Is there a confirmation about listing of Gatcoin on the Coss exchange? I checked their website https://exchange.coss.io but I could not find anything Ive never heard of this exchange. Volumes seem low too. I would advise for Coins to try to get listed on small exchanges, they are exposing the GATcoin users to counterparty risks of the exchanges. Many small exchanges have disappeared over the years. Nevrr keep coins on exchanges people, especially small exchanges Do you mean you would NOT advise for coins to get listed on small exchanges? What you are saying now doesnt make sense. But I agree that holding your cryptocurrency on small exchanges is a bad idea. I would advise using a hardware wallet Coss is a small exchange but still better than etherdelta. Bigger ones come in time too. |

When I heard that now soma has a community manager I thought he will answers lots of things instantly. But he only announced he is the community manager and nothing more. I hope he starts answering questions as soon as possible.

They raised 14599 eth for now, actually a very great number.
But if you think about this reasons it is very low:
* Playkey has a working product which you can try and they have lots of customers even now.
* It is solving a problem that major of the population have.
* Their market is gaming which is already huge and growing very fast.
If it was another time it should hit the hard cap on the first day, now with bitcoin forks and bitcoin pump, they only get 14999 eth for now (which is an amazing number).
I hope after fork over they will get what they deserve.

I just checked, they already got %19 of the hard cap and if you think %20 is the soft cap, we can say the project will definitely continue.
The sad thing that utrust would probably get the hard cap if it was another time but now with that forks and bitcoin pump, it still performed well enough.

After the hard fork i believe funding will get fast again. Now very bullish bitcoin hurting all icos and alts. It won't end before segwit2x.
It is somewhat unfortunate coincidence to have ICOs within the Bitcoin fork time frame. But we should not be worried as we are supporting good valuable projects like GATCOIN which is ideal for a long term investment. Well it's nearly unable to avoid theses days. 3 Forks in 3 months... And the next forks are already announced as I have read yesterday. when will the next ones come? I think future ICO should really take these forks into consideration when raising funds. Can't remember where I have read this but it was about that Bitcoin Platinum or so is already in considering and another one. :/ I don't think bitcoin platinum is more than a joke. Actually, more fork is better now people will get sick of it and there won't be a fork after some time. |

This BTC forking is really messing up the whole crypto market including the new entries (ie. ICOs).
The good news is that this might be the peak in terms of a fork having such a large impact. There are so many opponents to BTC-core (eg. Roger, Erik, Jihan, Garzik, Shillbert) that if BTC-core survives this, then it is really going to show BTC's resilience and also (hopefully) discourage hostile forks like this.
After the upcoming fork settles down, we should be able to invest in our ICOs as usual.
It is a bloodbath for alts and icos. Hope it will be over in two weeks. I can't blame anyone dumping their coins and trying to catch the btc train. |

Would like to understand your comment better sorry i meant the completion of the project, with 5M$ you can do it, beside when the project is ready will be able to stand on his own feet generating revenew as well You can do many thing with 5m$, Soma should be fine. Beside, overpaid projects don't bring more success to its investors because how bigger the market cap is, it is harder to go higher. |

Bitcoin is going totally crazy right now, it will be really hard for the ICOs until the 15th.
Yes I am hitting the refresh button and waiting till it become 7k on coinmarketcap so I can make a screenshot This is indeed very bad for all the ICOs including playkey. You can see that there is a pause in sales. Good thing there is still time after the fork to invest. Segwit will be 16 November as I know. When ICO ends? 30th of November or 1st of December, it should run for one month. There will be still some time after fork for funds to come beside it has already raised nice amount I think. |
