241  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Satoshi Nakamoto - Can We Find Him ? on: May 07, 2019, 10:37:09 AM
Where is he now?...

maybe satoshi is no longer alive or maybe satoshi has lost his memory? or maybe satoshi is arrested and incommunicable? are many possibilities. But the question that really matters now is:

- Would it make any difference if Satoshi showed up?

- Would it be that the community would obey Satoshi's orders on what path bitcoin should follow?

Or maybe he's not a real person after all. Yeah i'm also asking that question as to why there are people who seem to be keen in locating satoshi nakamoto, as if it's going to make any difference if ever he or she or they show up. Craig wright claimed to be satoshi and look what it did to his bchsv. There's no sense at all in trying to find who or where satoshi is.
242  Economy / Speculation / Re: Realistic Predictions for Bitcoin? on: May 07, 2019, 10:28:42 AM
A very long article along with it is a lot of evidence. All of us are also judging from the understanding of the crypto market situation. So the price I think at the end of 2019 might be $ 10,000. It is very difficult for Bitcoin to reach the price of $ 20,000 as many people perceive and you should be aware of this.
Yes $10k might have more chances to happen this year but more than that, i think that's quite impossible. But again no one can really make exact predictions here even the legends in this crypto market because all we have here are purely speculations and guesses.

10k impossible? Ate you sure? If we continue with the pace we're taking now, we may hit 10k by the third quarter of this year. Remember we started out just around the 3k area until march and then 2 months in, we're almost at twice the value of bitcoin. 2019 is proving to be a good year and though another all time high is unlikely, i'm confident that 10k is attainable this year.
243  Economy / Speculation / Re: People who bought BITCOIN at $1000 are now starting to sell, CCN article writes on: May 07, 2019, 10:24:56 AM
Those who were vulnerable to panic selling has already done that and now most of the coins are being held by serious users. This is clear from the recent bull run, as there was no other major trigger. The supply is getting affected, as those who wanted to sell has no more coins left in their wallets. I think that the next major resistance level is going to come up at $10,000 per coin and that is when some of the medium-term holders are going to sell their coins. If everything goes as per the plan, then $25,000 per coin is possible by 2020.

I think so too because if there are still people seriously considering selling at this point, we should take more time to reach where we are niw. As it stands, most of us are anticipating a big run towards the second half so we're holding. Some are even buying btc in anticipation of a bullrun. People have learned their lessons from past btc movements.
244  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin be considered a Religion? on: May 07, 2019, 09:08:03 AM
Like they will worship their Almighty Satoshi?

yes that was right  . they worship the good ol satoshi nakamoto and they worship bitcoin because we cannot deny that bitcoin was too useful and it provides people a source of income  .  all bitcoin users have a solid faith in bitcoin  . we trust bitcoin no matter what happens to its price  because this was the only way to feel confident despite the hardships that we have experience  .

