Binance ist aber auch etwas happig mit 5 Millionen für ein Listing. Ist diese Zahl irgendwo belegt? Und ich dachte immer Mintpal oder Cryptsy oder Yobit oder Cryptopia seien Scammer.

Ich verfolge CfB jetzt schon ein paar Jahre, seit der Zeit im NxtForum 2013/14. Solche Äußerungen wie in dem Screens sind sarkastisch und/oder ironisch gemeint. Das wurde/wird bei ihm immer falsch interpretiert. Ich glaube er spielt auch damit.
Klar, CfB ist der Mega-Troll Mein Post zielte eher darauf ab, dass jemand, der IOTA nicht so genau verfolgt, durch derartige Posts (die dann von usern via Twitter/Reddit verbreitet werden) eine Erwartungshaltung aufbaut und dann enttäuscht wird. Dann wird öffentlich gemeckert, IOTA verflucht etc. und dann kommt David wieder mit irgendeinem rage-post, wo er genau diese Leute anzählt, die durch diese Posts wuschig gemacht wurden. Deshalb hausgemacht. Aber es sind alles nur Menschen und man darf auch nicht vergessen unter was für einem Druck die IOTA-Leute stehen, wenn jedes Wort auf die Goldwaage gelegt wird und ungeduldige weak hands andauernd nerven. Mittlerweile bei 10x. Schwierig zu sagen - ich persönlich würde wahrscheinlich nicht kaufen. Eventuell pusht Binance das ganze noch einmal. Ich jedenfalls verkaufe nach dem Binance Listing erstmal einen Anteil. also QKC wurde heute gleichzeitig auf binance und kucoin gelistet. was besseres kann einem coin/token nicht passieren, gleich auf zwei "angesagten" exchanges aufgenommen werden zu werden. die hodler freuts bestimmt  bestimmt, bin leider nicht von der lottery gezogen worden deshalb auch kein hodler, mal abwarten was passiert .g. There is a new Chinese ICO hustle. Instead of having a regular ICO where 60-70% of the coin is sold in ICO/Presale and somewhat widely distributed these coins just have small little ICOs where they sell 5-20%. They then instantly spend 5 million on a Binance listing with the ICO proceeds. This allows them to generate hype and boost the price of the coin rapidly while also creating massive initial liquidity on Binance. Once the coin lists on Binance the devs can unload their supply at 10x what they would have sold for at ICO. Done this way the team can make double the money while only selling half of the coins versus just holding a regular ICO. Plus they get the additional exposure benefits, etc. of Binance. Most respectable ICOs in the past wouldn't feel right in spending so much money on an exchange listing but now we see it is a savy and cutthroat business decision. IOTEX literally just pulled this exact same move (and look at the post listing dump as the IOTEX team continually dumped the price back under 600 sats)
In QuarkChain's case they only sold 20% with 16% locked up. That means only 4% of the supply is currently on the market. Yet they are simultaneously listing on many exchanges including Binance. Binance even had to delay listing because of this. Who do you think is going to be selling and providing liquidity once Binance opens up? Of course it will be the QKC team themselves selling most of the tokens. This initial supply constriction also makes it much easier to boost the price of their coin (I mean the devs are literally buying their own coins on IDEX pumping this to the sky) both naturally and through manipulation - look at what happened with Bytecoin and that absurd pump when a small part of the supply was isolated for trading.
QCK is a noname team of Chinese opportunists who saw Zilliqa had a great idea and they blatantly ripped them off while adding exaggerations and embellishments to their white paper (1,000,000 TPS guys!!! but our testnet is only 5 nodes and does 2k TPS). IOTEX is kinda shady but you are FAR BETTER OFF buying IOTEX than this Quarkchain scam.
You have been warned. Anyone telling you otherwise has tiny ICO bags and wants to dump them for max (just look at their telegram and all the people celebrating the money they are about to make dumping on Binance with the devs - noone is thrilled about holding this long term and seeing what happens).

Das IOTA Core Team sagt aber auch immer wieder, dass die Entwicklung noch sehr viel Zeit in Anspruch nehmen und lange dauern wird, nur das wird einfach überhört.
Dieses Problem ist aber teilweise auch hausgemacht, da vom Team das no-hype-mantra gepredigt wird, sie selber sich aber oftmals ambivalent dazu verhalten. Das führt natürlich zu einer gewissen Erwartungshaltung. Für den average Joe ist nicht greifbar, was Qubic oder andere Sachen bedeuten, da es einfach zu technisch ist und es etwas Derartiges noch nicht gibt. Zudem weiss das Team ja selber nicht genau, zu was Qubic führen wird - sie stellen einen Baukasten zur Verfügung und dann liegt es an der Community daraus etwas zu machen.    |

Soweit ich weiss, sind Schenkungen an Nichtverwandte bis 20k steuerfrei. Ich würde Hans raten, die BTC selber zu verkaufen und sie Helmut auf sein Bankkonto zu überweisen, weil es das Einfachste ist. Wenn du Helmut nur den seed gibst, bin ich mir nicht sicher, ob er sie schon steuerfrei verkaufen kann, denn er selber hat die BTC ja dann seit Erhalt nicht > 1 Jahr gehalten. Andererseits sind die Steuern minimal (wenn überhaupt welche anfallen), wenn er direkt nach Erhalt der BTC verkauft. Wenn das FA ankommt, könnte Helmut in Erklärungsschwierigkeiten geraten, woher denn die BTC stammen, wann, wo und von wem er sie bekommen hat etc. Schreit nur nach Problemen, deshalb sollte Hans eher fiat überweisen falls möglich. But chance for US citizens to purchase CHI at ICO date and without participate in ICO - that is sense what exchange listing made Hope for it. Yes, sure, but every presale participant only gets around 50 CHI. So even if everyone wants to get rid of those, there will be no real market, so it doesn't help the US citizens who want to buy a reasonable amount of CHI. The whole situation for US citizens is really annoying as there are lots of people who want to invest, but there is nothing the team can do about it and an exchange listing between pre- and main sale won't help as well. |
