2421  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin investment on: January 20, 2022, 11:09:36 AM
Investing in altcoin at the moment is not bad, in fact if the price of BTC continues to fall, it is much more attractive to continue buying Altcoins, because that is the logic that governs the market, of course everything is based on the fact that if you buy it right now it will not It should be sold unless it is in eventual profit.
For me the best investment will always be BTC, but altcoins represent great power if they are bought very cheap and sold very expensive, and those are the opportunities that few see.

Low altcoin prices should not make us greedy to invest more into altcoins. The altcoins can even go further down if the bitcoin crashes. Some altcoins may never reach to the all time highs again. Most altcoins pump on the basis of hype , so we should be careful in building big positions in alts. I'll prefer to invest majority of your funds in to bitcoins.
2422  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: USDC flips Tether on the Ethereum network on: January 19, 2022, 11:47:40 AM
Its just the beginning, UST from terra Luna will beat these two stable coins but all the same they are centralised stable coins, I believe in DAI which is decentralized more than others but I just don't know why it's not getting good attention

Does this means that it is not safe to keep our stable coins in USDT ?
It will be greatful if anyone can tell the real reason for this?
Why people are moving funds out of USDT ?  Is there any expected news or something like that ?
2423  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Shiba Inu Coin a better investment than Dogecoin? on: January 19, 2022, 10:01:49 AM
Quote
Shiba Inu is one of the best coins already traded on several exchanges. Even coins with a lot attract investors. It seems that both are long term coins as they already have a very serious and strong development team.
I can't say Shiba Inu is better or worse than Dogecoin.

In terms of long term investment, Dogecoin is more better than Shiba Inu investment because the year I tried Shiba Inu on long term investment I nearly lost all my income until I changed my strategy to start short term investment that later help me to recover all my reward. Many altcoins investors prefer to invest with Dogecoin investment base on what they have heard from other investors that showed their results they got from their short and long term investment. When others altcoin was decreasing during the month of December where was giving Dogecoin massive pumping during the process many people were looking for where to make a good profit from their business.

I am not in favor of high investment in both Dogecoin or Shiba Inu. But if anyone still need to invest in it, I will also prefer dogecoin and the only reason for this is that Elon Musk is behind this coin. If he continues to back this dogecoin, we may see some good price movement in it.
However I will recommend that do not invest all of your portfolio into dogecoin.
2424  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it possible to avoid all scams? on: January 19, 2022, 09:36:42 AM
Do you think it is possible to completely get rid of scams?

What do you think, is it possible to somehow get rid of scams among crypto projects?

There are many kind of scam that can threat people, not only about coins but many kind of investment that attract people to gain profit in short time. It is possible to avoid it as long before we made research before jumped into it, simple thing maybe seek in this forum and see how people respond about the project but we must know who really criticize it or who only shill it.

If we are stop being greedy then we can be saved from a lot of crypto scams. It's our greedy nature that make us jump into unrealistic offers which are hard to believe. We should be careful in all such investments which give a very high ROI.
Getting feedback and learning about the company is the best thing you can do before investing in any project.
2425  Economy / Gambling / Re: BitVest, The worst casino I have ever seen on: January 18, 2022, 02:17:04 PM
I don't think they will ruin their reputation I will try to do a purposeful review of absolutely all casinos on the internet. We will immediately make a note that it is possible to change information about specific casinos. You're right, be careful and they may change their site's policy, of course we have to review all the changes.

Bitvest has still the good reputation and it is still a creditable casino to play with. However if anyone feel their withdrawals may be stuck or pending, they can always have the choice to skip the casino and play at another site.

Campaign was paused about two months ago because delayed payments. It was settled later on but the campaign remains on hold.

It does seem like they might be having some liquidity issues, even though they attempt to look professional and legitimate, they cannot even afford a relatively cheap marketing tactic such as a signature campaign.

No, the signature campaign was paused due to the health issues of light lord and not because of the liquidity issues. There has been never the funds issues with Bitvest. They always have funds but somehow lightlord is too busy with other work.
2426  Economy / Gambling / Re: Luckybird.io Scam, bot infested, unfair games, payout delayed for over 2 months. on: January 18, 2022, 01:35:24 PM
Hi, all!

