I probably add new options like "Consider Dust Order if Remaining QTY Is < X" (default value 1 unit market lower than min qty allowed).

Probably BTC.e discard the remaining QTY (or make some rounding on Qty).

If function CurrentSpread = X
And Optio "create ping only if % market spread is >" = Y

then If X > Y -> Create Order

But if Y = "N/A" program Crash. Because X > N/A is not applicable 

I Always try to Minimize the code to be more easy to maintain.

Ok, but i haven't understand the table where you see this remaining quantity :
- Buy/Sell Pool
- Ping Order (I Mean Current Qty = 0.00004 or 0.00002)
- Trade From Ping

You mean that after a New Ping Creation (from Buy-Sell Pool) you see a "dust" total value of 0.00004 into the Pool?
Or you mean that there's a Ping Trade of 0.00004 Quantity?

Beh, ti descrivo la scena, giusto per rendere l'idea :

- La cassiera mi dice il totale
- Tiro fuori la carta e gliela porgo e lei mi riporge il POS
- Con dito discretamente tremante digito il pin e poi assumo questa faccia 
- A questo punto fisso lo schermino del POS con scritto "Tentativo 1 di 1" con tanto di cassiera che dopo qualche secondo inzia a ciondolare come se volesse dire "Che palle quanto ci mette sto coso..........."
- Vedo "Transazione Eseguita" sullo schermo.
- Ne consegue questa faccia 

Sono sicuro che la cassiera avrà pensato "Ma che si ride questo ? ? ? ?"

Primi 2 test :

Acquisto on-line in USD : Addebitato esattamente il costo del carrello, 0 Fee.
Acquisto al super-mercato : 15,26 Euro sono stati convertiti in 17,07 Dollari (Il convertitore di Yahoo EUR/USD mi da 17,0187 come cambio corrente) + 0,34 USD Di commissione.

Sorry about the problem you describe me via PM, but of course C.A.T. has nothing to do with that problem.
And as i said via PM : a 95% loss means only 2 things :
- Cryptsy BUG
- that someone transfer funds from your account to another

Because even if you want to lose coins, it's very difficult to loose 95% only with buy and sell operations.

Sulla mia carta c'e stampato scritto nome e cognome, certo che avrei anche potuto indicare "Pinco Pallino" e mi ci avrebbero scritto quello.
Per validare bisogna inviare un documento se non ricordo male, col nominativo che coincida con quello scritto sulla carta.
Sicuramente un discreto falsificatore può ottenere una carta illimitata intestata ad uno sconosciuto e inviata magari ad un indirizzo "di comodo".

Arrivata Carta e attivata.
Occhio che per ricevere il pin bisogna chiamare un numero che ti parla solo in inglese e ti chiede di digitare in ordine se non ricordo male :

1 per continuare in inglese
1 per operazione sulla carta
poi ti chiede di digitare la carta seguita da#
poi ti chiede la data di nascita in formato giorno mese anno (escludendo il secolo)
a questo punto non ricordo quale tasto per ottenere il pin
il pin ti viene detto molto velocemente ma c'e un tasto per riascoltarlo.

SE Non masticate inglese, siete fottuti
