Going unbeaten in the league would be a huge achievement though and I hope he doesn't throw that away.
But the FA or UEFA doesn't give you any extra awards/silverware for going unbeaten in the league :/ A golden trophy will be presented to them if eventually they stay unbeaten in premier league, it was given to Arsenal back then in 2003-04 Premier league season, it's a unique achievement if you ask me, it's worth playing his first team, regardless of the club he's playing in the Epl, Even if you are given a golden trophy this will be forgotten in two years. The win of the title will be remembered neither the unbeaten record nor the number of the unbeaten games Liverpool endured. Not point for me to play with his first team, it is better to do some rotation and win the Champions League along with the premier league. This would be a bigger achievement. The other countries are not comfortable with the higher share given to the BCCI. They argue that every other sports body treats the nations equally and there should not be any discrimination in cricket as well. From what i understand the majority of the revenue that ICC earns comes with the help of India and so is the reason they are having some voice when it comes to these allocation, i want to see India and Pakistan play cricket as it was once the most anticipated series after Ashes but the political intervention and their political tensions deprived the fans from watching these high octane matches and if it was any other country i am sure the ICC should intervene. Oh.. not again. We had hundreds of posts here discussing a resumption of cricketing ties between India and Pakistan. But we needs to be realistic. To be honest, I don't think that a bilateral series between these two nations will happen during the next 10-15 years. As of now, these two teams are facing each other in the ICC tournaments and I guess we should be happy with these matches. This is good now we need to close this chapter as its already too much talked and have very complicated situation better now we talk about current cricket as tomorrow we are going to have another very exciting twenty/20 match between South Africa vs England. Being a non-pakistani and a non-indian cricket fan, it clear as air the cricket council is centered towards BCCI. Largely could be due to the monetary value the Indian fans hold. This is hurting the adoption of cricket in the long run. Though they have softened for associate teams, they are still not as friendly as any other sports community is. They are even boycotting a major team due to political influence of BCCI. That is the last thing people would expect from a game that calls itself a gentlemen sport. Politics and money were always associated with sports. Without money big sporting events cannot be organised nor without governement authorization. BCCI is not holding the cricket council. It is a democratically operated council. Adoption of cricket is going as the way it should, Indian board is not stopping any country to play cricket. BCCi is most rich board in cricket just because of this they have some strong influence on ICC but they have no power to stop any country from playing cricket but they are disturbing things very badly which is very bad political and economical influence happend in sports but not like this as they are doing right now just dual policy and dirty politics nothing else. |

I was not aware of this strange situation where people will be able to lie about their age. I have read about Afridi in his biography that he claimed that he was not that young when he scored the fastest century and i thought it was just a publicity stunt to sell more books but i like the ten year difference between twins  . I am not sure how that is even possible to lie about a ten year gap as these are well above my comprehension . Here in our society its nothing serious business because I am working in a company where we need to add personal stuff for many things once I have very interesting problem as daughter give me data she is 30 years old and second day mother was saying she is just 42 so I was very confuse as she was not giving any identity or proof but I have to manage because this was nothing serious just formalty so as @JSRAW already pointed we have thousands cases like this. |

Norwich is not the team that can get points from Liverpool, but it will be hard to stay in this form till the end of Premier league season, bearing in mind that CL will be in final stage, still i do think that until the title is secured formally, Premier league is a top priority for LFC

I was expecting at least a win from Virat and co but not seeing one from one of the best ODI ranking team was surprising for me. I used to believe that inform Indian team can beat any team with whatever lineup they have but I was wrong.
It's one of those surprise when reality does not meet the expectation.
Anyway.. it was not like they lost the matches by 100 runs or more. All the three matches were pretty close. And the reason why India lost, was due to the poor performance from 2-3 players. Captain Virat Kohli took some very brave decisions, such as resting Rohit Sharma and sending Prithvi Shaw to open the batting. It didn't worked that well, but I would still appreciate his boldness to experiment. We never call this was close lost or big win we mostly remember teams won and lost because its part of game and cricket is all about on your day mean in sub continent we call hockey by technique soccer by skill and cricket by chance so same happen India was doing good they clean sweap New Zealand and suddenly luck gone to home team so they have very sweet revenge with another sweap its good and quality game by both teams. |

Steve Johnson beat Sandgren 6-7(5), 6-3, 7-6(3). We all remember who Sandgren is, the guy that Federer beat from a come from behind win. They went into a tie break, but Johnson mostly controlled it. I guess that Sandgren was still feeling the pain on that Federer lost and probably seeing another ghost during his match against Johnson specially in the tie break.
Sandgren T is currently on his highes rank and his record is not bad at all as he was very good in Australian open but Federer's expereince thrash him this is still hurting him as he lost very badly even leading by 2 - 1 in first 3 sets and fourth set break his all temperment after losing on tie breaker now he can bounce back but take some time. |

For example, Ghulam Mohammad represented Sindh in the domestic tournaments. Naoomal Jeoomal was born in Karachi. Mohammad Nissar was born in Hoshiarpur, but later moved to Lahore. What is with India and World Cup tournaments? They play well through out the tournament and choke at the last moment these days and the same was visible with the U19 team. They need someone like MSD to stay calm under such tremendous pressure.
Sad that they went crazy after the match ended, but props to Bangladesh for managing the win. Some of these players will surely replace the current primary BAN team players. On the other hand, India needs to sort out their end-game performances.
Being an Indian, I was cheering for my side at the start of the match. But I was disgusted by the arrogance displayed by the Indian players. When the Bangladeshis were batting, Indian players were verbally abusing them, using the filthiest of the Hindi words. Remember that these are teenage players, who are indulging in such behavior. I am glad that Bangladesh won in the end. The Indians didn't deserved the trophy. Really I was also very upset with behavior of these young kids they need to be calm as they have very bright and long future if they are doing things like this right now then surely they deserve this defeat they was able to win this match even with very low score but their atitude was not acceptable I am feeling they lost just because of this abusing and over confidence I watch all match still feeling they through this cup just because of this all not play. |

^^^^ If everyone in the Pakistan batting lineup plays like Babar Azam, then they will be the no.1 ranking test team in the world. But that is the problem with Pakistan. The entire workload is falling on the shoulders of a few players, with few others contributing. BTW, what happened to Fakhar Zaman? The combination (Babar-Zaman) was the backbone of Pakistan batting earlier. Babar also performs well, when he is batting along with Zaman. The chemistry is very good, between these two payers.
After good batting from Pakistan bowlers also give some good support now I am feeling this match is going to end in early hours as tail enders cannot resist against quality bowling Naseem's 45 th hatrick in test matches give really good end of day as now he is youngest bowler to achieve this honor now may be Pakistan win this match by an inning. Both Naseem Shah and Yasir Shah bowled well. But these guys need to be consistent while facing tougher opposition.
