IMHO, it is not just about how many will be played from what we have deposited. Lets say I deposit 1BTC, play some rolls and I win 0.5btc but I have not wager 1BTC yet. In this condition I want to withdraw the whole amount because I have reached my goal but I cant withdraw it all. It means that the site force me to play more, and I can lose what I have won before. Of course I have also the chance to win more but I wont take the risk because I have reached my goal.
Is it good for you if you are in that condition?
I think they should do another thing to avoid their players use their site as mixer. Just my 2 cents.
Good point. Maybe change it so that either you wager the entire amount, or have a profit of 10%+, or a loss of 20%+. Wouldn't be a smart idea of using your site as a mixer though, since you keep a history of all deposits/withdraws, and law enforcement could recognize it belongs to your wallet, contact you, and continue tracing it. Or, just charge a fee for withdraw (0.2 mBTC). IMO, most people won't deposit at bitdouble for mixing, as they aren't very trustworthy right now (sorry, but it's the truth), and they could just use primedice or some other site. LE can't do anything what are you even talking about  ? It is not fair to expect you to wage through everything like the first comment said about if you win 0.5btc with 1 btc and want to stop now you could be forced to lose since you need to wage the other 0.5btc but you could wage it small amount at a time and pretty much not win anything but not lose either but making lots of bets and winning then losing again and repeating till you done. You shouldn't lose anything that way. |

there is no a news or progress information, so what causes of rising price by ambercoin? are you sure the price of ambercoin will rise significantly. because as I know, after price is rising, usually the price will be down with slowly again dramatically
Yes it has gone up substantially and pretty much those in early are doing the best. The smallest share is 10,000 that is a large amount and most cannot afford to risk such a huge amount. It would be better if it were lower but I think it is done for a reason although im not that knowledgeable about this coin. |

Its the way for them to keep the price up, and people checking the coin. If you only have two sell blocks at a time and own 100 coin - I guess when it reaches a certain level the coin will be worth an enormous amount. (Crudely) If it carries increases by 20% between claims, but takes two months per claim you'd get a 50*1.2 rise on the final coins which is enormous but it would take about 8 years before the last coin is claimable at this rate (however the rate will slow at an exponential rate as coins get more expensive - so the 8 years will likely be much higher). If I get some time over the weekend I might look into the theory in more detail and work the maths out =)
Now im def curious about the time. with each sale increasing in price and resulting in a longer time between sells it would be extremely longer than 8 years. Def interested in seeing the math for it :p so when you do figure it out (if you do decide to do the math) please post it  I don't think it is a good investment though. It take far too long to sell and by the time it sells it is worth more. If I wanted ti invest in about $1000 it would take forever to get it back if ever. Unless someone here can tell me otherwise I doubt this is a good invesment for spending over $10 or so. |

Not really, Valve only went after the big sites, small sites are still open. OP, it's a nice site! I'll try it out! The rainbot is a nice feature. However, like someone else said, the colors might need changing, but that is only my opinion. Perhaps make different themes? It definitely has potential! It has nothing to do with steam. The only reason why you login with steam is so you can buy skins with the credits you win. The site is just credit based and you can only swap those credits for game items. You don't actually gamble the items themselves. You buying them so it is not against the terms. |
