The Pharmacist is an important figure in the forum. I trust him for always standing by his judgement no matter who is involved. He also help good forum users (both newbies and higher ranks) to rank up.
Though you might not like some of his judgements and opinions, but one thing is correct about him, he is very objective. I trust him.

Traded my 0.067ish BTC (Value $537.48) for his 2.1 ETH.
Very quick and smooth.
Thank you.

Very distinct. The first trust is based on charisma and personality and the second is based on trade or business. Everyone could easily differentiate.
The first one is a statement and the 2nd one is a trade feedback. The first one does not need to be a positive feedback but a neutral feedback is more than fine. The 2nd one should be a positive feedback since the experience of the trade was positive.

The real question you should ask is: which one of those feedbacks is easier to get?
The first one may take years to achieve. But there are holes. Using the holes a user can gain trust easily. Haven't we seen these trust farmers and trust spammers?
The second one also can be earned faster. Someone trading $1 deal with a user can send a positive feedback.

The Pharmacist was able to raise a good idea which was discussed here, I think we can reduce these spams if somehow the idea can be implemented.
2462  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Crex24 out of business?? on: September 13, 2022, 05:35:01 PM
according to the volume displayed on CMC, there is only $240,373.32 or 11 BTC per 24h, while BTC/USDT is only $281.13
https://coinmarketcap.com/exchanges/crex24/
It's obvious that the volume they show on system are manipulated.
Another theory could be like they have addresses that are not known publicly, so it's hard to find the actual volume from blockchain.

Either way, I always have doubt that the exchanges really have the volume that they show on their system. For obvious reason they always show higher numbers in the charts.

I can't remember the last time Theymos or a moderator stepped in and deleted a feedback.
Don't we know feedback are not moderated by forum staff? The only one who can change a feedback is the feedback sender.

but the fact is that they're notes that should only be viewable to the member leaving the feedback.  Why have the ability to broadcast something about someone for all to see on their trust page?
This is an interesting idea which got my attention.
May be this idea can be used in the current feedback.
I see many neutral/positive/negative feedback that are clearly between two people which has nothing to do with others. Mostly the feedback spammers do that.

In a feedback system why would someone care a feedback left by The Pharmacist to BitcoinGirl.club if the feedback is something like:
"I trust BitcoinGirl, he helped me a lot" or "BitcoinGirl is a freak, I do not trust him"

But obviously someone needs to know the following feedback (if they are provided enough proofs):
"We had a business of $1000 and it went very well, I recommend BitcoinGirl." or "BitcoinGirl scammed me $1000, fuck him. He is not trustworty"
2465  Economy / Reputation / Re: wwzsocki suspected alt of ziyush on: September 13, 2022, 01:46:02 PM
I am trying to understand the situation.

Account Ziyush has a negative reputation for running scam service while user wwzsocki is a trusted user here in the forum. The OP will not gonna waste time posting this thread if both accounts has a clear reputation. Probably to warn other user that dealing on the other account if the connection is valid.
I just had a quick look on Ziyush's trust page. It seems OP and Ziyush had issue with Cryptopia. OP was arguing in favour of Cryptopia and Ziyush was arguing against it. Is this the result of the two feedback left by OP? To me it seems it's the result of the argument. Please correct me if I am wrong.

On the other hand Ziyush sent a negative feedback to OP which also reflects issue with Cryptopia.

Clearly it's between two guys who did not have common interest and wanted to protect each others project or project they like.

The other feedback on ziyush feedback page is about nothing but a dead project. In 2017/2018 we had so many of them.

2466  Economy / Reputation / Re: wwzsocki suspected alt of ziyush on: September 13, 2022, 01:23:41 PM
Considering they are alt (There are possibility that they may not be too)

It's absolutely fine to have alt accounts in the forum. If someone message you in private and if you feel they somehow exposed their alts then isn't it better to keep it that way? At least I would keep it private by any means unless I find they are practicing unofficial forbidden things like working in signature campaign from the both accounts if the campaign manager has strict rule not to enroll alt accounts. I will message them privately first to give them a chance before I bring it in public.
2467  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🦊 Betnomi.com | Champions League Pool ⚽️ Discussion Thread on: September 12, 2022, 07:42:04 PM
hey, folks, what are your bets for tomorrow? BTTS in Liverpool - Ajax
If I were to bet then I would bet on BTTS. Liverpool's defense is shit these days so they will defiantly concede one or more goals. It hurts to tell it against your team but that's what we are seeing all these days. Conceding 4 goals against Napoli tells a lot. However, in this game I am sure we are going to win. So yeah, BTTS will be a good option to bet.

