Not quite weed but it will only be a matter of time. To see the potential of Sativacoin through actual use, please refer to my update below...I was able to complete the transaction fairly quickly through CoinPayments 

Wanted to wait until it actually arrived before I gave a shout out, but thank you to Pex Peppers for officially being the first CoinPayments merchant to accept Sativacoin!

IMO ... Hex has made a very smart move with the addition of ETH as a base pair ... first to do it ... and it is brilliant/awesome!

POT, CANN, STV, BLZ, Bonger can trade direct for LTC, DOGE, ETH, FTC and UNO.  

Six liquid markets to trade in ... and an opportunity to not be so conditionally attached to the rise and fall of bitcoin prices ... this can bring price stability to the #420 coins listed at cryptopia


*There's also a coin called Medic (POS) network seems to be up and working but I can't find active community ... happy if they could stop by ... it be nice to keep that coin/concept alive!

My idea is that once prices stabilize (see Cryptopia markets above) then the successful #420 coins will act as de facto pegs to the general value of crypto (LTC,BTC, ETH index value).

Then it is much easier to pitch projects to vendors, growers, supporters ... because the we match general crypto values, and have much more up side potential.

Still keen on the original project ... #420 coin kiosks

Hire a marketing expert and push these coins to states such as Colorado. One idea.

I want to get a marijuana DAO $MDAO going on. It will be the same as TheDAO $DAO. We submit proposals for how to make $MDAO holders a return. Then they vote which one to do.

There should be many proposals.

Weed vending machine.
Weed social network.
Weed accessories, brick and mortar stores.
Legal weed production. Weed drinks, hash, buds, candies.


The main thing I have learnt is we need a public community to raise funds. We need a small amount of funds. Not much. If we have 50 people who all put in 1 BTC. We could get enough money to pay to be on TV shows, get in magazines, speak at conferences, etc.

why not?  TheDAO is hot and trending ... launch a few things see if they take off ... Legal weed production likely the least cost prohibitive ... more o less just baking some snacks or distilling some syrups.

I might be wrong but I think there is a 0.0000001% chance we can use TheDAO to raise funds. I believe it is controlled by Ethereum. Projects must get white-listed. Only projects that help Ethereum will get white-listed. Ethereum also controls marketing for it and they hold a massive stake in it. They pretty much control which projects get funds.

Whatever we do we need to sell the story to investors. We need people to be out in public, in magazines, at conferences and doing video interviews. Ethereum did a good job with this. They took out a $150,000 loan for their team to travel the world selling people on the idea. Then they raised money. Now it is even more expensive to promote crypto stuff because other people are figuring out this secret sauce to raising funds.

If we can build up a network of users through out all the crypto hot spots then we can maybe get all this promotion stuff done for cheap since we wouldn't have to be flying around the world.
