-What are the qualifications required to be a Bounty Manager and what are the job requirements? Can a bounty be managed with a mobile or do you need a computer? And if I want to manage the bounty, then from whom will I be able to bring the bounty project?

Brother, Open below given links to know more about Bounty campaigns. I don't want to discourage you but eventually you will realize that timing to launch a bounty campaign is not suitable now. I have witnessed large number of bounty campaigns ended up in failure during the past 6 months with few exceptions. I would suggest you to work as assistant with any well known Bounty manager like Hhampuz, masulum for few months before you jump in this adventure.

2422  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will LUNA's downfall scare away investors from the crypto market? on: June 10, 2022, 02:02:19 AM
This past week has been all about LUNA's downfall in price and how UST lost its peg at a very fast pace. Many investors lost their money as the cryptocurrency went from being worth around $80 to just $0 in a few days. There's a lot of FUD surrounding crypto right now, especially with Terraform Labs' inability to restore the peg. If LUNA doesn't recover, this could lead the whole crypto market towards another direction. As promising as crypto/Blockchain tech is, things like this greatly damages its reputation.

Do you think LUNA's downfall will scare away investors from the crypto market? If not, why? Is there light at the end of the tunnel for the whole crypto/Blockchain industry? Your input will be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Smiley

Luna crash has already given enough damage to the market which is evident from consistent bearish trend after this unfortunate incident. Honestly speaking it has scared away Investors which is  visible when we look at declining coinmarketcap that simply means capital  flight from crypto market. Market participant fear further crash in many other projects like Solana and even stable coins are vulnerable because all of them are not fully backed by Fiat dollars.
2423  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Advice for poor people who wanna get some crypto on: June 09, 2022, 11:18:58 AM
Making money is not easy at all but in cryptocurrency you can actually make money without spending any money, just like here in the forum you just need to learn things here, and join a bounty campaign so by this you can start earning money out of your hard work. I started here with no money as well, I'm close to poor but since I'm doing my best to get money and support my daily needs, I was able to get some funds for the past 3 years and now I'm making good money. Poor people just need to open themselves into more possibilities and just keep on learning, they also need a good mentor if ever and I hope that they can find a good one.

It is true that making money has become difficult nowadays even if you invest in any business becuase cost of doing business is growing due to sky rocketing inflation worldwide but in crypto I am also confident that everybody can make some earning by joining Bounty campaigns/airdrops as well by trading but for trading it is important to understand fundamentals of crypto market as well as developing technical skills is necessary to make right decisions to enter and exit the market.

2425  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What did you learn about crypto trading? on: June 09, 2022, 04:53:03 AM
Before starting to work on a real account, I spent several days working on a demo account of AMarkets broker. In my opinion, this gave me the opportunity to significantly improve the results of my work.

Its good idea to practice trading in demo account before jumping into real trading because you don't pay any cost of your mistakes. Going forward, I think developing technical skills is also important to make entry and exit at right time beside choosing a good coin/token is equally important in crypto market because there is huge number of worthless projects listed on coinmarketcapcap. My best choice for trading remains Bitcoin and Ethereum, though I also trade in Polkadot, Matic, Avax and cosmos when hey are trending.
2426  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Price of Litecoin 2022? on: June 09, 2022, 04:27:49 AM
Which price of a Litecoin is possible in 2022? What do you expect as alltime-high and price in end of 2022?

Litecoin is rarely in news and we don't see any big move in its price even during the Bull run but recently there is news update of Ltecoin that it is being de-listed from South Korean exchanges because of some privacy issue, the details are given in below link: This news will have negative impact on its price which is already around $61. I don't see Ltecoin making any big jump in its price during 2022, most likely it will be traded between $60 to $80.

2428  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What are your expectations about GMT coin? on: June 08, 2022, 11:01:45 AM
I invested a small amount in GMT coin today. It's up 182% this morning. The crypto, which was opened on Binance at $ 0.01, is currently at $ 0.23. Is there a future for this crypto or is it just a crypto?

