Do you guys track / have a link for active profiles? I would like to look at it on a 6 months/ yearly basis and see how many members we are losing.

In this thread it is said about manipulation on gambling. I don't know how one makes it possible. From the beginning days gambling houses have got liquor store attached to it. In whatever form of sense we get into gambling, there'll be only two outcomes. One is winning the bets and other is losing. Rather than thinking about these factors it is good to go with self limits and gamblers
Because they know that liquor dulls the mind and causes people to spend more at their casino. It is unethical and should not be allowed but it is not only allowed but they encourage you with free drinks if you are spending.

Set hard limits on your gambling every month and if you go beyond that limit then you have a addition and you should probably stop gambling.

The defending champions Manchester City lost at the debut in the big match against Tottenham: end result 1 - 0 for Spurs, with the winning goal of Son at 55' with a nice left-footed shot. Very open game, Tottenham took advantage of the restarts and many times produced dangers towards Ederson's goal. The Citizens' Premier League starts off on the wrong foot. They had 67% ball possession, 5 shots on goal vs 2 more 3 huge mistakes by Fernandinho and Marhez. I think the Citizens dominated the game but this is football, one shot one kill!
The first 10 minutes City should have scored 2/3 goals after that they did not threaten much.

A nice advice for all those who want to invest in bitcoin that you won't get rich overnight as no one has ever become in most cases but you need to think about safeguarding your future like you take insurance policies and plans for your kids and old age.So it is better not to regret at that time making same false and lame excuses.Be part of it now. Interesting how the sheeple sit on the sidelines watching bitcoin do a 5X since pre-Covid, and do nothing, while also watching inflation reek havoc on the food/goods/services that they buy daily during the same timeframe and feel no way to escape it. How many people ever really benefit from the obvious multipliers we are fortunate enough to see this time? In the future many, many, many will say, I should have seen it all along it is so obvious now. But this has astonished me the entire time. And I know I am not the only one who has been saying to many of his friends and even acquaintances that Bitcoin is going to change the world, and it has a long way to go (including the obligatory risk assessment, even catastrophic risks). And the responses all fall into a predictable range: It's a bubble/tulips. It's the MySpace of crypto. It's too late. It will be made illegal. And the contrarian in me comforts myself because if it were so obvious to everyone I would not have been afforded the extraordinary chance I have had. But it is just as hard to convince someone that there is still, today, a chance to get in early. I have boiled it down to this: If Bitcoin continues to survive, and only takes an amount of value held in, for example, gold, we still have a 10x left That's the minimum. Why would you not hedge the possibility by at least downloading the Cash App, or Strike and just put 0.5% of your savings in it? It's still a binary bet!
That's my current pitch. I think it works about 3% of the time. The mind boggles. China proved that if Bitcoin is made illegal it will have little affect of the usage.

I mean early early pioneers because I think we are still pioneers atm. I think the real earlier pioneers are those that were involved in Bitcoin from the start up to about 2012. 2013 is when Bitcoin started to get noticed by different people because at the start it was mainly computer geeks that were interested in the currency. By 2015 I think we saw more different people becoming interested in Bitcoin. 2017 brought in the crowd who thought every ICO was the next big thing and now that we are in 2021 I think we have a very diverse amount of people invested in Bitcoin.

It is why Pioneers are very impressive they are willing to take risks and they are the ones that benefit the most. Granted but they also suffered A LOT. I can see why pioneers would suffer a lot in other sectors but did they suffer with Bitcoin?

I think the PolyNetwork team can go and fuck off, good chance they stole the money themselves anyways.
if they convince the hackers to repent and send back 575 million of the 600 million. You are very likely correct. The police would be investigating this and I doubt PolyNetwork would offer anything without the police knowing about it. Maybe the police are trying to catch the hacker by encouraging them to communicate with them.

The problem with Elon Musk is that he is a very interesting person. I know he is hated in cryptocurrency, because he said a lot of bullshit on his twitter, but this guys is an inventor. A lot of people respect him. He created several interesting companies (tesla, spacex, paypal, starlink,..).
He has some authority ,not because he is rich, but because he is a genius. Sadly, he is now spreading misinformation about bitcoin...
Elon Musk a genius? I think he is a businessman who knew how to get brighter minds than him to do his work he has proven how he is a idiot with the misinformation he is spreading about Bitcoin.

Would it be better to get a moderator for the Politics & Society sub forum instead? Careful with what you wish for. The way things are going, you'll have BADecker or Quicksy moderating P&S.
Maybe a april fools joke?

Every dip is getting eaten at the moment, this feels like a really strong base for a run at a new ATH within the next 6-8 weeks.
I’m a lot happier with the way things are going at the moment. We’ve all been involved in bitcoin for a long time now but it doesn’t make times like May 2021 any easier. I was a panicking little bitch for long periods back then. It really does feel like we’re getting ready for new highs soon now.
I can feel the engines starting up, the train is getting ready to leave the station once again.
I think we have all been that panicking little bitch these couples of months :D

I don't see a problem. I'm just reporting the conclusions of perfect mathematical and scientific analysis and modeling using confirmed sources.
What are these confirmed sources?

I am looking for a calculator that will calculate the amount of Bitcoin I have if the price was 50, 100 or 1 million dollars. I could do the math manually but it is hard to do if I want to check this regularly as I gain more Bitcoin.
Does this service exist?
