Should I believe in Bitcoin ?
I have 10k $ and maybe going to buy , but I doubt the further development of Bitcoin and I'm afraid to lose money! Can you convince me or dissuaded from buying?
Instead of beleive on bitcoin, beleive on me and give me all your money!  Nah is just a joke, nobody should try to convince you about it, you should do a good research about it if you want to invest, but after you research about how is going with bitcoin im pretty sure that you will start to believe on bitcoin. My best advice, do a good research about it, and come back later to this thread to tell us what are you going to do  Everyone who is using the bitcoin should believe into the bitcoin otherwise they need to stop using the bitcoin because they only can make it worse for the people who like to use the bitcoin and not just for now they want to use the bitcoin for there whole life so people who dont trust it anymore please stop and not just hold for the case that.... Of course we do believe, regardless of our purpose we believe in bitcoin that is why we are trusting our money in bitcoin. I am a gambler and I do gamble most of time and I appreciate bitcoin so much I have never gambled before this fast. |

You should never get to a point where gambling can 'wreck your life'. Seriously my friend gambling is supposed to be fun, we all have the highs & lows of winning and losing but please never gamble with sums of money that can 'wreck your life'.
It's supposed to be fun, the main & only rule of gambling is to only bet with amounts you can afford to lose, please remember that. It is not worth getting into financial difficulties. Good luck.
Agreed. Only bet what you are willing to lose. Gambling is something to do for entertainment. You can make or lose money, but you should not "expect" to make money. It's just a lucky accident if you do. it can be for a living for some people; poker is the best example of this i think; ive gone to RL casinos several times before and some of those big poker players quite literally live at the casino making a living off poker. this is only a few people though, the true gambling addicts. For most of the people i can tell you gambling is absolute not fixing your life there are just a view people who fixed their life with gambling and that is because they win the jackpot but for most of the people who are gambling it will only wreck your life for sure. So dont be to hard for your self dont gamble to much and to often. If you the statistics on the number of people who hit the jackpot versus those who don't you will be surprise that it is more than the total jackpot price versus the number of people are loser, imagine how much a gambling site can earn if people are only focusing on hitting the jackpot, that is a low chance game and it could fix someones life but it could ruin the majority. |

Bitcoin and gold are good for investment but i think bitcoin have a good future, so i pick bitcoin for now. But if you want the safe way, i think gold is a better choice than bitcoin.
They both have a great future, but the future we are talking here is ours, if we are not going to invest then we will not benefits of the success of gold or bitcoin. As an investor we have our own preference and our own capacity to choose what is best for us and for me I am more comfortable with bitcoin. |

Many people dream about house to build or to buy their own but others till dream only because they cant afford to buy a house. If you have a 10btc above maybe its the time to wait the price of btc hit your desire price before you make a decisions to buy a house or invest it again.
But if i were you if have a 50 btc and above now you make a decision to buy a house or to build it becoz 50 btc if you converted it into cash is enough to build a house if you have own lot.
50 bitcoin are equals to 29,854 USD which it is far than enough to build or buy a house if you live in USA, as average cost for custom home building are around 304,268 USD according to home advisor. so you need 450 bitcoin more to build a comfortable house in USA. a house are property and investing on property are pretty wise choice. you should not procrastinate it. Your calculation is right but it is according to the current price of bitcoin, and the OP is asking that when the price of bitcoin rise up very high, I hope that in some years the price of bitcoin will be much high and hewill be able to buy a house with only a smaller amount of bitcoins. What do your expect of the price increase will be, a 500% of increase from the current price is already good one, we need to be realistic and just not only rely with our imagination a lot, consider this as our savings for the future and we should be happy once we see any increase of our investment. |

