241  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do Altcoins really have a future? on: December 02, 2017, 08:09:24 AM
I believe Bitcoin has a future in long term. It proved itself in the past years and it is getting widely popular. It just has a transaction fee problem atm.

What about the altcoins? Who does use them for real? Will people use them in the future for real purpose?

I only have a hope for ethereum and litecoin, but not for the rest. I am not even sure for eth and ltc.

If bitcoin solves the reansaction fee and time problem, I doubt eth and ltc even have a future.

Bitcoin truelly has a future, but when it comes to its transactions fee and time for confirmation, those might remain. Cause on a daily basis, more and more people are investing into bitcoin making the bitcoin system very heavy with lots of transactions to be confirmed.
242  Economy / Speculation / Re: It's Surpising: Bitcoin Price Touches New Height on: December 02, 2017, 08:05:31 AM
Hello...Friend's

I'm totally surprised yesterday when the Bitcoin price touches $10k and Suddenly its down approx $9k. So what do you think about it? Is it a Bubble or Not?

It might be a bubble as you call it, but with a week or two, it will settle on $10k and start another movement to a new hight. Am not surprised with the high rise in the price of bitcoin, cause it will continue and might go mind blowing by the end of December.
243  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin will become the best worldwide cryptocurrency and digital payment system on: December 01, 2017, 08:10:28 PM
This might be true if no other coin defeats bitcoin, (the coin which is not existing), and bitcoin becoming a central coin used by all the countries, that will take awhile, not in the closest of time.
244  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin or Ethereum on: December 01, 2017, 07:07:26 PM
I want to buy some coins. Now the Btc price is around 10000$.best thing is buy btc or ethereum now

As a fresher into bitcoin and crypto currencies, I will advise you go into investing in ethereum, not bitcoin (ie when you come in with fiat). If you can sell some altcoins to buy bitcoin in trading, that will be more better, but when it comes to bitcoin, buying a full bitcoin is too expensive.

248  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to participate in an ICO? on: November 26, 2017, 05:00:01 PM
Hi,

I'm totally new in cryptocurrencies and have been searching around to invest a little in interesting coins.
Apparently the most interesting but risky investments are the ICO's, interesting because the initial value is low so that big profits are possible,
risky because chances are big that your investment goes down the drain.
I looked around and found an interesting one, now I'm wondering how to proceed.
To invest, should I deposit bitcoins? And where can I store the acquired tokens, can I store them on an exchange, or do I need a wallett?

Any feedback will be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

Investing into ICOs is a good idea and a point of earning well when there is a rise in the coin's price.
In every ICO, you can either invest with BTC, ETH and XRP or other altcoins which are accepted by the managers of the ICO, and majority of these ICOs adhere to the ERC20 rules which means you can use MEW wallet. You can find more details about the the ICO in their official website or you contact their team with their available contact means.
249  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's your biggest regret about bitcoin on: November 26, 2017, 04:42:04 PM
most of us regret not buying sooner. no more regret if you buy now. it's not to late.

Truelly I regretted not buying bitcoin when I newly got into the crypto world, but on the other hand, I still enjoy my stay and when I came in. For now, I am only trying to go into trading now, as an alternative route.
250  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Another Fork in December on: November 26, 2017, 04:38:46 PM
There are continuing rumors about another bitcoin hardfork on December. If this happen, will bitcoin go for another all-high time or may suffer another big crash this time.

Yes I heard of the upcoming fork of bitcoin by December, and another 2 forks at January. And the fork of bitcoin at December will give a rise in the price of bitcoin by January after the December fork and make the price of bitcoin drop before the fork.
251  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will the price of bitcoin increase forever? on: November 26, 2017, 04:31:37 PM
The price of bitcoin will keep on increasing so long as there are demands in the crypto market. On a daily basis there are more people coming into crypto currencies and investing into bitcoin which is making the demand of bitcoin more.
252  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin Die Because of China? on: November 26, 2017, 08:03:46 AM

I guess the best answer to that question is of course a BIG NO! Granted, China is a big contributor for the rise and adoption of Bitcoin and they are primarily the country involved with Bitcoin mining due to very cheap electricity cost.

Now, the Chinese government has its own agenda and I think in the long run Bitcoin can be running against those agenda so they are now thinking of slowly disengaging and disconnecting their citizens away from the cryptocurrency platform.

I know that whatever China will decide on the impact can be heavy on the market and this is shown with the recent decision banning the ICO projects and the unconfirmed total ban of Bitcoin exchanges though it is still a rumor and nobody would want to confirm.

Can cryptocurrency still go on and have a very optimistic future even without China as part of the equation?

As bitcoin goes on with the long run, bitcoin will surpass these rules made by China, because of the people who are investing into it and there are alot of users today. China has a big effect on the bitcoin economic system and whatever they do affects the blockchain, but cannot stop the use of bitcoin.
253  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin crashes Roughly once per quarter on: November 25, 2017, 08:16:11 PM
Yes that's true and this always occur when there is an upcoming bitcoin fork, and after the fork the price shuts higher than it was.
254  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will BTC Hit The 10K Mark Before 2018? on: November 25, 2017, 08:06:08 PM
I don't think bitcoin will get up to $10k by the end of the year, it will get to that amount by the mid week of January next year. This year will round up with $9500, and continue with that next year.
255  Economy / Speculation / Re: Your prediction of bitcoin price 12-31-2017 ????? on: November 25, 2017, 07:51:17 PM
I predict $9,250 eoy.

Bitcoin is going up and will be at $8,700-$9000.
What ever prediction is made about  the price of bitcoin might be reached because every day new investors are coming into the crypto world, and no much spending of bitcoin.
256  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should I invest now or wait a while? on: November 25, 2017, 07:38:09 PM
Hey guys, my name is Thamos and I'm fairly new to Bitcoin. I've been reading up on Bitcoin for like, only, 2/3 weeks now. I was already planning on investing but I wanted to have a bit more knowledge about it all. I guess now I do.

I was just wondering, seeing how Bitcoin's price has increased by a lot over the last couple days, when would be best for me to hop in the pool. Should I buy now or should I wait till the price drops (even if it's only by a small percentage)?

I'm just looking for some advice. Thanks a lot!

One thing about bitcoin that most people don't know is that every time you spend waiting to make a conclusion on whether to invest or not has an effect, cause immediately you invest, there might be a drop or rise in the price of bitcoin.
257  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin on Black Friday on: November 25, 2017, 07:31:31 PM
Bitcoin crashed from $1000 to $300 on black Friday four years ago

There is a big difference between last four years and now, cause there has been lots of investors and now, bitcoin is a precious coin that cannot be thrown away for no just course. There is a rise in the price of bitcoin in this black Friday.
258  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is Holding Bitcoin a long time good way to make money? on: November 24, 2017, 08:03:53 PM
Holding of bitcoin is always good, cause you end up growing your fortune by yourself by holding. For a look at things, when the price of bitcoin was $200+, and one buys 4-5 of it and keeps it for a long time, by now that the price has gone up to $8k, hasn't such a person made to him/herself a great fortune. So, holding your bitcoin is always good, but selling at need time might come.
259  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is It advisable to quit my present job for bitcoin? on: November 24, 2017, 07:59:05 PM
Bitcoin trading these days has become so rucreative that I am tempted to quit my present job which is not giving me enough time to explore more out of bitcoin world...

What's your take on this, should I go ahead and quit?

Thanks

It is not advisable for you to quit your daily job, cause your daily job is still serving a purpose which cannot be attained immediately you start trading. You will have to squeeze out time for your crypto trading.