Here to warn you about a site called luckybird.
You don't have to be a genius to figure out that the online number of the site is fake.
Most "people" on chat are randomly generated bots.
They will pay out your first withdraw, but will deny all others in hopes of luring more cash from you.

Games resulting in a DRAW do not refund any balance, the house just takes everything from both sides. Doesn't matter if you are playing against a bot or a real user.

I would like to ask you why did you play at this site and why u did not check the site feedback before depositing your money here. Same this is being mentioned on their feedback on their trust pilot review page.
https://www.trustpilot.com/review/luckybird.io

I don't know if this review is written by you or anyone else, but it seems that this site is not worth playing.

2427  Economy / Gambling / Re: Shady behavior of Duckdice.io moderators and Admins on: January 18, 2022, 01:11:38 PM
^ Definitely right, it seems like a very strict moderator which is not right, if that is the case, they should stop the rain from the chatroom since we all know that it could be abused and which criteria they will determine those abusers.
My advice is, provide strong evidence and what the cause of shady behavior that OP meant. It is nothing or does not make any sense if you don't have evidence even we know that this gambling casino doing shady behavior a long time ago and how did you get involved in that casino if you know they have shady behavior from the start.

Even if the OP provides us with solid evidence, what difference it will make to the duckdice. Their rating on the trust pilot is 2.3 which is very poor. In such cases, i would rather ask the OP why would he is so willing to play on the casino which does not have a good rating. Why not play at trusted casinos ? There is no shortage of good casinos.

I think that the OP's idea is to find proofs that Trustpilot's ratings are not objective:) To tell the truth, duckdice is a waste of time (my own experience), it is not even a casino. What I personally like in casinos is the range of games. I'm there for pleasure and not for winnings (I understand that even with 99%, my longterm winning odds are close to zero and only a one good hit of progressive jackpot can save me:)). What I mean is that I play for entertain myself and for this reason, I choose gambling sites with as many titles as possible. diceduck is not in this list.

You cannot challenge the Trustpilot's ratings. Maybe there will be few fake reviews but in the majority, i think their feedback is trusted. Duckdice.io has total 214 reviews in the trust pilot site and the bad reviews ratio is 36% which is on a very high side. Anyone who is thinking to play and deposit on the Duckdice.io site should take this feedback seriously into consideration
2428  Economy / Economics / Re: Advice for the season. on: January 18, 2022, 08:43:41 AM
My Xmas sucks lol because I couldn't spend more money for better experience but that was in the past now I kinda care more about my future, trying to become a whale in crypto world so some sacrifice must be done, I used what I could to celebrate my Xmas but not as good as my past Xmas's

Yeah celebration are important and if you fail to celebrate the events, the regret remains in our heart.

I usually try to spend money through fiat and do not want to spend my Bitcoin savings on christmas. For me, bitcoins savings are most important and we all should keep on saving & accumulating bitcoins.
2429  Economy / Economics / Re: Dont just borrow money but for the right reason on: January 18, 2022, 08:05:58 AM

