Hi !
The platform has great development plans (according to the whitelist). But the sum of all ICO 2000BTC. Assuming that 20-40% will be spent on rent, promotions, events and ong activity, the question arises: due to what will be paid for the work of the group as a term of 1-2 years?
the benefit of DPoS is that there are a known set of node operators that can forge. One goal that we have is to have the community vote for us with their ark and use that as a source of income while we develop this project. So will need MUCH less for salaries from the initial exchanged coins than most projects. We have been working amazingly together for the past 7 months while living in 15 different countries. I think we will be fine without an expensive office for a while. We also have an in team Financial Manager who will oversee investments and our finances...ya know in a professional manner. |

You can exchange your Bitcoin and Lisk for a percentage of ARK. You can also use shapeshift to exchange into Lisk or Bitcoin using other cryptocurrencies. |

I created time to read the whitepaper yesterday, I can't fully understand the technical jargons, what I could pick out from this is that Ark is trying to merge both Lisk and Bitshares technology into one. Please, I would appreciate this if someone can explain in a plain language what Ark is trying to do for the non-technical people like me. thanks

Bitshares created DPoS, Lisk is a copy of Crypti code which is also DPoS. Lisk is a system for Sidechains and APPS, ARK is a Platform with a streamlined Core blockchain that uses SmartBridges and Encoded Listeners to link together any blockchain and allow them to communicate and send trigger functions to each other. One thing we are also going to focus on is Use Cases and Hardware transfer devices to increase user adoption of blockchain. Hope that will help. |

we will calculate the daily average in price over the 35 day TEC for both cryptocurrencies, then select the median date as the base price for calculation. |

ARK has a strong, dedicated team working around the clock 24/7 who believe's anything is possible ARK has 30 members, which is a big team, anyone has question and asks here, they would get very fast reply, often within 5 minutes, the most diligent team I have seen. |

We will use respected escrow people with multisig for BTC and 1 person for LISK, since LISK currently doesn't offer out of the box solution for multisig - more info before the start. Its not like we are going to run away since team is known and we are not just serious about this project, but motivated and working like hell overtime to get this ball rolling (yeah up till now probably more than 10,000 man hours have been put in this project by our 30 members - we don't want all this go to a waste right  ). But we want to offer escrow so people can be more calm about their contribution in this TEC. |