nice! deserves a place in the 'merit records' thread (:
It's no more 🤣
2468  Other / Meta / Re: Trade Feedback vs Non Trade Feedback on: September 12, 2022, 07:31:09 PM
I just noticed the (OP) tag was added, so maybe there's hope, because that was a pretty recent suggestion if I recall correctly.  But that change is a minor one compared to making changes in the trust system, which is mind-bogglingly complex and almost irreparably broken.
I am assuming OP was inspired by this implementation. Finally something came from Theymos after long time. But yeah like you said, it was an easy implementation considering the user provided the code.

OP can write some code for it or anyone else can do it and propose their idea to Theymos. However I do not think it will help much, there are too many trust spammers and trust farmers around. But with this implementation at least we can easily separate a positive feedback that was left of $1 trade and the one was left for supporting an argument in a topic 🤣
2469  Other / Meta / Re: joker_josue Merit Source Application - to encourage the Portuguese community on: September 12, 2022, 07:21:11 PM
[...]
Theymos usually approves merit source applications in bulk so I don't think that it makes much sense to wait for already existing applications to be approved before submitting a new one. Due that some members wait for a year or two to get application approved, while some only few months,
I wasn't informed until now. Let's see if I get enough time to collect 10 posts and compile a good thread 🙂
Let's not take the light away from this topic.

Phew! No postponements for English games in UCL. City and Liverpool confirming and even Spurs had to apologise after initially saying they would postpone.

More than enough mourning days. We cannot ask teams to play every day after World Cup!
It's nothing about mourning but an opportunity to spend time with family and relax. The few days break should improve their mental and physical health. If there are anything about mourning then its anyone close to the queen.
Honestly speaking when I heard the news I felt bad. It's the usual feeling that you feel when you heard a death news. I am pretty sure none of you were like crying on the ground and mourning that you lost the most valuable person in your life and your life is now meaningless without her.

Anyway, no offense. The queen deserves her respect. It's a great lose for England.

It was a boring weekend to be honest not to have any match LOL

This game against Ajax should be like a final to Liverpool.
I hope boys use this opportunity of the break and be fit 100% both mentally and physically.

Update:
I am going to enjoy the numbers for a while 😂

2472  Economy / Reputation / Re: mr.relax luring readers into risky trades (and therefore losing Sats) on: September 11, 2022, 06:57:15 PM
You need to collect all pump and dump telegram channel owners, all those YouTube chart annalist, blogs about technical analysis including everyone and make a long list about their reputation. Have you ever seen any of these guru to market the trade that was failed? They always market the ones that won. It's their marketing technique. And I doubt any of those traders actually make money from their trading. Increasing followers, making a name for them is their business. It eventually help them to earn their revenue buy selling advertising, BS course they make, BS PDF they make etc.

If I have good winning rate and am able to make constant money from my trades then why don't I compound my money from it without letting the the world to know my secret. Why would I spend few days to produce a video, hire a team, invest money to build up a channel or a community in any platform? There are no secret. If there are any secret then it's the product they are selling. Other day I reached out to a YouTube channel for a 30 second video promotion and their demand was $25k for it LOL. They make you feel they are angels in the crypto industry but they are just looking after their own pocket. Tomorrow when something else which is more lucrative then Crypto they will just dive into there.

Anyway, I do not think mr.relax is doing something wrong. He is promoting a business idea that he has so that he can benefit from it. May be you are overlooking his idea.

Please take the statements about trading from mr.relax with caution!
Trading with statements by any technical analysis guru who have massive followers in YouTube and other social media or selling the analysis with a price should be taken with caution. It's not just him but all.
2473  Economy / Reputation / Re: Genocide worked? on: September 11, 2022, 06:00:55 PM
I first read Genocide dead? There were no clue for me to know who is Genocide so decided to use search member and laterally found a user name genocide LOL

Then realized it's something else.

Why do you think he/she is dead? He has logged in within the last 10 months. Maybe he/she is just taking a break from the forum. Regardless, they are not on DT so it doesn't really matter a whole lot.
OP is talking about the neutral feedback left by TECSHARE.

@OP, yes TECSHARE is dead. RIP brother.
2474  Other / Meta / Re: joker_josue Merit Source Application - to encourage the Portuguese community on: September 11, 2022, 05:47:35 PM
I also had some fears, [...]