There's nothing wrong with loaning or borrowing but, to be honest, it's better if we'll not borrow funds to expand our assets. Crypto investment is profitable even metaverse but borrowing to invest more has huge risk and might only lead you to regrets in the end. It's better to save before investing so you'll have all the control over your investment without any pressure.
I agree with what you said, it's true that we are free to do anything including borrowing and borrowing.
But if we borrow with the aim of developing assets, even though we are already pros, I think this is still full of risks.
not without reason, because indeed here there is no guarantee that forever we will experience profits because of course there will be times when we will experience losses.
besides that it is better with own assets even with fewer assets but no debt compared to making excessive risk by borrowing funds from other people in the hope of getting a profit. this is not very good.
I think in all types of investments, knowing that they have their own risks, borrowing money is never a good start. Of course, it can expand or widen your assets but if you are entering in a market with no guaranteed profits, then it will only cause pressures and troubles later on thinking where to get the money that you will use to pay. Although crypto gives us huge profits, definitely bigger from other types of investments, but there is no fixed time or date as when to get the profits so paying the debt will mostly be compromised.
with benefits that you don't know for sure will get or not, actually investing using a loan will only make you think extra and your mind will be divided between investing and thinking about how to pay off the money you borrowed.
Of course this will only add to your thinking instead of getting comfortable in investing, things like this will only make you someone who is confused about solving problems.
because when this happens if you don't get a return on investment you will only be able to think about borrowing money back to pay off existing debts. and it will continue until things get worse
This is really possible if you invest in crypto without an assurance when to make profits. In the first  eplace, borrowing money is not really a good thing to do especially that there is always a high risk in cryto investment. When you need to pay your loan and yet, you're not making profits yet, there are always high chances that you will create another loan to cover your first loan, so that will create more stress and pressures on your part and yaou wiill live with it until you become debt free. So now that you see what will happen ahead, then never start engaging in it.

We should not borrow any money or loan if there is no urgent need for it. These days people see that crypto gives a lot of good returns and therefore people take loan to invest in cryptocurrency. This should be avoided because we have to return the loans at certain time and there is no grantee that our investment in crypto will be profitable at given time. In bearish times, we may have to wait few months in order to get any profit.
2430  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin is unsettling, for those who don't have it on: January 18, 2022, 06:22:19 AM
for people who don't have bitcoins it's not disturbing, but what I really deserve to mention is that they are jealous, and they want to take control but what so all of that will never happen, because bitcoin will not be regulated by any party and cannot be controlled by anyone. anyone, maybe for that reason many people say they are restless because they don't have bitcoins..

If one person has more bitcoins and other has less, there is no need to get jealous. This is like one person has more bank balance than other person. The one with more crypto may have worked more hard to earn those bitcoins.

Now for the 2nd part, sometimes it can be disturbing if you own bitcoins and the price of bitcoins fall below your buying price. However, you need to control your emotions in such circumstances.

2431  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How is the safest of the 'safest ways' to store Bitcoin? on: January 18, 2022, 06:03:43 AM
When the lives of your family members are at risk, it doesn't really matter how you store your coins. What are you going to do? Are you going to tell the robbers I am not giving you my coins, feel free to torture my wife and child?!

If a robber knows about Bitcoin, gets access to your phone, and finds a crypto wallet, he will try to get you to give it to him. The only way you can protect yourself is by not storing all your coins in the same wallet. Diversification is the key. Keep just a portion in a hot wallet (such as a phone), while the rest is safely stored and inaccessible. If you have to give it up, you only give the robbers the keys to your hot wallet. They can't possibly know about the rest if there is no info about it on your phone and if you haven't told someone about it.

Exactly, cold wallet or hot wallet each one have their own positives and negatives we can't blindly relay on either one. So diversification of money is the most effective answer for that, so we do not risk all money at any crucial point of time. In my opinion keeping more than two wallets is continually safe.

If you have a lot of money in crypto it is recommended that you keep them in different wallets. This is for your own security purposes and peace of mind .
Even if you have an hardware wallet, it's again better to have more than one. However it only implies if you have a lot of money. There is no need to buy mutliple hardware wallets if your bank roll is small.
2432  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Pakistani Central banks wants to ban crypto on: January 18, 2022, 05:44:12 AM
Government this, government that, blah blah with their threat wouldn't destroy bitcoin capitalization. See, I know if they allowed crypto (bitcoin) in the country, it will facilitate adoption but there rejection has nothing to play.
It happened here in my country and the works still moving fine, Infact the have adopted p2p more rapidly than the previous way of banking financing their deposit and withdrawal.
What is require of them is to discard anything that has to do with crypto transaction on their local bank account and Pakistans are good to go to their bitcoin normal life.