I think this coin payout is huge which I am afraid will not sustain for long term because there are many competitors coins with same use case  in the market now, though GMT has advantage of first mover. GMT coin was created on Solana network which is facing technical issues every now then its network shut down. This outage issue has created lot of negativity in the market about its decentralized status which is reflected on its price. Its price has come down from $250 to $39 which is huge. I am quite sure bearish trend in Solana will have negative impact on GMT price, as well.
2429  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin's price stabilize someday? on: June 08, 2022, 05:41:28 AM
Bitcoin has achieved a lot nearly 13 years since its inception. Ever since mainstream adoption skyrocketed like crazy, prices have never been the same as they were before. As it's been proven over time, Bitcoin outperforms Gold, Silver, and nearly every other asset on Earth. Despite widespread adoption of Bitcoin by mainstream businesses, companies, and governments alike, prices relative to Fiat haven't stabilized yet. It's something that I find odd, since institutional investors are already in the game. Not only that but some ETFs have been approved by the SEC. If Gold's price is relatively stable, why can't Bitcoin be the same?

Why do you think Bitcoin's price hasn't stabilized yet? Is there a possibility they will stabilize in the future? Your input will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Smiley

There is no straight answer to your question because historically Bitcoin has been very volatile since it was launched but I believe it will stabilize when its marketcap will increase to the level of Gold or stock market. Then it will become difficult for whales to manipulate because its investment base will be broadened. Though current volatility in Bitcoin price is main hurdle to adopt it as method payment but for long term investors it is an opportunity to buy low and sell high and book huge gains.
2430  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where DeFi is headed on: June 08, 2022, 05:01:58 AM
I've seen that most of the DeFi project doesn't turn out great unfortunately I wasn't able to invest at least to 1 DeFi since I think this could be risky, so where the DeFi headed to? We're not quite sure at all maybe soon we would be able to have something new.

The bubble of DEFIs created in 2020-2021 seems to be bursting now and Investors are in huge losses but I still believe it is not a failed idea, it should work because we all need handsome passive income beside active income to meet rising expenses of daily life. The idea is great but it has to be monitored by regulatory authority to make it less risky, protect it from scammers. The 2nd issue is your funds are not insured in case of or theft and exit scam. In my opinion centralized platforms have better future because they have better functionality and properly secured though it contradicts with the idea of De-centralization.

Which price of a Litecoin is possible in 2022? What do you expect as alltime-high and price in end of 2022?

The price action of Litecin has been very disappointing since many months so I don't expect any big rise in its price given the current bearish scenario of crypto market so I don't see its price hitting $100 during the year 2022 . Litecoin used to be called mini Bitcoin few years back and it was favorite coin for transferring payment because of its comparatively lower transaction fee but now there new networks have emerged those charge very nominal fee like Tron, BNB and polygon. 2433  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Americans, do you regret voting for Biden? on: June 07, 2022, 08:52:46 AM
I am not American and not that much interested in their politics but since Russia started a war with Ukraine, I read the news very often and it can't seem strange if I say that I see Joe Biden very frequently on TV and social media.
When I watch this man, it's very clear that he is very old for his job and probably he suffers from Dementia. Sometimes he forgets what he wants to say, sometimes he forgets what he was actually saying and sometimes he calls Iranians to Ukrainian people.

I can't believe that in American there weren't better alternatives than Joe Biden. What was wrong with Trump that made you to choose president with Dementia?

It is true that Joe Biden is one of most senior politicians of USA with vast experience of handling issues related to local and foreign affairs but I don't understand why he is exerting his all energy to make alliances against China and Russia to damage their economies by creating regional conflicts which has pushed  the whole world including USA in serious economic crisis. He should focus on making peace with all nations and work for improving US  economy which is real issue of a common man.
2434  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which is better: Ethereum or the Binance Smart Chain? on: June 07, 2022, 07:26:22 AM
Quote
ETH is much better. If the eth gas fee is solved today, usage will Triple like we use to have.
Ethereum fee high cause they giving us more and more options, facilities BSC fee will also Increase if they want to be fulfill themself  everything what Ethereum already have. So in this case, Ethereum is definitely better IMHO but situation is complex now Because of bearish market
Quote
binance smart chain is also growing day by day and I believe that in no time, its marketcap will be the same as eth or maybe more than that
Or maybe not. Binance is growing but besides Ethereum is trying to solve fee issue & hope they'll be successful like how Binance chain does. Even more blockchain are already on market, can be hard competitors with bsc, so i don't think its easy for bsc to archive top.

