when Max launched the ICO he said that the project would be run as a transparent non-profit with minimal salaries and benefits. i think he said that in this thread.
now it's the exact opposite. there's a for profit private company with zero transparency, a black box. there's no opportunity to know what salaries are being paid (market rate or excessive), no public contract tendering, and no accountability. i don't think people participated in the ICO on this basis. it feels like a clear case of deception.
perhaps i'm being unkind, but this has to be said.

1. Make a great success of Lisk.
2. Syphon off funds and retire with the prospect of a Swiss/ German legal probe.

The Foundation is Max and his associates, and Lightcurve is Max and his associates. Will Lightcurve be putting out contracts to competitive tender, or awarding contracts to a clique? |

Team Lisk wish more actively, aggressively spend money on development SDK! You can also use the 100 Chinese or other freelancers to solve subtasks! 10-20 developers - it is very small! Given the scope of the project and competition in the market. In 2017 all projects are fighting for markets, occupy a niche, make a contract! Lisk only wants to develop the SDK until the end of the year  All this is very sad and long-term! Rewrite the code from scratch - it is right, in a timely manner to understand. But there are finance, why freeze Bitcoin? It is better to hire a couple of the top programmers in Silicon Valley ... It will be faster than Max said I thought. Not all freeze. 2000 BTC is enough to hire more devs. Max is too conservative. he's like a bureaucrat running a university faculty. |

Basically, Waves Community Tokens (WCT) are given to those who hold their Waves inside their lite wallet. This does not include wallet exchanges, ICO profile, etc. You can treat as a reward for holding your Waves inside your wallet. And as for the price, time will just tell if this will be worth something in the future. I believe Tidex (exchange in beta testing) listed WCT so you can check its current price. thank you |

true, but i think there was a not unfair assumption back then that before now Lisk would have incorporated and accessed the ICO funds, hired developers, and be well on the way to forging. None of this has happened. A CEO takes credit when things go well, and must take criticism when things go nowhere.
Max needs to be a little more transparent. He's not the CEO of a top secret military project. This is a peer to peer project, which to my mind is a shared experience. He could learn a lot and make faster progress my opening up to the community more rather than insisting that he knows best. He seems a bit inflexible in his thinking.
I think Max is also open to constructive criticism. In the past Lisk has held so many community meetings. And every user had the opportunity to ask questions or criticize the team for publicity... however. At the last meeting, there were only 7 previously collected questions. And the number of participants was not very large. I wonder if all you guys have so many questions, why you don't take a part in such meetings? Max needs to be a little more transparentWhat exactly do you mean? What points are non transparent? What information do you miss? the meetings have thinned out because the community has seen a consistent pattern over several months, and has naturally and understandably become a little disillusioned with all things Lisk. the community put its faith in Max expecting the funds to be invested to grow the project. transparency - why did he zero in on a ggmbh? as i understand it no blockchain project based in Deutschland has ever tried to go that way. the 'natural' way is the Swiss way. i don't see what the reasoning was for trying for a ggmbh over a Swiss foundation, and he hasn't come out and explained that. he's swerved around the subject. |

ARK has a strong, dedicated team working around the clock 24/7 who believe's anything is possible ARK has 30 members, which is a big team, anyone has question and asks here, they would get very fast reply, often within 5 minutes, the most diligent team I have seen. are you still 'in' Lisk, or have you given up on it and cashed out? |
