Neden sizden böyle bir servisi alalım? Ne avantajınız var müşteriniz olacak kişilere?

Thanks for your answer ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) I read that there exist nodes which you cant trust. I guess this nodes are maliciously? What happens if you have more maliciously nodes than nodes which are ok? I hope Im not mixing up too many things There are no "trusted nodes". Nodes never trust any other nodes. Nodes will verify every transaction and every block that they receive. If they receive invalid information from a peer they will ignore the information, and in many cases they will block communication with the malicious node. As such, any malicious information from a malicious node will not propagate through the network, and nodes will preferentially communicate with peers that do not provide information that fails validation. He's probably talking about personal opinion about nodes which can be trusted or not. You could add or "remove" nodes from your wallet/node etc. Example: "addnode remove ip:port". If you don't trust a node (which may be relaying flood txes, double spend attempted txes etc) then you can "exclude" it, etc. It is supported since bitcoin core 0.8 https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Original_Bitcoin_client/API_calls_list#Full_list

We grow from 30 to 150 in 6 months ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) That's a really good growth. Currently There're 29 "businesses" who accept bitcoin in Turkey (I think there're more but we may not be able to track them) Some of them are listed on coinmap.org (Turkish List is here: http://coin-turk.com/turkiyede-bitcoin-kabul-eden-yerler/ ) I hope there'll be such jump in Turkey too.

İlk hafta özetim: telefon doğrulaması yapıp oyuna 75.000 puanla başlamıştım 135.000 puanla bitirdim ve 0.1$ bakiyem oldu (referanslardan herhangibir şey kazanamadım ilk hafta ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) ) İkinci hafta an itibariyle başladı. Dolar euro paritesi 1.1'in altına düşmüş bile 1.05'e yaklaşacak. Yunanistan'daki kriz sebebiyle. Bu hafta 1'e 1 bile olabilir.

Thanks you for the quick reply cakir! I have a few more questions if you don't mind: - I heard that bitcoin stored on a computer can get hacked. How common is it, and is it a big risk?
- How easy is it to transfer bitcoin from one hard drive to another? What happens if there's hard drive failure; you lose everything? Can they be stored on a USB key as well for instance?
- I was recommended Bitpay on a reddit thread - what do you think of this service?
Thanks for the tips, I hadn't considered Amazon gift cards, it's a great idea! Same for doing international business in bitcoins ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) - Yes computers can get hacked but you can defend yourself with antivirus softwares etc. Yes it's a big risk. - It's quite easy actually. Just copy your "wallet file" to any disk (cd, usb etc) (ps: don't use online storages, there's a chance to be stolen). Hard drive failures are such a big mess but if you store your wallet file then you can easily recover your funds. (There're some other methods like paper wallet etc, They're next step for you). If you don't back up your wallet and your HDD fails then yes you loose everything. -Bitpay is an option if you don't want to deal with bitcoins directly. They're giving fiat money AFAIK. Not only amazon but also e-bay, starbucks etc gift cards can be purchased with bitcoins check here: https://www.gyft.com/buy-gift-cards/

1- Full of ads (some of them popup which is most hated). 2- When I try to claim it said "Unknown error." So it didn't give me any funds and I tried again it told me wait for 5 minutes.
Basically this's not a working faucet & full of shit.

Hello! I'm an illustrator and graphic designer looking to expand my business by accepting bitcoin payments. I've heard a lot about it but I'm not sure where to start. Just download a wallet from bitcoin.org (Since you're a newbie you can use Electrum. What are the best services I can use as a creative consultant and freelancer to accept and most safely manage bitcoins? Most safe option is keeping them by yourself but you may use online wallets but don't use them, they can be hacked (which happened before).Once I get paid and accumulate a sum, as needed, is it possible exchange easily the money to another currency? Yes it's quite easy but some of the exchanges have up limits, so you may require to give personal details (id etc). What sort of fees should I expect? You don't pay any fee during dealing with bitcoins, But when you try to get fiat (USD,CAD etc) then you'll be charged by exchange. Also you may need to pay tax in your country. What are the benefits of keeping your bitcoins in bitcoins rather than exchange them in USD or CAD? Bitcoin's price may skyrocket or drops; no one can guess what's it gonna be, so I suggest you to sell some of your bitcoins to cover your expenses and save the rest for the future in bitcoins. Also, what mainstream services accept bitcoins? What kinda service you look for? You can shop on amazon etc via buying giftcards with bitcoins. You can ask for your needs to pay in bitcoins. Thanks a lot for your help and time! I'm really looking forward to getting into bitcoin ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) P.S. If you want to see the type of services I offer, you can access it at http://vervex.ca (I'm not sure if it's of any help in answering the questions above, but who knows!) Using bitcoins will provide you extra freelance jobs intercontinental. For instance a guy from china might give you a job and pays you in bitcoins (It's cheapest option to send money between continents).

It can be faucet like system. Each user starts with 20 satoshi/point to the game. Game resets every 10, 20, 30 minutes etc. And top 10 players in those time periods get additional prize. Rest of the players gets their points as satoshis. When they reach 10k sats then they can request withdraw etc.
How to monetize? Ads for sure but it's not gonna make much. (I assume)
Also; It can be like skill based gambling game. For instance; each satoshi deposited means size, 10k sats deposited then it's starting point is 10k (it's quite big). Top 10 winners get %50, %20, %10, %5, %5, %1, %1, %,1, %1, %1 of the pot. Those numbers can be changed for most optimized version of it.

These are the countries which have legalized polygamy as of now (in black). Countries in light blue allow polygamy only for Muslim citizens, while polygamy is a criminal offence in the deep blue nations. In the Middle East, only the countries of Israel, Turkey and Tunisia does not allow polygamy. Polygamy is illegal everywhere in the Americas and the Europe. : ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fupload.wikimedia.org%2Fwikipedia%2Fcommons%2Fthumb%2Fa%2Fa8%2FLegality_of_polygamy.png%2F400px-Legality_of_polygamy.png&t=664&c=4KoZqcnzP523dQ) It's kinda illegal in Turkey, But I've never heard that someone got punishment because of polygamy. Islamic beliefs support that. How it's done in Turkey? 1 wife is legal wife and others' marriage is in front of Allah (Imams makes those weddings). Obviously Women don't have that right...

You guyz are killing me. All generated bitcoins are sitting on blockchain. None of them is lost! People may loose their control over private keys (which is required to say "Hey, those bitcoins are mine"). That doesn't mean those bitcoins are lost forever.
How to loose bitcoins forever? If you manage to delete some blocks from all of the full nodes; then yes we may say some of bitcoins are lost. But no, you can't do that. There're lots of offline computers which have entire blockchain. You can try to delete but you'll fail and we can recover it.
You're arguing this question: "How many bitcoins are not controlled by people?" or "How many people lost their control over their private keys? (and how many bitcoin balances are affected on those keys?)" And the answer is "Unknown" (You can't know that).
Also those controls can be regained by same people or others.
In conclusion; none of the bitcoins are lost. They're on the network.

No, It's quite relevant but people are dumb. They don't even know how a credit card / debit card works & they don't even care and when they got robbed they blame the system; as I said, they're dumb.
If you're using a tool you need to know how it works or else you will harm yourself. It doesn't matter which tool you use.
