2401  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: 🌲[BOUNTY] RootProject - Tax-Subsidized Cryptocurrency [JOIN NOW] on: April 09, 2018, 03:27:49 AM
The waiting is over and in less  than 24 hrs the ICO should kick off. It's a long awaited project and campaign have ever seen. I hope every investment in it will worth it
2402  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: As a beginner is it too late ? on: April 05, 2018, 09:17:40 PM
Never too late but not easier. There is lot to learn before you put your money. Anyone coming into crytocurrency now would be coming because of the convincing benefits seen by people around in the past months. Though the market looks bad but experience had shown us it is a trend and a cycle that we will get over with time
2403  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum 2k in 2 months? on: April 04, 2018, 07:00:15 PM
At the time the thread was started ethereum was $900+, it was possible to make such prediction. Actually it was getting at around $1400+ after some weeks. So it was easy to buy into ICO with just 4-5 ethereum for $5000. Now the $5000 investment also can't worth $2000. Most ICO had being postponed after the slide and some ICO didn't even get on any exchange for avoid such value loss but with more ICO coming back strong in few days we should also expect a revival while bitcoin also gain strength soon
2404  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is a good amount to invest? on: April 04, 2018, 06:48:16 PM
Naming price to invest for new investors to me can be risky, investment is actually risky itself and the saying around has always be to invest what u can afford to lose. Investing all you have on a project is also a risk, whatever you plan to invest split it into your well researches projects just like every other investment strategy. If one fails others won't and your profit taking will be staggered
2405  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: is ETH very cheap now? on: April 04, 2018, 01:08:17 PM
I calculate the main prices of ETH and also BTC price regarding the mining process and costs. miners are the main people that affect the price of BTC and ETH. if the prices of coins will below the mining costs, the mining will not affordable. in general, if we consider the average prices of mining in all of the world, we conclude that the lowest prices of BTC is about 6000 to 7000$. and this amount for ETH is about 400$. so if ETH decreases more than 400$, the mining of ETH will not affordable and miners will migrate to other alts. so this migration will cause stopping the mining of BTC and ETH and also will cause the price of the transaction. in long-term, this causes the raising of the price for ETH and BTC.
I wont say the miners are responsible for the price of ethereum and btc now, they are not. The price of ethereum is very low but not cheap. The pump started from $300 to 1500 and with time If the price can be exploited by traders it will rise to above 1500 in the next 6 months.
2406  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: [BOUNTY] Hdac - Blockchain-based IoT contracts by Hyundai. 600k$ FIX POOL 90BTC on: April 04, 2018, 01:00:46 PM

2407  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin VS. GOLD on: April 03, 2018, 08:53:27 PM
Will the bitcoin replace the Gold? If there is A war coming everyone will run to the Bitcoin instead of the gold?
Some analyst  say that in 5 years BTC will be less than $100 while GOLD will be above 10K, your thoghts?
I did my risk mangment and split my investments, boght PAX coin to be on the safe side.

link for more info: https://payperex.com

I don't think bitcoin will replace gold. Gold is a heavy metal, and its value is recognized by all countries around the world, and bitcoin is only a digital currency, which is recognized by some people. I think bitcoin and gold are two very different things.

Give it more time.  I think eventually bitcoin will replace gold.  Gold standard was wonderful system.  But gold is outdated.
This had long been argued and I think bitcoin had left gold behind for a while until the new year dump which would recover after a while. They are no more competitor as asset.
2408  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's your biggest problem with Bitcoin on: April 03, 2018, 08:28:19 PM
Governments and central banks reaction to the coin has been of concern for the years of existence. the coin had been doing so well with acceptability by mere well meaning individuals until some reaction of countries governing bodies arose . However, we thought and talk so little of the governments' influence on the coin. If they had done nothing to regulate it, it would have done so well with it decentralized characteristics.
2409  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Does participating from an airdrop got you big rewards? on: April 03, 2018, 07:44:41 PM
most of the airdrops actually dont give a good price reward probably 1 out of 20 of the airdrop gives a good reward.
2410  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: I bought ripple when it is $3 on: April 03, 2018, 07:41:28 PM
I will stick with the bitcoin value than the dollar price if I were you so as to consider my profit, though some partnership led to the price increase to $3 that you bought, if the partnership still remains it is a good sign for an increase now but I may never be able to predict any price in coming months for any coin
2411  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think the markets are being manipulated right now? on: April 02, 2018, 08:48:36 PM
I suspect market manipulation with ethereum and coin from the blockchain but I think the bitcoin price is beyond market manipulation. I am always disappointed with how ethereum is reacting to the market.
2412  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: [CLOSED]IPSX - The Distributed Network Layer. $300K in Rewards. on: April 02, 2018, 07:58:48 PM
Is there any date set for distribution?
I havent heard anything about it... And dont see any participants wondering either... So. I must be the one in the dark