You better save your money until you find a decent investment. Not investing is a better a lot better option rather than investing in a shitty investment which you have no idea about. Save your money and while doing it, collect data about your preferred investment.
That is true. Many here are discouraged to invest because they were scammed before. If only they did their research and truly know the investment before putting their money in, maybe they have avoided being scammed. Educating yourself is necessary before involving into any investment. The important thing is we are able to learn from our experience, I was scammed but I did stop there, instead I make it a point now that every investment that I am planning to venture should be carefully evaluated by me and I never tired of make a research before putting my money cause I do not want to be scammed again. |

not affect much because you did'nt play that much thats why your life did affect that much , but if you are going to play everyday and bet everyday and you bet high probably you gonna destroy your life or ruin rather because if you gona greed that much too you gonna sell your gadgets for gambling It is good if you play only occasionally because that is how gambling should be treated. When i am playing dice or other gambling sites, my strategy is just to simple you only need to have a target profit and play with basic strategy and your instinct on how to get that target achieved. And then after you achieve your target quit the game and play again tomorrow. Thats it.
Even with strategy like that, it is still very hard to win. The probability calculation will likely to still put you in the negative. So in the short term, you can earn a bit btc here and there but unlikely to be like that for long. The fact is there is no winning strategy in dice, the house has the advantage so whatever you use it will only give you some temporary wins and in the long run you will still lose, that should be understood by every gambler who tries to beat the house. |

Most people are just looking at the price movement perspective and i don't think that reflects the actual scenario. A broader look should be towards the adoption rate and the infrastructure build around the payment system

Actually if someone is really addicted with gambling can't live without gambling it's not a easy task to give up gambling. when anyone win some big on gambling they become addicted on it. So, if anyone have these issue it's hard to stop gambling. on the other hand to stop himself gambling he can passed the times with other thing like if he has a hobby, he could do that and forget about gambling.
I've been REALLY addicted to Gambling a while ago, but managed to escape through one day: managing my money. It's hard for the first two days, but then it becomes easier and you can get past the addiction. Yeah but for those really addicted just like drugs we can not easily just like that. it takes a long time before they can stop it because its their hobby and they are happy while are gamble but if they are experience always of loses and never made any profit friends can help him to advice that he can not get any profit in gambling because gambling made only to give entertainment and fun. so he will learn. You can't just stop by trying to slowly decrease the time you're playing in casinos.. You have to either stop it now and forever or you will not succeed it. Managing my money means limiting the amount I got on me. And that means having the exact amount for lunch and other stuff I have to do in the city, just so I won't have any other cash on me to go gambling with. This way I was able to abstain from gambling. changing hobby can be help if you can change it you can be stop.. just like i tried to spend my time in league of legends even i am father that my child is also playing too.. it helps to me to stop in gambling thats why i decrease my gamble time but sometimes i am still gamble but in sports betting if there is an team that i want to watch i bet so that there is thrill why i am watching.. I think the only hobby will take your time for a few moments. because once you do that. then you will find the spare time then you would think to gamble again. supposedly from the start you have to have the intention to get out of gambling. I think it is impossible that people using bitcoin is only to be used as spending alone or currencies only. of course they will try to get bitcoin or benefit with bitcoin. I know a lot about the purpose of the users of bitcoin Yes there are not many options available to spend bitcoin.Not many merchants accept bitcoin.So if you have some coins, investment could be an good choice.It can grow your coins and also help bitcoin economy How can we help when we are just keeping our bitcoin, I think the only way we can help is to spend our bitcoins to increase the market circulation and everybody will be happy, but like you said we should invest to generate income but to help we should attract others to spend and we take the income. |