My preferred choice is also Ethereum becuase it is most de-centralized and backed by strong team of deveopers who are working days and night to solve its high transaction fee by migrating to ETH 2.0 and merging it with old Ethereum. What happened with LUNA is a good lesson for all of us that new chains are not so reliable and there are rumors that Solana network is also in serious networks. In such circumstances it is better to rely on Ethereum chain.

What to do to be a proper bounty manager. big brother answer give me ..
I want to run bounty work honestly. Will work like BoSS.
The best and truest manager I've ever met is Brain Boss. Have completed all bounty distribution.

I suggest you join a bounty manager as an assistant first to learn how to manage a bounty program. then start your own management services.

Current bearish market conditions are not conducive for joining or starting your own bounty campaign. Many Bounty managers are facing tough situation from their bounty hunters who have not been paid since months for their hard work to promote projects because projects  fail to perform with few exceptions of good projects.  Following are also  good & reliable  Bounty Managers with good track record of payment in previous years:

2437  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which is better: Ethereum or the Binance Smart Chain? on: June 06, 2022, 01:39:44 PM
The BSC is way faster and cheaper

It is true that BSC is much faster and cheaper compared to Ethereum network but it is replica of Ethereum network and most of scam projects are created on BSC  network because it costs less. Though BNB has survived in bearish market but it is far behind when we we compare use case & versatility of both coins. Ethereum network fee will come down substantially when it gets merged with Ethereum 2.0.
2438  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Polygon (MATIC) to $20? on: June 06, 2022, 12:13:40 PM
polygon have the potential for that. I'm even sure that the current price is too cheap. look at one of the current polygon competitors, solana is already past 3 digits in price. when viewed as a whole this project is good enough to be one of the alternative choices for the current Dapps network.

The Matic coin has the potential to reach $20, but I doubt to say that Matic will reach that price within a year, as currently many investors prefer to invest in the SOL network coin over the Polygon network coin, so it will take much longer for the Matic coins to $20.

In the current market situation context it looks a remote possibility for Matic to reach $20 but it is possible in the long run because its team has wonderful wonderful job to reduce transaction fee by using layer-2 solution which was a major issue on Ethereum network when Bitcoin market is extremely bullish and it is likely to happen when Bitcoin halving is expected to happen in 2024.
2439  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Russian Invasion of Ukraine[In Progress] on: June 06, 2022, 11:44:24 AM
I am saying that I consider the treaty signed under threats and it was never fully followed by ANYONE.
Now it doesn't matter, forget about the Minsk agreements, they have lost their relevance. There are two types of people, some in a difficult situation ask "What to do?", while others ask "Who is to blame?". I urge you not to engage in fruitless searches on whom to blame for what happened, this is an infantile position in life. It is wiser and more productive to actively look for a way out of the current situation, and not the reasons for getting into it. It will take about the same amount of force, but the result will be significantly different. Now Ukraine is facing an incredibly difficult challenge associated with the complete loss of its statehood - that's what you should focus on! Otherwise, there will be no Ukraine soon, as it did not exist before 1917.

I think that there is plenty of Ukraine and that, even with just the assets that can be taken from Adolf Putin, his family and the plutocrats it could become a great country to live and work in. The billions in London and NY flats, the gold reserves that are outside Russia, the immense asset base that all the plutocrats have all around Europe... You can move your yatch, but you cannot move your villas in Spain, you flats in London, your gold in the US.... You cannot move your planes unless you want the confiscated, you cannot sell your shares,... More than enough for a fair war compensations.

It will be an epically "Karma" situation that the wealth stolen by the Plutocrats and Adolf Putin from the RF people end up as schools, hospitals, road and bridges all shiny and new right across the border and protected by a NATO treaty.

Yup, west will "help" them as much as it "helped" Kurds, Libyans, Syrians, etc...there's no chance that
they ever see any of those money
I suggest you to read this book:
https://www.amazon.com/Confessions-Economic-Hit-John-Perkins/dp/0452287081

Western help has ruined many countries like Iraq, Syria and Afghanistan. These countries will take decades return to where they were before western forces came in to help them. I don't see an early end of Ukraine war, all major world powers have created enough mess in this beautiful country which used to hub of food supply for the whole world. I am afraid we may face serious food crisis if this war continues.