If you use P2P for Bitcoin buy and sell and if you are careful enough not to mention the reason of transaction as bitcoin transaction, then it would be impossible for the government to track you.
Also do not make big transcations  so that you are not get noticed of any irregular behavior with your bank account.
2433  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will owning 0.01 BTC really make you rich? on: January 17, 2022, 06:53:25 PM
What do you think? Is it really possible to become rich with 0.01 BTC in the future? If not, why? Your input will be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much. Smiley

The simple answer to this is Yes, you can be a rich person if you own only 0.01 BTC but you will not become wealthy anytime soon. It may take another 10 - 20 years and you will find yourself among the lucky person who owns 0.01 btc.

Many people who have 0.01 btc now, may not be having it after 10 years because usually people sell when the prices rise and wont wait so long. The best way is to save 0.01 in a separate wallet and never ever try to spent it.
2434  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What altcoin will go 10x this year? on: January 17, 2022, 04:32:06 PM
In this year, I'm looking at matic. I hope in this year, matic can increase more than 10x. Matic is growing smoothly and there is a big chance to pump in huge amount. Besides, shib can also rise though it's a meme coin. We have to do more market research for knowing total marketcap.

I am also very confident that matic can easily go 10x in this year. Also there are many low cap coins that have the potential to reach 10-50x but for this to happen we need that the bull market continues and bitcoin to make a new high. If bitcoin fails to rise, then no coin including matic can give us 10x or more gains.
2435  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in-$200 FreeBTC⭐Win Lambo🔥0.2BTC DailyJackpot🏆$32,500 Wager Contest on: January 16, 2022, 02:18:25 PM

Any spot where there is a high volume of daily accesses will grant you referrals. Active Facebook crypto related groups used to be a good environment to promote referral links, but I suspect the algorithm was internally changed, because I can't find bitcoin groups anymore on the search bar. It says no results were found, even though I'm member of many groups on that category. I'm almost sure bitcoin content was silently censored there, as I'm stucked with the same amount of referrals for some months already, while before I had a flux of at least 2 new referrals every few weeks*.

Probably the most efficient methods right now are youtube, twitch and similar streaming live content platforms. You need a sensationalist title and thumbnail for your video, then you can share it with most people as possible and hope they will click it. Personally I don't make use of this method and don't like it, because I hate clickbaits. I'm just telling how things work.

* I share part of my comission with my referrals, so it's an extra incentive for them to sign up through my link and that is the reason why I had that flux of new referrals. You can also try doing the same...

Do you get a lot of referrals with these facebook crypto groups? I am also a member of it but it just get flooded all day with referrals links. Yeah, I can imagine that promoting on youtube, twitch would work to get referrals but then you already need to have an account with a lot of followers.
During some years I have got many, but since last year it has been hard... Especially after people started spamming nonsense videos at crypto groups (I don't know why they do this, but completely killed the purpose of the groups) and after facebook algorithm started hidding bitcoin content.

This is how many I currently have:

About 9 of them are active right now and not very productive, hehe... But I can't complain, that is a nice achievement anyway and some of them were really effective in the past. I'm glad for that and I think they are too, because most comission I made returned to them. Wink

Out of 400+ referrals, only 9 are active ones. The rest of those persons are not using the freebitco site. That's strange because if they naturally joined with your referral links they should remain active.
How did you promote your referral link to get that many inactive referrals ? Did you offer them any incentive for joining with your link ?
2436  Economy / Gambling / Re: What are the best ways to choose a casino on: January 16, 2022, 01:55:40 PM
It's already 4 days after you created this thread and almost everyone suggestion are correct here, but you not comeback in this thread... have you find the casino that suit for you? Do you have other criteria which casino you're looking for? because each casino has both disadvantages and advantages.

My simple suggestion in order to avoid scam casino, never play on 1xbit and 1xbet because it's very known scam casino here.

Even if the OP is not active on this thread, other people may have benefited from the suggestions posted by the experienced gamblers here.
As long as you are not playing on the scam casino you're safe. If anyone playing on scam casinos like 1xbit, no matter how much bonus they give you or how much you won, you will never be able to withdraw.
2437  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM] Santacoin.io didn't pay the bounty hunters! on: January 15, 2022, 07:27:15 PM

It's sad to know another scam project "Santacoin" and it hurts the bounty hunters feeling who devote full support to the project.

