Son of a bitch, of course this is a scam.  Dammit, I was excited earlier and on my way out the door when I saw it and made an order, luckily it was only for 1 C1, but still, that's 200 bucks ill never see again.  Stupid thieves ruining bitcoin for the majority of people.

This kind of thing sickens me.  They obviously spent a lot of time planning this and mimicking the bitmain website, just in an effort to scam people.  Stupid lowlife pieces of shit, not smart enough to have a real job so they have to ruin others lives by stealing.
2423  Economy / Computer hardware / (WTB) All Old AsicMiner USB Miners on: November 28, 2014, 04:58:56 AM
Hi Everyone,

I am once again buying the old USB miners from AsicMiner.  As we all know, these miners don't make anything anymore, so why not let me take them off of your hands, and give you a few dollars in the process?

I am willing to pay $4 per unit.  This is over a fair price in my eyes and will be more than you will get by letting it run.

If you have any questions please post them below, I am only buying the AsicMiner USB miners, any solicitations for other items will be ignored.

They will also need to be shipped to KS zip code 66221.  Please factor that into before posting as it will probably not be economical to ship overseas for only a few units.  If you have enough units, I am willing to entertain the idea of working out shipping costs.

Thanks for taking the time to look!

Black Arrow is such a crap company!
If they have any honour left, they should all kill themselfs!

they never had any.   the whole thing was structured in the first place to attempt to dodge any legal ramifications.

everything they've said in terms promises made to sell these and to keep people onboard through their endless delays was utter bullshit.  every bit of it.  a purposeful swindle from minute 1.

these people are nothing but scum.  they started as scum and they're scum now.

100% agree.  These are just terrible terrible people and I hope their "engineers" (term used lightly) are very sad and upset every time they read these forums.  These are the low of the low of people in this world and the only comfort I afford is knowing that karma will eventually catch up with them (perhaps already has if they really did get a lot of bitcoin stolen which would be hilarious!!!), either in this life, or in the afterlife where they will rot for eternity.

karma - and the long arm of the law.

and the short dick of the Asian man who makes them his bitch in jail.

That sounds like an admission that these are obtained illegally to me.  I would caution to avoid trading with this user, there are others who provide more reputable dealings if you want gift cards.  Always remember, there is a reason they are so cheap.
2427  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Richardsguide.com sports betting Picks $25 a month +12.12 BTC on: November 22, 2014, 11:52:46 PM
You bet 10+ BTC to win 1 BTC on a martingale streak...god I love it. This is going to end horribly soon enough.

Sure is nice to have the money to throw around to be able to do that too, with another raise at work last week, perhaps its time to up my initial bet...

I am able to get digital copies from work once a year for something around 10 dollars I believe (they may have changed the plan this year to allow for 5 installs per person but I am unsure of that).  What would you be paying per copy and how would these copies be used (I ask because I will not compromise my work relationship at all with sketchy dealings).

It seems you are picking matches with really high odds. Debitme's sports tracking shows a lot of wins but a net profit loss.

Do you have a separate spreadsheet for yourself?

He is the only one profiting.  The whole idea is to appear profitable by picking high probability winners in order to gain referral income, or now in this case, direct subscription income.

A profitable picker has NO incentive to share his picks in the same way a profitable trader or algo coder has NO incentive share their trading rules/strategy.

Its a scam.  I've posted this in this thread hundreds of pages ago...

To take on your second point, he is not the only one profiting.  I have been betting with him before the spreadsheet I started online, and must say, I am pretty far in the green on this.  With my winnings, I have bought an Xbox One and am getting ready to buy a big screen TV.  Now, you may look at the spreadsheet and see that it is in the negative, and I would agree with you.  Late October had a pretty bad 3 game losing streak and we are currently recovering from that.  You should also notice that since the loss, the spreadsheet has made back about a bitcoin and a half and will be returning to profit quite shortly.  Again though, he has neither hid, nor asked me not to report the loss, which only goes back to attest to his integrity.

I may be slow but please explain it to me like I'm 5 years old. I am looking at your spreadsheet and it seems you are $1,600 in the RED mainly thanks to a $3000 bet on a soccer over/under with extremely high odds. A majority of these bets are insanely high odds, -1000 and above. Most recently I see risking $1000 to win $100.  This is not going to be a profitable endeavor overall unless you hit at an astronomical 90% rate. All it takes is one of these big losses to throw you into a net loss.

I'm not here to argue the system or your business but you keep saying profits and all I see is red. Even the OP says he has profited +12.12 BTC but where is this documented? Once again I don't see it.

Just to start off, this isn't my business.  I simply follow the picks like everyone else and make money.  I also advertise to bet for other people, but that is in no way affiliated with the OP in anyway.

You are correct about that big loss and it hurt the bankroll, and that is why the spreadsheet shows a loss currently.  But, I was betting the OP's picks before I started this spreadsheet, and if you add in what I made with that, I am still in the green pretty heavily.  Keep in mind, the big loss was mid to the end of October when it happened, and since then, I have made back a large amount of the loss.  Most of the OP's picks are in the 1.1 to 1.2 odds range, but as you can see from his impressive run, he can win 15+ games in a row this way, which is more than enough to cover one loss.  but then add in the system and even a single loss doesn't matter.  The 1000 credits (1 btc) to win 100 credits (.1 btc) was a B bet, and it had to be so high so that we won back what we made on the A bet and then still get the profit for the bet (which ended up being .05 btc).  So far, besides the one hiccup, the system is doing fine and with just a single loss in November so far, I have already made over 50% return on my investment.

