2401  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What will be the next big industry move? on: February 23, 2022, 11:03:01 AM
Yes, it is. If a new technology is discovered and used in many industries, other industries will follow the trend. Gradually, the new technology will become popular as more and more industries use it. Usually, the new technology will offer convenience for its users so that the old ways are slowly being abandoned. But that does not mean the old ways will not be used because there may be sites that are still comfortable using the old ways of playing gambling.
I don't think the old style or ways would just simply be abandoned. It's about adoption but it's the casinos, there's no need for them to abandon a system if it's being used by their customers. And well, what old ways are we talking about? There's the old fashioned way of gambling through the physical casinos and I don't see that there would be any abandonment on their end. And the same goes for the online casinos, crypto or not, they'll still use any old method if it's in demand yet, the same question, what old way is that for them?

Its possible that they might adopt the use of the innovation of the technology such as Gambling casinos with the use of virtual reality imagine the players can see the actions of the other player but of course, its just another expense just to enjoy this kind of new world gambling, mostly we have the online gambling like the poker games we will soon see more new better experience to entertain us.

This will cost a lot of money for casino owners to create but if there's someone will invest on this kind of scenery and adopt the new technology then for sure we can see some huge changes in terms of playing on online casino and this will create a huge demand to the gambler knowing that the experience would really be amazing if this virtual stuff will happen on one of big casinos here.
2402  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling for fun alone? how true? on: February 22, 2022, 10:43:09 PM
It largely depends on what status/period you are in as a gambler. If you are already gambling a lot and have lost large amounts of money, I don't think you can say that gambling is for fun. If you are in the beign stage, you will have to agree on bankroll management with yourself. 9 out of 10 can't keep up with that. The golden rule is still that gambling should be viewed as glee for pleasure, not to "earn" money. Then things often go horribly wrong.
when someone has lost money continuously in gambling and the losses are quite a lot I think it is categorized as an addict because indeed they continue to gamble even though they lose in the hope of returning the loss even though it will only get bigger.
I personally am still confused about the concept of fun in gambling because the scope is quite large, is it really fun to just want to play or is it fun when they win I think this needs to be looked at further

Losing a lot of money is cannot be called addiction yet since maybe there are certain scenarios what they encounter that's why this occur, but we can call a person already addicted to gambling if we can see him always facing his head on gambling site and all of his daily activities get affected like didn't eat on correct time and cannot sleep well without thinking gambling.

Maybe its all for us on how we take gambling since gambling made for entertainment and its just people overlook the situation and want to earn quick money out of it.
2403  Economy / Speculation / Re: Crypto prices crash as threat of war looms on: February 22, 2022, 12:18:08 PM
As per previous trends, the bitcoin price should increase in such cases whenever we will see a threat of unrrst or war. Because government controls the fiat and banks so it is very easy for them to freeze funds of the common people. We have already seen such instances during the Hongkong protest against China.

So I don't think the decrease in bitcoin price has anything to do with the current war situation. It has been triggered by something else!

But unfortunately many got feared about possible ecomic crisis and many manipulators use this happenings to create fud which many believe at this point that's why we see the price keep dumping. Hopefully we cannot see a huge one since it will interfere the ongoing recovery which brought by the past bear market season.

2405  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: scammers with their everyday strategies on: February 20, 2022, 10:20:11 PM
Normal thing happening on facebook these dahs and if someone tried to tell you that they can grow your ETH and Bitcoin claiming that they are expert trader then market scam because they don't need to spam anywhere just to tell everyone that they can multiply your money and scammers only do that for their own benefits so if there's a newbie reading that better erase the thought on believing them since most likely they will get scam if they try to believe them.
2406  Economy / Gambling / Re: 1XBIT.COM ᐉ 7 BTC WB ᐉ Altcoin Betting ᐉ no KYC ᕗ Instant payouts on: February 20, 2022, 12:57:38 PM
Thats true. It will be futile to spend huge money for promotion if the reputation of the site is not good. Because gamblers are wise now to not risk their money on a shady site.
It's not that simple. 1xbit advertise their services across different platforms which is why they are still somehow attracting gamblers despite all the rising negative accusations against them over time.

Their bad reputation in Bitcointalk has definitely affected their business, but it isn't enough to shut it down completely.

Hence they should resolved first the past and current accusations against their site. If they manage to do so then there's a chance to for their casino to look different but I doubt if they even have plan to do that.
That will most likely never happen. They already tried coming up with different reasons(Changing teams etc) in order to improve their reputation here which clearly failed. It is pretty evident that they don't care anymore.