For me it's not fear better description is I am not comfortable yet when I am seeing there are no new application accepted in the recent months. There are no point to add another file on the pile. Besides being a merit source is a responsibility, I don't feel I am fully committed to it too. It's just sometimes I feel it good to be a merit source when I am out of sMerit.
2475  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Twitter Criticize Apompliano for removing laser eyes on: September 10, 2022, 02:48:02 PM
The agenda is to get as much money from as many people as possible.
Recent days I needed a help and I was looking for a so called online celebrity to promote a project for me related to bitcoin. He said it will cost me $25k. $25,000K to tell 30 seconds about my project. So that's what they do. They are not there to help anyone but to build their business, name.

Today bitcoin is bringing them money tomorrow when something else will be in trend they will move to it and will become guru in that too.

Someone who is really good at day trading, why would he needs to create a video that will take him 2 days to produce and care to teach you his secret?
An online guru who claims he is making millions from a company then why do they ask you to join their company.
All these are new type of ponzi.
2476  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SandBoxCasino.io (AKA: www.Owl.Games) won't pay me $127,000 on: September 10, 2022, 02:28:05 PM
I wonder if the excuse of internal infastructure change is gonna be valid enough for owlgames to provide the "new" owner their platform?
In UK when a business does not perform well resulting loss, the management change the name and launch it saying under new management with a different name and it works to remove all past records. In online it's even easier to follow the same LOL

Quote
I also wonder if owlgames has the actual names of the operators of sandboxcasino if they were to be given a subpoena by a court of law so that users who were fucked over by the company could seek justice?
If anything owlgames can help to get the money of OP then this is what they can do assuming they have conducted a KYC from sandboxcasino. But for that I guess OP needs papers from legal agencies.
2477  Other / Meta / Re: joker_josue Merit Source Application - to encourage the Portuguese community on: September 10, 2022, 02:17:27 PM
Few weeks ago I was thinking to apply to be a merit source but after looking so many pending requests, I decided not to apply now. Not at least theymos starts approving some of the applications given by the users from last more than a year. Do we know when did we have our last new merit source?

joker_josue is a good candidate to flourish local board. I hope you get accepted.

Good luck brother.

2478  Other / Meta / Re: Identifying the OP at a glance (SMF patch) on: September 10, 2022, 02:07:55 PM
so theymos can choose the most appropriate one.
When was the last time Theymos made a change on forum modules or added a new module since the DefaultTrust change? Anyway, let's note lose all hopes 😉
Nice work OP.

Style C looks good to me.
Style A and B is good too but when a username is long then it may look odd or eventually the last part will take a newline. So Style C is safer and better.
Stype D and E doesn't look it fits here but when we all get used to something then anything fits.
2479  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Cloudbet - Asked for verification and blocked account. on: September 10, 2022, 01:53:36 PM
Well, the selfie thing may surprise you about casinos, but some fintechs ask you to take a video of you holding your ID card or passport with your mobile phone in order to sign up. If I remember correctly, some CEXs do too. So it seems to me that this is not going to be exceptional in the future. In the old days you went to the bank with your documents and the bank manager saw your face, or to the casino and they asked you for ID to enter, and something similar is going to happen online, adapted to this medium.
It's sad, isn't it?
Back in few years when we heard the word Crypto Casino, we used to get a picture that it was a casino where we can play anonymously. It's not the same anymore. Now in reality things are changing. All Crypto Casinos are moving out from the concept. They ask for KYC for silly reasons, even when it's obvious that VPN was used in some cases.
2480  Economy / Reputation / Re: Why I have been hated by the Bitcoin Forum leaders? on: September 10, 2022, 01:07:33 AM
All I can say is that you have been somewhat inconsistent in your claims and identity. At a place you would appear like a bitcoin pro, at another stance you would prove to be an absolute beginner. In other cases you will claim to be a super rich bitcoin ambassador and in other times you could be indirectly begging. All these points to your controversial personality and no one would likely trust such a dramatic character like you.
Everything was fine except trying to make him someone wealthy bitcoin ambassador. It looked like he came with some idea to execute some of his bad intentions. Then when it was not working he started to troll users.

I can not go to an unknown place and before making a space for me I start to claim I am someone they should take me in consideration. Push is not going to work until I provide a value for them to admire me. Nothing is going to happen with OP. Someday he will get tired and give up the account. He will take this experience and will create another account to move on.
