2426  Economy / Services / Re: ➫ ➬ Lucky Bit Signature Campaign ★ Earn up to 0.1BTC every month ★ Open Now! on: July 14, 2014, 09:38:20 AM
I won the lottery on Luckbit twice in a row yesterday. i also won the 4x multiplier on the Red game. kick ass site.

Indeed after reading your post I thought that I should probably take a look at the product I'm advertising, I had a few games and won a bit, and was amazed at the speed and ease of it all.
2427  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any promising assets on the Nxt Asset Exchange? on: July 14, 2014, 09:13:06 AM
With that exchange, where do people post info of what they are selling?

Nem folks did it here. But for other commodities, how do you determine just how sketchy they may be?

You can check it here:
https://nxtforum.org/index.php?board=62.0

Some projects/assets are listed under:
https://nxtforum.org/nxt-projects/

But keep in mind that moderators cannot know beforehand whether the asset issuer is a scammer, so they can only react to scam reports after the scam took place.

I, personally, don't invest in IPOs, only buy when I see at least an alpha release of the software. Then I know the asset issuer actually is capable to deliver. But of course there are a lot of other factors, do your own investigation before you invest in anything, learn as much as you can.

Besides scams there can also be unsuccessful assets, assets that are not profitable. It's not that the asset issuer is a scammer, it's that their startup company just didn't make it and went bankrupt or their product doesn't sell, so they can't pay dividends. After all 70-90% of startup companies just fail.

This is a very good point, I see all over this place that peoples first impressions are "Its a scam" I agree that we are dealing in currency in one form or another so scamming is rife but some people as pointed out above, try really hard and just fail.
2428  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 99,9% ARE SHITCOINS - so don't waste your time or money on: July 14, 2014, 09:04:32 AM
This OP is nonsense IMO

I think it all depends how you look at things, I look at Alt coins ( bar one or two ) as stocks and shares it simple reallt every now and again a half decent new coin comes up get in fast then vote it up onto an exchange, the price will rise then cash out, other coins can have a 50% rise in one day if your on it happy days.

If you think you can just buy and sit on them hoping they will do a BTC then bar one or two coins your wasting your money.

Out of all the coins out there I am only holding 2 which i think may rise significantly enough to make it worth while investing heavily in.

That's my take on it all
2429  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Mintpal hacked (VeriCoin) on: July 14, 2014, 08:58:33 AM

How did the attack happen?
The malicious user was able to inject a withdrawal request directly into our database bypassing the risk control measures that we have in place. We have found no evidence that our server infrastructure was directly accessed in the attack.

Thats there problem not everyone else's that will be affected, I feel for vericoin as well as there is sure to be some serious dumping going on, cashing out, then after a fork they get it all back.

Un believable
2430  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Mintpal hacked (VeriCoin) on: July 14, 2014, 08:54:12 AM
Quote
1) We lost a considerable amount of VeriCoin in the attack, however we have been working with the VRC developers and all major exchanges to hard fork the coin at a position before the attack. This will allow us to retrieve the stolen coins and facilitate all withdrawals. We are also working with various exchanges to accommodate any losses they may encouter as a result of the required fork.

This is a problem right here. Just because it's stolen does not mean they should be able to arbitrarily reverse the hack. If they're successful at hard forking, this will set precedence that any time there is a theft reported, devs can just hard fork again. This will eventually be abused, and corruption happens.

I agree with you right here.

This is a very scary thought that people can just hard fork and wipe out a load of transactions as above, this will ultimately end up being abused, whilst I sympathise with the loss incured, it is at the end of the day mintpal's problem not everyone else that will now be included in this fork.

Not good news I dont think !
2431  Economy / Services / Re: ➫ ➬ Lucky Bit Signature Campaign ★ Earn up to 0.1BTC every month ★ Open Now! on: July 13, 2014, 11:46:59 AM

2432  Economy / Auctions / Re: Domain: BTCwheel.com on: July 13, 2014, 10:22:33 AM

2433  Economy / Services / Re: Youtube views,subscribers and likes £1 on: July 13, 2014, 10:19:50 AM
I know of someone that was found to be using a bot on their youtube account which of coarse was linked to his adsense account and they banned the lot, people seem to forget that google links everything.
2434  Economy / Services / Re: Youtube views,subscribers and likes £1 on: July 13, 2014, 09:28:18 AM
I dont think you will find many people willing to risk there whole google accounts for a few views or likes by which by your own admission is from a bot.
2435  Economy / Services / Re: klee's hacked 1170 btc, Part II on: July 13, 2014, 09:19:47 AM

2437  Economy / Service Discussion / Whats happening with a-ads ? on: July 13, 2014, 09:04:32 AM
I have seen a massive decline over the past few days in a-ads campaigns to the extent that as of today I do not have one single paid advert on any of my 7 advert slots.

Has anyone else seen this decline on their website, and does anyone know the reason for this ?

My web stats my end are the same and chugging along at around 100.000 a mth
2438  Economy / Digital goods / Re: [WTS] Mp3 Script on: July 08, 2014, 04:09:57 PM
Good job my friend, keep at it and this time next year you may be a millionaire lol
2439  Economy / Services / Re: uk bank accounts on: July 08, 2014, 04:04:24 PM
huh you are trying to find out about bank accounts belonging to other people ?

If so that's pretty near impossible unless you get someone to commit fraud, and even then they have to do some serious blagging to get the details you want.
2440  Economy / Services / Re: XBTec ASICs. We pay for signature. Weekly payouts on: July 08, 2014, 04:01:47 PM
lol I got kicked out of this campaign at the end of the first week for moaning and posting negative remarks, I pretty much had to blackmail the OP into paying me.

Im impressed he is still going ( Sort of )

Best of luck all, but this seems to be happening every week, and from what I read he is due to payout again soon, and still hasnt done the previous payout lol