I think it has always been stated that this is a very risky investment, as any gambling is.  Even professional sports cappers cannot guarantee a profit.  This has been working out for the small investment I originally put into this and if others want to follow, I encourage them to, but always remember to bet what you can afford to lose as nothing is ever guaranteed.

Can you provide evidence to back up that this is a scam?  I highly doubt you can and providing picks, no matter the odds, for money is not a scam.  So please reword/rethink your argument as he has not stolen or mislead anyone in anyway, and in fact, has been very transparent about the way his picks work.

Your claim that a profitable picker has NO incentive to share his picks the same as a day trader is completely absurd. When a profitable algo developer has developed a script that is able to make money trading, it is in his best interest to keep that software private as the more people using it, the less effective it becomes.  Revealing sports picks is quite the opposite, sure the line can be effected, but the reality is that the odds barely get affected, if at all.  Please explain why some of the best sports cappers in the world sell their picks for hundreds and thousands of dollars every day?  Because there bet is not affected by the play that they release and can collect money for people to ghost them.

So in conclusion, you have no basis or grounds for calling this a scam, as he is not stealing or doing anything that he has not advertised that he will do.  The spreadsheet I made clearly lists every single one of his bets and odds and it is completely up to you on whether you would like to follow them or not.  Please rethink your post and change it accordingly as you are clearly angry and don't understand the difference between a scam and something you don't want to participate in and just can't leave alone.

In the past, first 100 pages or so, when stayedup was running his own spreadsheet, he changed his bets after they lost to continue to appear to be profitable.

If you are independently tracking his bets now... the spreadsheet will not be seeing a profit.

What is your cut anyway Debit?  $5 a month per user?

Hmm, I looked through your "evidence" and although compelling, I don't see much hard evidence that suggests it was anything more than a mistype that he corrected.  Not saying your wrong, but that seems to be a pretty isolated incident over the course of 2+ years.

I am independently tracking the bets, and the spreadsheet isn't showing a profit, not sure what your point is here as I openly admitted that.  I also stated that I have been betting with him for longer than the spreadsheet has been keeping track and as such I am in profit by following his bets, even with the large loss in October which is quickly being made back.  I have made over a 50% return on my money in November alone, can you find somewhere else that does that.  Also I get no cut from our arrangement.  The spreadsheet was something I put together for my own tracking purposes and he asked me if he could use it as an independent tracker, to which I agreed.

EDIT:  I guess the take away is, I don't know what happened and you can't prove that it was a deliberate deception and I have many a couple thousand dollars off of his picks, so why wouldn't I pay to follow his picks and keep my own record?

Spreadsheet has been updated, almost at a 50% return so far for November and have won over .6 btc so far this month.  Lets keep it going.

Remember, if you don't think you can make all of Richard's bets or just don't want to have to worry about it.  I would be happy to bet for you.  Check out the spreadsheet in Richard's post (updated and kept by me) you will get your own tab that shows your investment grow.

They get more and more laughable every single day.  I thought they have been working on the issue...?  Guess they are too incompetent to figure it out and as has been the result of every other problem, they have gone to outside firms, which once again begs the question, what has BA actually done?

Why is it acceptable if it happens in whatever percent of units?  Your saying that if I plug one of these in, I have a chance of burning my house down?  I would say your .5% is completely wrong to start, but for the sake of argument lets say its spot on.  That means if you plug in both of the units that come with an X-3 (not even counting the extra unit your supposed to get as compensation, notice no mention of that still), you have a 1% chance that the unit will catch fire and even if it doesn't burn your house down, will still release toxic fumes into your house that are deadly.

Notice how they failed to mention what the hosting costs would be (I assume astronomical as it would take a crazy person to run one machine, much less a "datacenter's" worth when the chance for it to go up in flames is that high).  Also, they didn't mention shipping back to the "partner's datacenter", which I assume the customer will pay for the peace of mind of not running potentially dangerous and hazardous equipment in their homes.

Also, since they already admitted that shipping causes damages, you now have a double chance of something breaking and have to take BA's word for it when it arrives and they claim that something is now broken.

Per my comments earlier, I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of communication by ABitInterested. I do not want the responsibility of being the only one to hold is IRL identity. I'm one of the few people to which he disclosed his identity but the complete lack of updates, not returning my calls, and general lack of communication forces me to release his information in order for those who invested in him to get in contact with him. It's not fair, at this point, for me to be the one withholding it; he is the one violating the contract with his shareholders here.

If you are a shareholder, and you would like the pertinent information, please PM me with some sort of proof that you're a shareholder (comment from one of the threads from a while ago or something of the sort). I reserve the right to provide this to whomever I choose and to withhold at my discretion.

-2070

You should make his info public in order to make it harder for him to devise another scam targeting others.

If I thought it was an out-and-out scam, I would. However, I genuinely believe that he is overworked and took on far too much for his plate. He works long hours at the store and had grand visions for the companies; however, these take time and time is something he is/was very short on.

That may be true, but he still has stolen a lot of money from people.  I think someone invested like 60 btc a while back.  He has shared the contact info with me and I will look into this and do my own due diligence and contact some authorities, if deemed necessary, I will share his dox.