Its like doubling the effort to advertise there casino since by here their reputation is totally bad that's why they came across different channels to market their casino and feel bad for newbies which didn't know that bitcointalk exist play at their casino since for sure what other encounter bad to them might happen also the new gamblers so hopefully many will do their research first to avoid any scamming activities made by this casino.
2407  Economy / Economics / Re: What economic sanctions will US impose on Russia on: February 20, 2022, 12:16:32 PM
Kamala Harris (US Vice President) making some statement on the Russia and Ukraine problem said US and her aligns will impose unprecedented economic sanction on Russia if they continue to evade or attack Ukraine. So I'm wondering what kind of unprecedented economic sanction can be given to Russia if they continue to evade Ukraine.

The possible economic sanction we might see on Russia is US and other allied country will stop dealing with Russian product also with other services. And this is totally huge if US allied country will follow but I don't think Russian government are afraid on this since remember they also have allies and most provably they don't need US since they are already have ways to boost up there economy that's why there government is brave towards decision making on what they think beneficial to them.
2408  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: stake.com- Does not have gambling responsibility on: February 20, 2022, 11:20:48 AM
20 hours per day? thats fucking insane.  Cheesy

Spending long time in gambling does already indicates that you do have a big problem and now you've requested for some self exclusion but still continue to make deposit
but on the time you have lost then you do sue them out and asking for a refund? What kind of bullshit thinking is that?
I do not think that any genuine person will take part on gambling for 20hours or something like that. But it might happen for someone who is addicted on gambling and is not mentally stable. Gambling responsibility should be stand for them. As these types of people cant stay away from gambling they should have such feature. I am not a fan of stake, if stake has such a feature then I do not think this accuse worth anything. And to communicate with moderator or admin regarding gambling responsibility is worthless.

I never encounter such person in my gambling career since if a person goes in that situation then there's no doubt that the person is already addicted. Also maybe its good if we don't blame casino towards not having this feature if someone want to point this out since in the first place its responsibility of each gambler on how they handle their finances and playtimes so if they are playing to much without having a control. Maybe there family should step up on this scenario since this person have mental health issues.
2409  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Drake Wagered $1.3 million in super bowl bet using bitcoin on: February 19, 2022, 11:50:09 PM
Overall , it was a great promo for both BTC , Super Bowl and even bookies as well and a bad one of gamblers haha.
This.
Exactly! There's also the ad that came from Coinbase, just a QR and everything has went well. So for Drake's win in this bet during the super bowl.
It's up for everyone to believe whether it's for real as he's a rich guy and capable of betting such amount or it's just part of any promo and marketing which he's part of.

No one knows if that money do came out from his own pocket or been owned by Stake just for promotional purposes and this isnt only limiting out on Stake alone
but almost in all companies do make out such marketing which is somewhat aggressive and as long you do have the funds for such marketing then it doesnt
matter because thats how business works and whether we do like it or not then they have done on things which should be done on a business.

Right because in first place drake is so famous and eventhough companies will spend millions of dollars to him they can still earn a benefit due to the impressions and exposure to whoever back him on this. But anyways its good to see big stars giving good exposure to bitcoin since this could help bitcoin awarenes spread to the people still didn't know about its existence.
2410  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: A few key points distinguishing traders from gamblers on: February 19, 2022, 12:29:28 PM
As much as their is some truths in the OP i really believe traders and gamblers are all the same. Both take risks and sometimes they take high risk trades/wagers, both can be affected by emotions which can influence how they trade... Btw not all traders are long term traders... others are scalpers and also not all gamblers are high risk takers others take long low risk bets which reward them ultimately.

I don't actually find any difference between trader and gambler because both of them are risking their money so eventhough we can say that they have different platforms where they risk there money still both of them have the same vibes. Maybe im risk tolerance there are little difference but we cannot actually differentiate people by just like that.
2411  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Prediction on: February 19, 2022, 11:49:20 AM
Anyone can predict it. Just like what you said it is just a prediction but if you are looking for someone to make analysis after 10 years I don't think anyone can do that in 10 years there's a lot of things that can happen not only on market but on the economy such as they can start accepting Bitcoin or make it illegal this could make a great effect in after 10 years so no one knows but if it is just prediction you are looking for I think the Bitcoin will reach $1M per Bitcoin that's my prediction.

the fact that not all the time market has not the same situation and the history itself didn't repeat every year ,it's really too hard to tell what will gonna happen in the future. but yeah you have point wherein just a prediction but remember that it's always too good to be true especially if you have plan to invest for long term @abell008..

All prediction about the future which sometimes we found unrealistic is just drop randomly without any basis, that's why we need to be more careful on that and choose what information we read so that we will not follow the wrong dude who claims that they are experts but in the end they are just doing a random guess about that.

