People need to understand that the dev is a grower. Are we sure "The 1 CANN per gram" isnt a wholesale price that the dispensaries pay? I think the arizona dispensary is just running it as a promotion to get people in the door, buying and selling the weed for the same amount to attract the attention of CANN holders and users...the price would be drastically less that 10 - 20 dollars per gram, and make a lot more sense.

This is going to be a revolution in the Cannabis / Medical Marijuana industry.
Paypal's Bitcoin integration with Braintree is the first in the Crypto revolution. Cryptos are on their way to the public.
We'll surely see CANN in the news by 2015. Probably earlier.

Update:Hello! Peter and I have been working on getting the Windows and MAC QT wallet update ready and adding some changes. Peter will announce the changes once we are ready to release wallet. -Last nights meeting went well with a local media consultant for CannabisCoin regarding film/video/etc. -Will resume meeting with dispensary today before heading out to Las Vegas. -Have industry meetings in Las Vegas including tentative talks with HEMP INC CEO http://www.hempinc.com/This is tentative because we both have discussed prior engagements but I feel confident we will meet up while I am out there. These guys are BIG in the cannabis industry and are considered early pioneers in their trade. ~DeltaNine

Charlotte Figi is a celebrity now. I'm guessing that she probably has lawyers and agents telling her what to do/say. If that is true it means she will never publicly support CANN even though she probably wants to. I would focus on getting another child to be a spokesperson for CANN. Someone who's parents are extremely grateful and who have no lawyers/agents involved yet. They will be so into it that they will move to Arizona to get the donated coins redeemed for cannabis. CNN claimed patients from all over moved to Colorado for legal marijuana.
A second note about this... From what I remember, Charlotte Figi needs a strain called "Charlotte's Web" which is low in THC. Why would she want CANN if all you can trade it for is CANNdy? Is there a new low THC strain in the works from the CannabisCoin team?
I do not like the story that we are donating coins to her in hopes that the price goes up and she can sell them for USD. I hope people aren't selling that story. I would like the story to be that we donated coins so that she can exchange them for a free lifetime supply of cannabis.
I like your idea about finding other children because we have children here locally that need CBD. Kids do not smoke the medicine, they need CBD oil which is a lot harder to produce than just harvest the buds. CBD is highly sought for the medicine it provides for children. CannabisCoin will soon be accepted for CBD oils as well. They will be able to use it for meds. Our partner HWC has developed their own CBD oil and it has been proven very effective for children. We have discussed the potential acceptance of CannabisCoin for CBD oil. |

from what i've read on teh thread, tokyopotato is just talking about stuff.
it is so easy to take offense when you're edgy, conversely it's easy to converse about delicate matters when you're relaxed
from my perspective there doesnt seem to be any inherent bias towards CCN over CANN.
or any obvious attempt at FUD
i hope there is further discussion between the two teams or devs, this doesnt seem a large hurdle to overcome.
while collaboration is not necessarily further useful,
co-operation and mutual respect is.

Good Morning CannabisCoin lovers worldwide ! I was very excited to read about adding Peter to help with the development of CannabisCoin. You continue to suprise me delta9 ... I cannot wait to see the final buildout of the indoor location as well as the outdoor. That will truly be a sight to behold !  I have donated to Charlotte Figi , Peter , and the cannabiscoin faucet. The Charlotte Figi story is truly touching and it made me cry because I have a 2 year old daughter and it hit home. Keep up your great work , it is a great cause and the sky is the limit !!! And to all you international people out there much love from Texas !!! I have a particular fondness for the Netherlands as I have a friend that lives in Meppel. We became best of friends when he came to the states on a work exchange program 20 years ago. After living in the states for 3 years he had to go back but I promised him one day I would come visit him in the Netherlands . He told me I could stay with him for free and that I wouldn't need to get a hotel to save money, so back in 2008 I traveled there and had one of the best times of my life. I was there 2 whole weeks and my friend took off of work for 2 weeks so we had alot of time to do whatever we wanted . We went all over the Netherlands , Amsterdam , the coast , a cheese factory , a chocolate factory , the hoorn waterways , west- friesland on these boats through the waterways , Gouda , and Den Haag. From there we decided to drive through germany on the autobahn and go to Oktoberfest in Munich which was a blast ! Then we drove to Lech, Austria which was absolutely stunning and picturesque. It was such an amazing trip and I can't wait to do it again . Oh , I forgot to mention we visited many many many coffeshops . -mrbigmugs Thank you for the encouraging words! As of right now, CannabisCoin is NOT being sold in any form by any business other than exchanges.
The CannabisCoin team does not see ATMs as a solution and see it more of a marketing scheme used by other coins. Potcoin CIO himself mentioned they aren't doing ATMs anymore. Go figure.
DeltaNine and the Team have legitimate plans which are by the way, backed by a law firm.
Patrick of Canna coin CCN aka TokyoPotato, You have been relentlessly questioning the teams efforts and credibility without reason other than to raise concern and direct attention to "Canna" coin CCN. This is not good practice nor ethical from a "community leader". DeltaNine has been courteous enough to Skype with you and take time out of his movement to talk about future collaborations. This is just a distraction for the team right now.

Hi everyone I am joining the CannabisCoin development team and will be putting in a lot of hours to help improve and develop the coin. I have been in the crypto scene for many years now and have helped many projects in the past. My other home is Feathercoin which I launched over a year ago now and to which I am still committed. For a while now I have been in some contact with members of CannabisCoin and have heard many good things about the good work that has been going on over here. The genius in this coin is seeing what will survive in the future. Looking at historical markets new things like crypto, after they get mass market adoption, the markets will segment, Bitcoin will probably take the main stage but those who work to find their niche will survive with their own market. Cannabis is a market that Bitcoin will not openly follow into, CannabisCoin will rule this market segment and in turn secure its future. Kudos to the CannabisCoin's creators seeing the need for this sort of coin and that it is a niche that can survive through market segmentation. Now to get to some work, my first order of business is to get a DNS seeder up and running for CannabisCoin. This is the first thing that clients connect to when firing up and from the seeder they get a list of other nodes to connect to. Once we have this in place and added to the source code new users will not have to worry about addnode details as the client will automatically connect. This is only a start to some of the work that will go into making the coin software and its network the best it can be by improving the network infrastructure and security. There are many options in front of us and the best technical direction needs to be decided once initial work has been completed. I'm happy to be here and I hope people are happy to have me. Well i ordered from drgreenstore.com... I will confirm here if/when they arrive and if I also receive my freebies for using bitcoin. If the site confirms legit I hope that CANN can get added as a payment option . I will be contacting them as soon as I have confirmation and again will post here aswell . CANT WAIT FOR THE CHEESE. I had some about a year ago and the flavor is insanity. I yearn for it... I need it... The cheese is mine Delivery confirmed! Shipping speed was outstanding considering it came from Spain to Oregon. Dinafem seeds showed up in Dinafem tin (helpful to confirm validity). Also confirm they DO give 3 free seeds with bitcoin purchase AND they also let me pick my own free seed type (they now list options on the main page to choose from, originally there were no options I just asked). For about $30 USD I got 3 Autoflowering Cheese (due to the crossbreed the autoflowering actually produces more) and 3 free bubblegum (all fem) which should be amazing and is a rare flavor around here. Also dinafem does NOT ship to US so this is great for users looking to get Dinafem seeds. In a couple months I will post again with the final results. The ultimate test to know whether they sold me real or fake is the cheese, I know what it tastes like. I yearn for it  .
