Mixed results for me this week
I need to collect some good point in this weekend. It seems everyone behind me are cheesing me easily and Toke is moving faster than everyone else. 5 matchs today. MoSala will surely overtake me if I have an average week. It's very hard to make picks in this round for me. Watford's performance is lower than average but had to pick them because it seems Watford performs better against Castle in their home ground. I hope Deeney will score a goal today. Hard pick in the West Ham match too. I have gone with a draw, can't actually make up my mind. Anyone, made their pick on FJM? My picks for FJM Antonio, Deeney, Salah, Jimenez, Kane, Vardy, Martial in last round I was 4/7 now hopefully this week will be some better. |

I was expecting more runs from WI but anyway still this is a good lead and English batsmen needs to be careful. It's good thing that English team did not lose any wicket before the stump. Lead down to two figures and hopefully they will give a careful start tomorrow morning. I am hopeful for England in this innings.
Now its all one English batsmen if they able to stay on crease and have some good batting then surely the can came back in this test even West Indies is still missing 30 to 40 runs as if they touch 150 figure then surely England was going out of this match but now they have some chance for fighting back and going into fifth day with some lead which surely going crucial for West Indies but first we need 300+ runs from England for this all otherwise its not going to help them at all. |

This semifinal drawing upfront really ruined the competition for me. It was always great when you could calculate and hope for an easier opponent if you get into the next round.
I do not know why they decided to draw the semifinal pairs sooner but it has to be one of the worst calls in the CL so far - at least for me. It really takes away some of the charm.
But this is need of time as they want to complete this all and they have no other option so they done this all which is also not bad at all as now its open case for all teams on the day which will play good this team can go through Atlanta form is very good and PSG is also not bad at all so we can expect some interesting end of this game. |

I think he went to far with that kind of joke, as I have said before, Djokovic has messed up and that media will really take him down whether in a form of joke or something. But this kind of attack went over board, IMHO. Everyone should move on with Djokovic now, I think he already suffered a lot here. It could be an 'easy' tournament for Djokovic in the US Open, but we don't know maybe we can see surprises, and other names besides him will win if the US Open resumes without the all star cast we used to see. I agree, he did go a little too far with this joke and I also think that Djokovic has been ridiculed enough in the media and by other players so I think it is time that it stops. He has made a mistake and lets be honest just take a look around the world right now, how many higher up powers have made mistakes and are making mistakes when it comes to this virus. I can name many government leaders right now and the thing is that it seems that there is no way of stopping this virus no matter what we all do. The thing is that people want sports back, want to go out and want the economy to get moving again so there is a lot of pressure on governments and sporting bodies to get things going again which can cause things like what we saw with the Djokovic tournament. No matter what no one can win when there is a virus like the one we currently have and its going to take a long time before we return to normal and that goes for everything. West Indies should capitalise the start they have got it . They are in good position and tomorrow will be an important day in the test match beacuse if WI does not take a good lead and England bounces back and bats well then it would be an interesting match and if WI can take good lead then England will automatically will be under pressure as then they will play to save the match .

By the looks of it there is two potentials that could happen (well probably three but the third one I doubt it). This place is so awesome, and so much profitable for the owner I am sure, that it is getting to that level where they are just way too big to not get attention from super rich. And I mean people with billions of dollars, probably not their own only but also a group of people, like hedge fund for example or just a startup angel investment firm type of deal. Either wetsuit will decline all offers and realize that he has a gold mine so he could just mine gold "small" (not small by any means but not collectively compared to offer) instead of taking 5-10 year profits in front and just leave, and keep going. Or one day someone will offer him so much money that wetsuit will have hard time saying no this time  . You can argue that Zimbabwe, Ireland and Afghanistan are weak teams but I am going to disagree. At least Afghanistan deserves a chance to progress to the top division. They have proved that they can compete against the big-3 nations on a regular basis. I would argue that Afghanistan is as good as any of the lower ranking first division teams, such as West Indies and Sri Lanka. During 2004 all the senior players retired from the team because of political reasons but the ban stemmed from the fact that they were not able to pick competing players in the playing eleven and their Test status was removed not because of direct political reason but their ability to perform against top teams and the political reason was just a part on the overall picture. Afghanistan have some really world class players but they still need to have some solid batsman to compete against top opponents.So the first Test starts today but the rains are spoiling the day and surprising to me Stuart Broad is not in the team. once upon a time Zimbabwe was a very good team. can you remember when legendary players like Elton Chigumbura, Chakabva, Hamilton Masakadza, Mpofu and Brendan Taylor’s were on the Zimbabwe team. they are Zimbabwean legendary players. when they started to retire one by one, Zimbabwe’s bad times keep coming. I think their team is in bad situation because of their internal quarrel. now they need a good coach and obviously they need a good cricket board. Seeing Stokesis picture and knowing him in the squad feels good. The most exciting feeling is that cricket is back. Thank God. I am going for England without any doubt.
Going with England seems easy choice considering home advantage and 2 regular windies missing in the test squad due to personal reasons, would be good if you dig in and say Inning win or 100 +runs/ 8-9 wickets win. But again don't underestimate Windies bowlers and don't over estimate English batsmen.  Raining.................. Whoosh
