IMO, accused should be unstaffed and get the untrustworthy tag. The situation is very much analogous to the Matt Wright case what with the "it was just a joke" defense and all and thus the taken measures should also be analogous.
I agree with this. Untrustworthy tag for him. I don't know if i'll take a Scammer or Untrustworthy tag but for this subject, i don't know... I paid 0.05 to both person as i said before so i don't see any problems. |
