The network is not that decentralized and you can easily cast a vote to reduce minimum/maximum or standard fee. I believe it already happened once. It allows them to make 5 sats the new standard for transaction. I believe they can easily reduce it again if the demand is quite high.

You'll get flagged easily if you use a mixer that doesn't really protect you from being linked to their main deposit address. If that's the case maybe it's better to find another service to use, or use coinjoin as mentioned above to cover your track (but some exchange also flag coinjoin tx as malicious, so that's that).