Worship something because it provides a source of income? I can't get any sense out of that dude. You don't worship your boss or the company where you work at. Or you don't worship any businesses that you've set up just because it enabled you to buy a car or ay for whatever lifestyle you're living. The connection is laughable at the very least.
245  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you still bother to engage non Bitcoiners? on: May 07, 2019, 08:52:08 AM
I've learned to let people be with what they want to believe when it comes to crypto. They will never run out of reasons or doubts or negative thoughts about it anyway simply because they've already had their minds set. Sometimes its like talking to a wall. And then they'll bring up the btc "crashes" And the "i told you so's". It gets draining at times trying convince people who don't want to be convinced.
246  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is for scammers, yea right! on: May 07, 2019, 08:43:05 AM
This has been a washed out accusation for btc already and i don't think there are as much people giving weight to this now compared to a few years back. With bitcoin's increasing popularity, people will eventually learn about it and know aspects beyond the negativities. The upward price movement can be a proof to this and people are seeing bitcoin now as more than a tool for scammers.
247  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin Boom to $100K Will Destroy Altcoins on: May 07, 2019, 08:01:24 AM
First question is "if". I think 100k is an ambitious  target though we'll never really know until the time comes. And yeah i agree that if that happens, alts will take a big blow. But not all of them of course. If we can remember btc's 2017 run, ethereum and some other alts had their all time highs as well. So some will fly with btc while lower alts would likely get the axe.
248  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum goes to the top! on: May 07, 2019, 07:56:45 AM
I see price growth and ethereum charts getting better. Although it is difficult to reach $ 200. Well, this is a good opportunity to start buying ethereum. Is this a good idea for now? Let's discuss it. Thank you in advance.
As the price of ethereum surge, it is a very great idea to buy ethereum now.Once it breaks the 200$ mark, the bearish trend will happen immediately. Now, I have a lot of ethereum and I am really looking forward for the bear.
Maybe this is the right time seems to buy ethereum, but it all depends on your individual decisions if indeed you want to invest in ethereum, of course you have to buy it and hopefully later you will get a profit
Ethereum is due for an increase and I think this time around it's not a bull trap anymore.
Bitcoin and Ethereum is rising, these two major coins will drive the market into a big bull run, just like the old times, so we should be happy with this progress so far and although Ethereum has increased, we should still think that this price now is a good buy.

200 usd isn't a farfetched target anymore it seems, with ether slowly creeping up to 180 at the moment. Not a bull run but i think this is better for the coin's growth. Not long ago we're looking at a sub 90usd eth and a lot people are quick to dismiss eth's chances. Thise that were able to buy that time had their money doubled now already
249  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty may be an income medium for unemployed youth. on: May 07, 2019, 07:50:15 AM
Nowadays the unemployment has quite decrease because of the home based jobs are provided by the various body in the different field. There are many freelancers are working from there home with a single PC only required. In this way Bounty has also become more acceptable among the people of various field. From bounty people are working in a totally new field and earning the free coin and token which they will later trade or sell in the exchanges. So, unemployed youth are now get a new job in the face of bounty from which they also earning their livelihood.

You must be kidding me. Unemployment is a huge problem in many parts of the world, and in fact, freelancers who work from home are the ones who are hurt by this concept also. Yes,,, they get to work from home and also this means more access to a wider job market. But many of them do not have the same benefits. No sick leave. No unpaid leave. No insurance. No pension.

So yes, bounties can be an income, but it is not sustainable!

Who needs leaves when you have your own time in your hands? Pensions, taxes and insurances? You can pay for these with freelance salary. And if you're freelancing, you have more time for other side jobs like bounty hunting and doing campaigns. This works great for students as an extra means of having money for school. It doesn't have to be someone's bread and butter.
250  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Death Penalty to ICO Scammers! Are you favor it? on: May 07, 2019, 06:56:28 AM
As we all know still exit scam ICO's are victimizing investors including me in my frustration I wish these people be killed or if busted they must sentenced to death Penalty are you favor of it.

I am sorry but i will not favor of death penalty we have not right to get their lifes only god have the right to do that, next time in order not to be victimize of those scammers we should practice ourselves to do more research.
agree with you, we must be very clever at choosing ico that is good and promising for us because nowadays there are many ico who are scam. all that also depends on our luck and that's the risk that arises when we join in ico. only the greedy and troubled team does that.