This is the reson we need to do our own research the find the basis of what they are predicting and to find out the realistic possible scenario that might possible come in future.
2412  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: why are there so many coins and the reason why some developers failed on: February 19, 2022, 10:31:50 AM
I believe developers saw the the vision of Bitcoin and try to explore from the vision  by introducing and making their own coin but they lost focus because they only have one goal in mind which is making money, forgetting the most vital ingredients in developing an asset. They forget that they are certain steps and strategies to undergo before accomplishing a good assets or goal.

Some of the reasons why I think some developers fail is because:

1. Lack of funding both the starting aspect and the launching aspect (lack of money to continue)
2. Failure in out righting frauds
3. Failure to evolve especially when the coin initially start bomming

Most developers have only one vision which is making money that is why many coins doesn't grow and they failed because they didn't see the vision ahead.
Most of them failed because they don't have long term plan and cannot able to put up more money on their project for other developments that's why they failed, devs like this always want their pocket to be full and didn't care about their investors, this is why its good for new coins created to dump it immediately and don't follow other who hold for long term because they tell it will pump the same with bitcoin since for sure we will ending up a bag holder of their shitcoin and left behind by them.
2413  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitcasino.io 💜 — Weekend full of fun & prizes! 🎉 🥳 🎁 on: February 18, 2022, 11:11:22 PM
Hello friends can anyone help me.
Some time ago I registered at bitcasino and have been playing the demo for a while because I am really busy at work in the real world that can't be postponed for the last few days.
Now I want to reopen my account but can't with almost the same reading "this site is unreachable".
I have actually been advised by several colleagues to use a VPN but I still haven't done it. Is this really a problem from my area or is there something else?

Yes usually if you find a problem like that means your region or country is not allowed to play bitcasino one solution is to use a VPN but before starting you better confirm with support to make sure will you get other problems if you use a VPN support will explain the consequences to you. By the way how do you know Bitcasino when you can't access it?
I don't know about the policies in my area, but it's clear that the site is not being accessed properly now
Is it really allowed to use a VPN?
So when I want to make a deposit, won't it affect the game and withdrawals too much later?

Can't give the right answer since the right person who can give you the best answer is Karl, but anyways if you are residing on the country which is banned by bitcasino then maybe its better to follow what the rules they set and don't create a problem since if they ask a KYC towards the action or transactions you do in their platform then provably you will get a headache for the consequences of your action done.
2414  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Ukraine Just Legalized Bitcoin on: February 18, 2022, 01:37:50 PM
~snip~

Ukraine's crypto law does not promote bitcoin as a form of payment or legal tender or does not put Bitcoin on an equal floor with the hryvnia (Ukraine's national currency).
Although the Ukrainian state parliament did not legalize bitcoin as legal tender in their country like El Salvador did, but I think the decision taken by the Ukrainian state today will help the country's economic growth to develop further in the future due to the establishment of legal status towards crypto trading exchanges and their users, this will make it possible for investors in the country to pour their capital into crypto investments.

The legality of bitcoin carried out by ukraine at least provides guarantees to investors and crypto actors in the country, although the legality may not yet allow it as a means of payment, but at least it confirms that if ukraine is starting to open up to crypto developments in modern times like today, it may still be it's a long way for countries like ukraine to fully adopt as el salvador did , but I think at least ukraine has now started a fresh start for their economy.

Eventhough the adoption happened is so light still its really a good thing for investors knowing that there government allow them to use this and they don't have something to worry about its regulation and for what they did for sure another huge countries will think more deeper on their near next adoption so I guess we can see more countries come with bitcoin and hopefully we can also see the same like El Salvador adoption on third world country since it will really bring huge impact on bitcoin.
2415  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: valuable experience on: February 18, 2022, 10:27:04 AM
hi have you ever heard of the binomo platform? i lost $300k while trading on the binomo platform. i feel stupid, i thought the binomo site is a cryptoqurrency trading site in general, uh it turns out the site is a gambling site under the guise of trading. this is a valuable experience because i have lost all the money in just seconds  Cry
nowadays people around me think that cryptocurrency is a scam, people no longer believe in bitcoin. the name of the cryptoqurrency is tarnished because of the binomo platform  Cry

Well for what you are already experience and notice about it maybe you should tell the people around you that its your mistake for believing that binomo is a trading site and bitcoin didn't do anything on that for sure they will understand on what you are going thru and also they possibly learn from the mistake you take. Maybe what you can do for now if you seek for exchange go to coinmarketcap and choose the top 1 or maybe atleast the top 3 exchange since they are the best one to pick if we want to trade.
2416  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: February 17, 2022, 11:01:29 PM
If reputed Casino's are being questioned for the privacy of KYC's then dam, its gonna be difficulty in the future. I mean Roobet is definitely making more money than anyone of us could imagine. Why the heck they would go and risk the business for KYC in-secure non sense.
Exactly. Besides, on Roobet, users who make small deposits/withdrawals (whom I believe are the majority) are requested to only complete the step one verification by providing some basic information such as the name, country, phone number without having to upload any document.
I am sure most of those complaining about kyc are publicly sharing more personal information than that on social media platforms.

