I dont would able to get a general conclusion about people able to sell at so low, with that tiny market
Also was one guy buying at 3600 on monday, and this dont means anything, more than this are very tiny markets and who wants to sell there needs to go low
and who wants to buy needs to go up....
i am buying / selling OTC around 2500 from october, and if anyone needs to get in or out a big amount and is in this thread knows that exist this way....
anyway, i agree that alcurex could try this way, to put low buy orders and wait if someone fill it...
Well, not exactly that one guy  - Yesterday we had that sell order for 30K FAIR for 1000 sat. - The 15th there was a sell order for 6K FAIR for 1000 sat. - The 14th too, around 10K at 1000 sat. - The 3rd, another 20K at 1000 sat The same goes for the buy prices. Agreed on your statement; it's a tiny market and there are no guarantees that there will be enough movement.. Let alone a general conclusion... However people do what people do. There's no point in creating a hypothesis. So for anyone who want to buy risk free; go to Enric - Chris i really don't understand why all these people are selling... |

Bump. Important announcement- In an effort to further encourage stakeholder registration, the redemption deadline is extended to last until 29 November(30 November, 00:00 GMT).
- Due to important improvements, bug fixes, extended testing and necessity of miltisig, official launch has been rescheduled for December.
- After some serious reconsideration, penalties for after launch redemption have been dropped. The redemption period will also be cut down to 2 months instead of 3.
- Starting as of Sunday we will make a series of important announcements about great things we have been preparing for NEM.

The price in NXT has risen during the last week (at least according to nxtreporting allthough i don't trust that). Why are you worried about the price at all ? NEM is a long term project and I can guarantee that there will be highs and lows. Panic sells are exactly what makes all cryptos so volatile (that and manipulators of course). i'm worried because i see no reason for this falling. I think it's normal be worry in this situation. Why do you think we are in panic sells? Why do you have this worry? we have the solid community base and I believe we will all want the NEM to da moon! i've seen to money good coins die right after the launch... and, even when they were dying, their communities keep going to say: "to da moon"... If you think this is any other coin (or just a coin), probably you are in the wrong place. If you look at the last 1000 posts you are probably one of the very few talking or worried about the price. I would say to you, relax and let the devs continue with their amazing work and time will tell. In a year or so, or even in a few months if you can't wait, we can start talking about the price. Relax man, is not that you are risking your life's edit : savings i'm only one person who was left disappointed too many times  Really hope that this coin is different! Long live NEM! |

Are you guys gambling for excitement or profit? I am very curious about the motivation because almost everybody knows that most gamblers lose money, but many of them still gamble.
Another thing that I feel very strange is that many people think trading stocks/options is just the same as gambling. The funny thing is that even my parter also believes so, and it's very difficult for me to convince him that the two are very different.
the few times i've played, i did it for profit. Yes, it's fun and exciting, but if you don't look at the profit you could risk too much money |