Yeah it's harsh. And partly, people who get scammed are partly to blame as well for not being really careful or being too greedy. Most of the people i know who got their money scammed are those who wanted easy money without working for it. Or those who always want more. Scammers thrive from people with this kind of attitude you know.
251  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: negative views about Bitcoin always come! on: May 07, 2019, 06:53:16 AM
Well, i don’t care what other people say about Bitcoin. I don’t care their opinion. We can’t force them to believe in crypto market or Btc, it’s their own choice. But i never let other people to make me feel down. I think the future of Btc will be great.
Lots of negative views is better, it only showed that people are concern with crypto, if they have doubts, they surely did some research on it and being them skeptical makes this market not a one sided. There are people who believe now and people who still doubts, but eventually they will change their mind if they realize how useful crypto is, and being a supporter, that's our job to educate them by feeding them real information.
This is absolutely absurd from the people who are still spreading negative news about Bitcoin. It is one of the best coins out there and has been functional since the start despite a tough time it has been facing since long. It has been able to cut down transaction costs very low and I hope in days to come, it will be instrumental in shaping the global economy.
They will not stop because they are not pro bitcoin but we know and we believe on what we are backing.
I'm investing in bitcoin heavily because it's the most high potential coin in the market and no one can take away my belief, bitcoin might dump again but it will not make me panic from holding, I'm here for a long period of time already and I ought to stay, even longer.

Eventually these negativity spreaders will thin down the longer bitcoin and crypto stays. Even now these people don't have as much effect as they did a couple of years ago and the more people become exposed to bitcoin and understand it's functions, the more the effects will become irrelevant. This technology and innovation is just starting up.
252  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Token price dropping after ICO, why so? on: May 07, 2019, 05:59:06 AM
Lots of reasons for that and I think the main reason is there is no huge stability on any tokens that is the reason to drop suddenly in this investment and the products need to be more trusted but in this time lots of scams had been playing the role of this situation.

And also most people who pick up  tokens intend to dispose or sell then right away after they get listed so for most of these tokens, there' really little chance of taking off even in the long run. And for those that do survive initial sell off by holders, it may take years before the project gets attention and starts to have actual value.
253  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why not be rich? Is it impossible for you? on: May 07, 2019, 05:55:29 AM
I tried to run the demo, but there is nothing there at taklimakan.network

It would have been nice to see "Using the TKLN token in the platform will allow each user to utilize
analytical tools and news resources"

Per the roadmap, the development phase should be well underway but there is nothing described on the whitepaper regarding the analytical tools.  Functional requirement for the analytical tools would pretty clearly indicate the capabilities of this project.
I think Taklisman is actually dead and gone heard they switched tokens too late to swap my own so i still have the old one As for the new token i really doubt they are much of use even on their platform but am hoping to get some update from them soon

I've dispatched my tlkn tokens not long after i received it lol. It's one of the projects that looks really good on paper and seem likely to make it big given time but that's it. All on paper. I don't see it recovering and having any actual value anymore so for me it was a good decision to part with the tokens i have.
254  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Market is still Green this month. What do you think? on: May 07, 2019, 05:49:41 AM
It is green only for Bitcoin and not for altcoins. Altcoins are losing value compare to BTC. People are more attracted by Bitcoin currently. Altcoins are fighting to survive. Some altcoins are at their lowest price. Lower than in January.

This happens every now and then. Perfectly natural if you think about it. People were investing heavily into altcoins, which currency should they use if not Bitcoin? Every time they used BTC to buy altcoin, this was like selling BTC to buy alts. The other way round is also true, and I think more people are giving up their alts now, exchanging it back into BTC as they now see more likelihood of BTC being the one to recover first. As I always say, Bitcoin first, every other crypto is a hedge.

It's not the entire market that goes red when btc jumps though. Currently btc is closing in on 6k but there are also alts that are running with bitcoin. Eth for example is now trading 178usd in binance that's a good 5 percent up. The market itself is moving quite better in general this month and that's not just for btc.
255  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will the market improve in 2019? on: May 07, 2019, 04:38:49 AM
Many people have lost a lot in 2018.They hope that the market environment will be better in 2019.But I think that if we want the market to recover, we need to wait for two years.

As we see that the market this year is much improved than in previous years, This year is a break point from the bear market that took many months, In my opinion, 2019 is a year of optimism that within two years from now there will be a new bullrun, We have seen a rise in many cryptocurrencies, I consider this to be a bull trending market for upcoming years.