The price dropped lately and I believe investing at right time is very important.
That's right, we should not be afraid to invest as the future of bitcoin is very bright, people might not see a good improvement of bitcoin because of the recent price fall back but as a believer we see it differently, there is a reason why the price has fall down a bit and that is for us to buy and accumulate more for our future. It is good to invest in bitcoin but if you are just holding that amount as bitcoin in your wallet you can not make a good amount or profit it takes a long time for holding that you can make a good profit.. this is just a lazy way to earn.. profit. for me it is better to use it in trading or for your own business blogging or site with advertise the same as mine.. Yeah , you don't know when the price is rises up in the future . There is lazy way to grow your bitcoin , as you said better to go with trading for better profit and more guaranteed than holding your coins forever. Well that is going to be a good move if you are saving and hoping to get profit by doing it with bitcoin. But the reality today is that you have said it right. There is a slow movement of bitcoins price and you are not going to get good profit out of it. So, while you are waiting for the price increase of bitcoin it is better if you are going to do trading too. That varied on the amount if you have a big amount of investment in bitcoin like let us say for example you have 200 BTC with the current price and for me that is a big amount already and worth waiting for the price increase before you sell it for a profit. Yea not as a trader.
If you are trading in Altcoins and bitcoins, you do not need to quit your job. You can continue to work your normal job and do trading of bitcoins in off hours. It is still better to quit your job when the amount involve in a material amount. Let us say you are trading using a capital of like 10 BTC per day that could be a great amount and even if you will just earn 1 percent of 10 BTC consistently you can already have a comfortable life. |

Well its a normal human nature that we always switch too the best option just like we switch from the faint money system to this vertual money system but i don't think i will leave bitcoin usage just from any altcoin because its priced crossed bitcoin price

The price of Monero rose more than 120% in the last few days. It is a good coin with anonymity, It might replace bitcoin. are you kidding ..?? . Monero is indeed good enough in the growth first appears, but do you not worry about such growth is actually just a bot. ..?? . There are no safe methods to gambling, it's best to stay away from it and not start it. You will lose more than you win if you keep on coming back.
So many people keep posting this reply. This thread was started to find some safe method. This is like saying "don't use condoms just use abstinence instead since that method is the only method that's 100%'. The safest method that we can come up with so far is basically to play with faucet. Damn that was funny, and by the faucet is also funny it is not safe because although you are not betting real money but you will frustrated with a small amount of bets, and imagine the house you spent in getting little satoshies to gamble, you might lose your health then you lose your money. |

I think rich people would be mostly interested in interactive games like poker, or maybe visit real casinos instead of online, to socialize and and get some fun experience. And rich people should still maintain control, because they also might get addicted and lose significant amount in a short time.
Yes, because the real entertainment is there. Also, we can still see some rich people betting online and I can see they are also enjoying. One of the gambling games that can be enjoyed online are sports betting. Gambling help me with giving feels fun and happy and sometime i get profit from it (if i am lucky) actually gambling doesn't give me much profit because i just played gambling with low betting. But gambling has given nice entertainment for me.
You should consider gambling as a form of entertainment. You can gain some fun out of it with a chance of winning some money. However, you should realize that "the house" (=casino) is more likely to win and you should only gamble amounts that you can afford to lose. Gambling help me if I win every time, so I would be rich. Mostly people gambling with intention to get some profits but more people loss than win it. So we change our desire to have fun and get some gambling experiences, just like low betting to avoid huge losses and only big bets if sure of our winning. But the sad part is we doesn't know when to bet big on sure win situation and i dont think there's an existing scenario that you can make sure to win on that turn, and the one i've really see is counter part of that maybe some other people wins huge its because the luck is on their side but i dont think it really helps for that people its because it can make him go gamble again and wants to earn huge money from it. Thats right, theres no way that we could predict on what would be the next result on playing gamble in able to put a huge bet and its really impossible since we are only a human and dont know what would be the future on things especially on gamble. If that thing exist then for sure many of gamblers are rich for now and there would be no gambling sites at all. Greediness is a big problem usually on gamblers out there, seeking for more profits after a huge winning hoping for another jackpot but sadly ends up nothing. Greediness is the act of the gambler with lack of self discipline, we cannot win being greedy in gambling because the gambling sites alone are already greedy, they want to make more money using their advantage and the more we place bigger bets the more they are happy. |