From the very beginning, experienced bounty hunters had to think about whether to participate where dozens of cheaters participate next to them. Just look how many cheaters caught YOSHIE in this bounty.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5373162.0

Now, the organizers can rightly say that they are not satisfied with the performance of the hunters. Although the hunters themselves consider the bounty to be hard work.
We need to get used to the fact that only one out of ten of these companies has a future. All non-payments can simply be called a common occurrence, and also a habit of hunters.
Therefore, no drama.

How come the experienced bounty hunters knew that cheaters are also participating in the campaign? Since they were detected, the company can refuse payments to those particular users, but there may be others who may be sincere and did not try to abuse the bounty.

Anyways, the list of cheaters caught by YOSHIE is big one. They must be abusing other bounties too. Good that another farm of bounty cheaters was exposed and punished.
2438  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Pakistani Central banks wants to ban crypto on: January 15, 2022, 07:11:43 PM
We have repeatedly seen that the prohibition of cryptocurrencies in a single country or even several countries cannot affect the spread of cryptocurrencies in the world. Pakistan has previously been hostile to cryptocurrencies. Therefore, the prohibition of cryptocurrency in this state will change practically nothing for the cryptocurrency market.
It will be bad for cryptocurrency if such a decision is made, say, at the G20 summit. If the ban exists in all these states, then the situation for the cryptocurrency will even be difficult to predict.
Perhaps, Pakistan is just like nothing...we are supposed not to worry in the first place, and besides, they are not helping anyway. Banning crypto in their place is not a loss on our side. Cryptocurrencies will continue to grow without them and in fact, even China never has a huge impact on the market.

I know they have the reason for banning crypto in their place and it was respected. This will simply tell us that the spread of crypto is full of challenges, we can't force all the countries to adopt the system, and they also have the right to reject this.

We need to first know how much crypto is being used currently in Pakistan and how many people are aware of it in the first place. If only 1 - 2% of the total population knows about the crypto, then it will not make any impact within or outside the country.
However, it will stop the adoption of bitcoin in the country and it will not be healthy for the citizens.
2439  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Bullish Scenario - Minimum will reach $75000 on: January 15, 2022, 06:43:28 PM
I think a bullish bitcoin scenario will occur in this year to reach the target price of $75000. Although the bitcoin market is still tending to be depressed since the beginning of December 20221 until now after a sharp sell-off. However, I think as early as 2022 now, I predict that Bitcoin price will appear to be on an upward trajectory of up to $100,000 at least in Q1 2022. Therefore we expect at the start of this new year, bitcoin price to rebound again.

Everyone wanted the price to rebound again, unfortunately, at the start of the year, the bullish market is but all gone now and has been replace by the bearish market. And I tend to agree that history might repeat itself again, like 2018 wherein it is the start of a long and bearish cycle after hitting $20k as ath. Sorry to burst the bubble but I disagree with you, it will be very difficult to rebound and reach a upward trajectory of $100K.

Well, that's what the whales and institutes want from retail that they become completely disappointed on the bullish market and sell all their holding thinking the bear market is started and the price will go further down. That will be the right time when whales will push the price up and then retail will again enter at the high , probably at the time when bitcoin will be near its peak.
2440  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM] Santacoin.io didn't pay the bounty hunters! on: January 14, 2022, 10:52:53 AM
Most of the project don't give the bounty budget to bounty manager because there's a risk that the manager will run the funds since we are all anonymous here. In Hhampuz case, I'm pretty sure that the team backstabbed him for not paying the agreed budget for bounty hunters. This is the reality on bounty campaign. You didn't sign any agreement that will give you protection from the company that's why they can easily cut ties to bounty hunters once they don't want the result.

I highly suggest to post this on social media and tag there CEO so that everyone will be aware on how shady this company is.

It's sad to know another scam project "Santacoin" and it hurts the bounty hunters feeling who devote full support to the project. Its very hard to think initially that the project could be a scam when it is managed by one of the best bounty managers. The best thing what bounty managers can do is to get the tokens or coins upfront with them but then again if someone made the token for scam purpose, even if it gets distributed it's of no value.