Hello @Mr.Ease. I can help you. In OP you can see "The bounties will be paid within 30 days after the end of the Token Sale." Because token sale has ended 5th march then estimated time to distributed token start in 5th april. Good luck.

That's 2 days left!  Smiley

Oh, yeah, I also just noticed on Coinmarketcap that the token is trading at 0.006$  and after looking at my distribution - I have like $10 worth coming Undecided

So, I suppose, take your time distributing. You wont hear my complaints.
Probably gonna hold onto it until I can buy a lambo with it... and um... that might be a while i suppose  Roll Eyes
The price is almost the ICO price considering the price of ethereum now. At 1ethereum($400) to 705888 ipsx. Most of ethereum blockchain token will improve price with ethereum price value.
2413  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: how to preditct coin price? on: April 02, 2018, 02:27:08 PM
Yes.  There are apps available for predictions. Google and you could find a good one.
What are the parameters the app work with? Are the app still relevant with the present market?
2414  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin to be international currency on: April 02, 2018, 09:57:31 AM
In the context of being used internationally, I think it has gone a long way but being used as a legal tendency exchange in countries through bank or market, it still has a long way to go. It is still a vision, a very relevant technology though young, its acceptability by government because of its decentralised characteristic is force to tackle
2415  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: John McAfee said about Ethereum on: March 30, 2018, 08:13:19 PM
I also used to believe ethereum will surpass bitcoin in short time but over time ethereum has not been convincing. The low swing of bitcoin should be a good time for ethereum, it has also been silence, not in the next 10 years.
2416  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: XOV: creating a central bank for cryptocurrency markets on: March 30, 2018, 06:22:43 PM
The team looks good and experience, we hope for a successful fulfilment of the roadmap.
2417  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]Endor - Fast and accurate results for predictive questions. Sale April 2018 on: March 30, 2018, 04:37:03 PM
Endor is one of the anticipated ICO I want to be involved but I just noticed I don't get any information from it any where most especially on the ICO spreadsheets and the date of ICO.
2418  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin Die Because of China? on: March 29, 2018, 09:17:06 PM
I think someone else china wants to ban bitcoin but other people in china want to beat bitcoin because they know there is a future in their bitcoin

Even though there are people that wants to get into bitcoin and to use bitcoin as a means of payment in their country, the government is still in charged to do the orders and laws that will be followed by the people that are living in that country and in china, their government ordered to ban the cryptocurrencies so they can't do anything but to follow.

i dont think the government should be followed in terms of legalizing bitcoin. we all know that bitcoin is an independent curtency or decentralized as popularly known  therfor no particular people or organizations can posibly control or hold bitcoin. so i guess people in china can still do freely whatever they wanted to do with their bitcoins, they cant even be tracked down by the govrrnements or any authorities because bitcoin is somehow private. so overall , bitcoin cannot posibly die just because of china.
I noticed government does not find it comfortable to stay aloof because the population will definitely react to money. It does not matter where it may be coming from. If the acceptability is high the central bank might be having problem
2419  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Fall of crypto is near on: March 29, 2018, 06:36:49 PM
I don't think that Bitcoin or crypto will go away forever, just there may be a consolidation period where many altcoins and low value ERC20 tokens disappear and their value gets concentrated into the few good and innovative ones. There will be bag holders, yes.

This may cause a period of lower prices, yes, but hardly a "fall".
I don't also think bitcoin can go away, am just wondering why this fud continues. I will accept defeat if considering previous year the price value is the same as the present. They  want a low and stable price which they can't sustain because of it volatility.
2420  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin Die Because of China? on: March 29, 2018, 12:17:58 PM
There is even a renewed interest with the news and rumour from China. I hope the interest should improve the price. The regulations will improve bitcoin and altcoin trade.
