
If it had got to that, then no. We would not have sold any % of the company profits for $5 and would have refunded the investments. We have already raised a real amount money and will be putting it to use asap. The sale will complete and we'll be honoring the agreement from here on in. well this will raise another question..what is the minimum fund to reach for making this ico hitting the target? |

Maybe a stupid question but is there any overlap of interests or possibility of collaboration between Blakecoin and Huntercoin? Both seem to be similar in that they develop in a very low key way with no fanfare but seem to be cutting edge, looking for new ideas.
Not sure what form collaboration might take but if coins were gangs these two coins would kick some crypto ass.
Seems like the future of coins will probably involve developmental partnerships, especially in coins involving games.
no plans to collaborate with Huntercoin although you may see them as similar its very different from my point of view, none of the work they have done is useful for Blakecoin/BlakeZone and most of my work is in java, mono c# and Unity3D (true AAA game engine! support most platforms)  ingame wallet for BlakeZone is an option and not a huge part of the project as you can use current wallet and json to same effect it is also not effected if the Blakecoin network has an issue, also my design model is client/server(clustered), v1 was tested upto 30k CCU and due to the clustered design can scale both vertical/horizontal, v3 is only tested to 5k as it is a real pita to setup a huge 30k CCU load *in other words following standard game design with full featured game engine and typical client/server network for each title, some stuff I am using is licenced so dont expect it to be opensource anyways closed beta testers will see what I mean by that soon enough, best of luck to anyone doing massive scale online game its far from easy to assemble a good working pipeline that make actual game creation easy also note most likely I will not be marketing towards the crypto community as imho it is tiny and toxic how about vanillacoin/Vcash? since both coin using blake's algo,and your game need an ingame wallet,may be Vcash zero-time tech could be an useful tool for that i'm not sure. btw,i'm not a tech guy,so,what i said above is just an guessing and forgive me for if i was saying something stupid. |

What would you guys suggest i could do to encourage support? its really gonna be a first of a kind game, no one else has something like this, and coin2 has battlefield 3 and 4 as a way to earn, and you can play it on your favorite system i play on the ps3 from time to time to earn some coin2 besides what i get from staking, and the price is really cheap right now, its a good time to buy,  Don't you think 70 sats is kinda cheap considering the caliber of the game? sorry,i don`t think so. and actually i do happy to see that happen if they can do that. btw,you can also buy cheap faircoins on bittrex too before it is too late. Remember, that with getfaircoin we sell faircoin for the faircoop expenses, and also take the responsability to rebuy with same price from merchants. Because the difference of prices, the amount of selling in getfaircoin has degrowth a lot, and there are not enough to rebuy in bittrex, currently. Also meanwhile there are so big difference between bittrex and getfaircoin, the tools from fairtoearth and bitbill not works properly, for example is not useful for merchants based in the getfaircoin price to use the atm for cashout with fairtoearth. So, its obvious that an important priority for us, is to put bittrex as a same price than getfaircoin, and soon with the plans coming on september we are going to have that as a goal. goal unfulfilled yet |
