Hi Kerrywoodwins20,

We have now fully investigated this for you, as it was important to us to be very sure as any report of a 5 minute delay would simply not be acceptable. We would like to first assure the community there is no scam here whats so ever. Our first level support team do not have access to the betting logs, so they are unable to correctly identify the issue (whether technical or not) during your live support chat with them.

From the 3 rejected bets we found from the betting logs that none were over 22 seconds to be returned whilst being in a bet validation state.  The logs below, clearly show the return of funds in the desired time range.  For the sake of openness and transparency we would like to show you the logs:

C522YxrrzBWJArwg5:
bet created: "2016-10-15T17:30:50.170Z"
tx reverted: "2016-10-15 17:31:06"

Hk9BgNhpH8jbbTKeh
bet created: "2016-10-15T17:32:40.059Z"
tx reverted: "2016-10-15 17:32:55"

nibBfRDRf52Ej7ZsY
bet created: "2016-10-15T18:17:33.548Z"
tx reverted: "2016-10-15 18:17:55"

ZfuTYqyHDCrdzCZRe
bet created: "2016-10-15T18:22:52.343Z"
tx confirmed: "2016-10-15 18:23:00

The 4th bet was successfully confirmed placed and unfortunately it was a losing bet.

As previously mentioned, all bets go through a risk management validation process and this takes from 5-20 seconds, whereby the bet amount is reserved from your balance during this process.  The bet is either than accepted and deducted from your balance or rejected and returned to your balance.  We can not confirm a bet and then cancel it in the future, nor can a player.

From our perspective your first 3 bets didn’t get confirmed and your funds were immediately returned to your account after the transaction was reverted, so you could try to make another bet.  This is clearly shown from the logs of the times from bets placed to being accepted or rejected.

We would like to take this chance to remind all players, that you can check all confirmed bets in the active bets section on the site.

tl;dr

As a final reply on this subject, the facts remain, that a player tried to put a bet on, it was rejected 3 times (which is normal occurrence in a fluctuating live betting line) and then finally he got the bet placed and confirmed, which unfortunately lost.  So to this end, we are not sure exactly what needs to be refunded, or where the scam has taken place.

Our first level support couldn’t review the betting logs and asked for time to check this “technical issue”.  Our senior support and sportsbook managers have investigated the claim that a bet was not confirmed for 5 minutes  and we have displayed the actual logs showing that funds were returned in 22 seconds max, which shows everything was accounted for legitimately and correctly.

We have reached out to the player with our VIP team to offer him some promotions in the future as a sign of good will.

Cheers,
sportsbet.io

Still nothing. No resolution, no response to the technical errors, nothing. I was told 24 hours, 36 hours later and nothing.

Hi kerrywoodwins20,

We are very sorry that you had a bad user experience placing this live bet. As an experienced bettor and our frequent customer, with hundreds of previous live bets on our sportsbook, we are certainly not trying to scam you or be fraudulent. We pride ourselves on paying out winning bets and processing withdrawals really quickly. To our understanding, you have placed many winning bets and you definitely seem to know your sports betting. It is always great to see a punter with an excellent nose for sports. Cheers to that Smiley

The incident you have experienced is most unfortunate. I am sure, however, that you have understood from the various discussions you have had related to this with our Support team, that there was nothing intentional from our side. Quite simply, you placed a bet which was sent off to validation with our risk team. This process takes between 5-15 seconds as quite often live lines in College Football can change very rapidly.

During this time, your bet amount is "reserved" from your balance in a pending status and then once bet is confirmed, the balance is deducted.  If the bet is not confirmed, then the bet amount is returned to your account.  This is exactly what has happened on your account as we can see 3 rejected bets and then finally 1 confirmed bet (unfortunately this confirmed bet lost).  We also send a 2nd popup on the site, which confirms that your bet has been successful placed and confirmed.

Without going into too much detail here, our VIP team will be in contact with you we are sure we can find a solution that would reinstate the trust you have shown towards Sportsbet.io and our team so far. It is our honour to have you as a customer and I sincerely hope that you will continue to be one of our VIP players in the future.

Cheers

Would be cool to have an option to keep bets in bet slip after placing a multibet.
On other sites you can choose to delete them or keep them in.

Hope you can do that Wink

I dont quite understand, the bet slip goes to active bets, so you are able to place another multi bet. Can you explain a little further what you are looking for?

Thank you!

Any special details about affiliate program? I just yours but only find simple sign up and sign in page. What is the revenue share structure?

This should be resolved very soon with a landing page.

Hi, the link above is your license, so your site and bitcasino have the same owner??

Registered website(s)
www.bitcasino.io
www.sportsbet.io

Both sites use the coingaming platform and they handle the licensing. It's two separate (different ownership) companies however.

"Only the user's highest winning multi bet will be ranked, therefore a user can have only one multi bet ranked at any given time during the promotion."

You have to keep making multibets and the one with most winnings will count

You could basically wait until the last match, make the best multibet you can make and still win

it's not that it accumulates over time

Note: For me this is not an issue to have that much small odd difference but i am checking carefully just because you are obsessed with words. Smiley so your usage for the word "consistent" is not valid for Nitrogen either Smiley

Leave him, there will always be a hater of a site no matter how great things are. Even a top gambling site like primedice has haters. So far sportsbet should be considered as one of the best sportsbook site and quite user friendly. I dont need to wait for minutes just to get my withdrawal like I did in nitrogen

Thank you for the kind words! We are trying to be the best!

Although Darkstar has come up with a nice and simple method, there are still a few problems with it.Let me update this post later.I'm thinking of implementing one of the known and already proved Random Number Generator Algorithms.

Get your idea up there then we'll figure out what to do based on what the community says

The final promotional Lottery draw of 2016 Olympics is now over. Too bad I did not win anything this time.

Now I am waiting for sportsbet to settle my bets, because I still have 2 Olympic bets set as 'Pending'.

All pending bets are now settled. Can you please let me know if you are all set?

Yes, thank you. All my bets are not processed and settled.

I assume you meant "now" processed and settled Smiley

Everyone is good with this method from DarkStar_?

1. Publish the list of tickets and who has which ticket, a bit before the actual draw. Make sure that tickets are numbered.
2. Wait for a specific block hash for the drawing. Once the block comes, take the last few digits of the block hash (maybe 7?) and convert it to a decimal, by using it as a hexadecimal. Next, use the number that you get and apply modulus (number of tickets - 1) to that number. You should get a number between 0 and the number of tickets, minus one. Add one to the number, and you have your first winner.  You can get the other winners in other blocks, or if that takes too long, use the last 8 digits, than 9, e.t.c repeating the entire process I just outlined.

Here is an example of the method I outlined:

For this example, I will be using the block that was mined right before this post (block 426230). Normally, a block that hasn't been mined would be used, but for convenience, I will use an already mined one.
The has of the block 426230 is

Code:
000000000000000000dd8a7bb73190bd8574df5f18966347a2094049e28c8cab
The last 7 characters are 28c8cab, and when converted to a decimal gives 42765483. Here is my imaginary ticket list (published before the block is mined)

Code:
1: darkstar
2: person2
3: person3
4: person4
5: person5
42765483 % 4 gives 3. 3+1 = 4, so person 4 would have won the 1 BTC prize in this case.

I see the EPL leaderboard is updated already, but seems that it is only updated for the top positions only. I have won some mbtc last Saturday but my point is still the same with the last week update. Means that my winning last Saturday is not count towards the leaderboard? Or perhaps the update is not finished yet?

Should be all updated
