Punya history post bagus dan aktif di gambling board juga tidak menjamin diterima, karena bersaing dengan member lain dengan kapasitas dan kualitas yang kurang lebih sama.

Ini sebenarnya isu lama. Padahal sudah banyak solusi jika memang serius mau rank up. Hanya member yang punya mental lemah yang tidak ingin berusaha. Saya kira tidak ada masalah jikapun mereka tidak mau aktif, setidaknya yang aktif memang benar-benar member yang punya mental kuat dan niat ingin maju.

I am also surprised by the losses from 2 strong teams in La Liga (Sevilla and Barcelona). Both Sevilla and Barcelona just played against weak teams that they often won with big scores against them. The problem of the wrong side isn't a big matter, we can ignore it. The big problem is Maguire often makes some blunders during the match. I think Tuchel is too hurry to sell Werner, they have no quality strikers on their squad. I cannot imagine how Chelsea to face this season if they fail to sign a new top striker. So far, they only signed Sterling, but Sterling isn't a center-forward, he can't replace the role of Werner.

Anyway, I agree that the stats of Werner in Chelsea isn't quite impressive. But I think Tuchel contributed to the decline in his performance. Tuchel cannot motivate him well and he may use a strategy that isn't suitable for Werner's play of style.