Well if you compare the movement from the same time last year, we're in an upward trend which definitely makes this year better so far. Even without talking about bull runs, we've moved up to toughly 40 percent from the lowest point this year so that's a good sign aside from the fact that we're holding steady above 5k which for me is a strong signal that things will be better.
256  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The End of Bear Market, Confirmed!! on: May 07, 2019, 04:14:39 AM
It's nice to hear this good news and what we are looking forward to will come soon, hopefully the collapse of the bear market will give new hope in this Ramadan month. Smiley
It's just a prediction and the news is not completely true will happen but the crypto market is showing a sign like that.

If you look at the crypto market right now, it's like no more bear market and we are into the bull market. I hope it is true though and i already buy some alts.

We still need 7000 level for confirmation of an uptrend IMHO. But yep imho we are very near) And I holding BTC and ready to buy new alts)

I think we don't need to hit 7k to confirm that we're out of the bear market. Last ime i checked binance, btc is trading just under 6k. It's roughly a month now of slowly moving upwards so i don't think we're influenced by bears anymore. If we move up to 7k next month then we can assume that the bulls are already in play.
257  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why blame people for your failure? on: May 07, 2019, 04:10:54 AM
Yes you are right the biggest reasons for dumps are the tokens given to team members and developers by the owner of the project and secondly the big bonuses to the early and big investors they just sell to take out their seed money as soon as possible.
In that case we can say, they are just looking up for their own self and to consider their own benefits, in that case I can say, they are just using up the reason that, bounty hunters are the those to be blamed when the project falls. In that case it is clear that their project is not worthy at all because in the first place, they just let their own token dumped.

What do you expect dude? Of course these investors will be looking after themselves and their profit. That's what investors do and that's how they make money. And most investors know that a lot of these tokens would only be good during their initial runs so why would you risk holding them for a long time? For me it's a logical move to mke the most out of these tokens while they still have value.
258  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Newbies don't want to learn on: May 06, 2019, 03:55:40 PM
Seriously i can't believe that we have some newbies to junior members on here that are just here for bounties rewards ,most are I'm not against that but what surprised me is many these newbies don't bother to go through 'beginners and help ' thread ,why? How will you know what to do or not ? How will you even know more about how this forum works not to talk of how to avoid been scammed? Its really a bad idea and that's why many are getting there account blocked too. There are many things you guys can learn from the beginners thread ,just head there and check it out, that thread is helpful
Honestly i think it was nothing wrong to join bounties even if the account is a newbie. As long as the bounty campaign was open for newbies its just fine. But the most important is those account owners must follow the forum rules written on it. to smoothly participating any bounties in the forum. on the other hand joining bounties was just easy as counting and no need to worry about thats my opinion.

Lol. Or most likely these aren't really newbies that's why they don't bother checking the regulations and rules. These are probably alt accounts by current users just trying to rank up real quick for them to be able to join bounties. That's why i think the merit system is a good way to filter new alt accounts from ranking up.
259  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Am done with KYC on: May 06, 2019, 03:47:42 PM
Now many projects unexpectedly decide that their members are required to go through KYS. Why does a Bounty project want to have Bounty member documents? He is not an investor, but a person who helps promote a project. . And the funny thing is, payments from Bounty projects are very small today? Why provide personal information for these pennies?

It all just depends on whether it's okay for a bounty hunter to provide their information. I think if you'd ask any logical person about it, it's really not worth the risk in your security for a couple of tokens that would most likely have neglectable value, if it would have any value at all. It's like freely compromising your private information for spoils and crumbs.
260  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Poloniex will become great again! on: May 06, 2019, 03:41:30 PM
I learned trading through polo and cryptopia back in the days and i can agree that polo was right there among the top exchanges at that time. I think i still keep a few coins though it's been quite a while when i last logged in. It would be nice to have them regain at least a fraction of their former supporters in an age where binance pretty much tops all other exchanges. I'd be happy to try them out once more.