^ Definitely right, I don't understand why they have hated so much KYC compliance since most of us have a social media account where we continue uploading photos and videos publicly and besides, when we look at Roobet KYC verification for level one it only asks name, address where you live and your email address and that is fine, you can gamble with a small amount that you want. I don't see any complicated thing that everyone should be worried about. However, as of now, when we talk about the fastest-growing casinos, one of the most common factors that has is the KYC thing.

Its either they have illegal activities done on internet or they are well known person and doesn't want their information to leak over the net space that they are gamblers since they are protecting their images. But for other stuff related on risk holding it I this is minimal only and tolerable knowing the casino has done this thing for completing the requirements what government ask them to do.
2417  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Have I made a grave mistake on: February 17, 2022, 01:05:19 PM
I finally let go of my old android phone and jump into the iPhone wagon so after few research on crypto wallets I came to understand that running wallets on android phones is more safer than iPhone, is this true? Maybe I should get android phone back?

Both of them are vulnerable on any possible attack and making your mobile wallet safe will matter always on how you handle your wallet also what type of wallet you choose so if you are worried about the wallet security first make sure you download the best wallet app available on this space also don't click any unknown links since it may contain malware which can hack your important datas and apps.
2418  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Casimero vs Butler ordered by WBO on: February 17, 2022, 11:28:56 AM
Good news.
There is no turning back.
And if there are rumors about the match being canceled or delayed again, don't expect that to happen. The world is going back and most of the events are going on with the audiences.
Well, that's a motivation not just for Casimero but also for Butler.

The fight has been delayed and we want this fight to happen as soon as possible because there are lots of possibilities if Casimero wins this fight by knockout. He can challenge more strong boxers or go for a championship match-up in the higher-weight division. either way, I'm glad that he is returning back again and we can see more of his boxing skill this upcoming fight. Hope that he will not play or underestimate his health condition again and he continue to put his effort to make this fight looks good for the fans. We already know that he badly wants to fight Inoue, maybe they will have some discussion or negotiation after this fight.

Past incident on him will make him more stronger as for sure he will not miss the fight for second time around since he might lose everything what fans look after in him also maybe his belt, so for this another chance to bounce back again I think we can see a well prepared Casimero since he has a target to achieve and for sure he want to hype up his fans to catch the attention of Inoue's camp.
2419  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin failed to fulfill the purpose it was created for ? on: February 17, 2022, 10:32:35 AM
Bitcoin couldn't replace Fiat but it is already being used as an alternative so I still believe that it is fulfilling its purpose. Bitcoin is actually uncontrollable by the government. I also believe that Bitcoin still has a lot to prove and prove but it only needs time and more adoption in the future. It is actually being known in lots of countries and I am sure that it would be adopted more in the coming days.
I think it was not written in the document of btc that it will replace fiat or will be used as an alternative to fiat but people are free to use btc where they wanted it to be. You don't really need a fiat but a btc can already be enough for you to live because it was still a currency. On your own, your not using your btc as a fiat alternative nor a replacement for fiat. It sounds confusing but I hope you and others get my point Wink.

Yes, btc is already adopted by many countries but is that considered as a proof that btc already show its worth because why would they trust btc anyway? So many years have passed and many events have happened but btc is still strong. No need to prove anything.

Heavy expectation what make them confuse about things and maybe they just heard those promises to a random people while the real situation there is we can always decide on where we want to use this and how we take bitcoin for ourselves maybe for now in some other case it can be alternative to fiat but the adoption is not so huge so maybe if legal entities will enter the scene and adopt bitcoin we can provably see the expectation of others will became into reality.
2420  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Signature campaign earnings and monthly income. on: February 16, 2022, 10:48:40 PM
offline work is a major need, a main passive income and don't be left behind. Signature work is an additional income or support for offline work. If you have a steady offline job then don't waste it. I also get passive income from the signature that I use every week, but I still do other work.

Exactly that's why there's no questionable things regarding on this discussion and I will never recommend anyone to quit on their job once they join on decent campaigns since they will never get any good future in this since as discussed all things in signature campaign is temporary. So its better to have multiple jobs so that we may have many income stream and this could really help us build our future.
