Does Sportsbet always offer outright betting for Philippine Basketball? In Stake, I never see they did it before. Last year, Sportsbet offered markets for outrights during the Finals and I think they would do the same this year but i did not remember they offer outright in the semis. We can conclude that bookies see these games having no underdog or favorites. Almost equal. Betting on Handicaps is the best option here for me.
Odds above are more advantageous if you are a fan of the Beermen but if you are a die-hard TNT fan, better for somebody offline that gives you +1 game as there are many who are giving that kind of handicap (some of my colleagues at work we're already doing that). |

We all want to see Casimero vs Inoue, but reading everything related to the fight, here what influences the most is what I have always said, the business model, and for now it is politics that directs the course of the fighters, for Of course all this comes down to what everyone is looking for: "Money", and without going too far, this article talks a lot about what the OMB influences:
Every move they made now is calculated, I mean that they are weighing all the options, and where they could earn more money then that would be the fight that they will take. In this case of mandatory fights, the sanctioning body wants a share of the pie and we can deny the fact that this is not a money fight that the promoters want so expect Casimero to receive a purse so much lower if he fights Donaire or Inoue and mind you the risk is the same. |

Who knows, but it's not a guarantee just like what I've said all four are deserving, what if both Cojuangco or both Pangilinan wins their respective series, the ball is round and we don't have any accurate basis to say who's in the edge and who's the underdog?
If they will try to fix the game, that could probably happen. TNT has the best season so far in the PBA, they finish the conference with only 1 loses, they will not waste this opportunity to win, but to be honest, they have the toughest challenge also as they have the beat a healthy SMB team with JMF back already. I still think that the SMB will win, but I would not be surprised if TNT will win in a close series. I would agree that this is an almost even match-up with SMB up with a little advantage because of Junemar but it can be offset with the coaching brilliance of coach Chot Reyes. With the history of both teams and coaches in a series, I would still put my money behind SMB considering that everybody on both teams is healthy. This is not what TNT wants (to meet SMB in the semis) but if ever they will take care of SMB here then they will be champions for sure. |

Parang dini-discourage nila ang mga players ng mag convert from LE to PVU dahil sa PVP daw ang tunay na earnings. Not favoring between one of them who will win. They are both PH boxers so regardless of the result, they will carry the PH flag.
Same here, the Filipino fans of this sweet science are the winners here as whoever wins this fight still carries the PH flag just like what you said. Betting-wise, I would still prefer to push the button on Donaire's side as the guy is popular in the US and he could give money fights to Casimero if they meet in the future. The only way Donaire would win here is via knockout because if the fight goes the full 12 rounds chances are Donaire would gas out and Gaballo might take over in the championship rounds. So with that being said my bet is Donaire via KO, I hope the odds are attractive for this market. |

Nice win, SMB managed to cover that handicap. CJ Perez lead SMB in scoring. He got 21 points and really help the team to take that edge.
While everyone really plays their roles and they win the game as a team, fair shared with all the stats a very nice effort
as a team.

Yup, they are going to face the number one team in the elimination round which is the TNT Katropa. Congrats also to NorthPort for playing a very good game, it was not a walk in the park for the Beermen and they give SMB one hell of a fight. If their roster remains the same and they got a quality import next conference then NorthPort is a team to beat soon. IMO, this series between SMB and TNT is the championship series of the conference as whoever wins this one will be the eventual AFC champion  . |

Maybe we can expect from MP promotions same like casimero That's really funny, I mean he did declare that he will be retiring back when he was defeated by Marquez but that didn't happen and here we are again. I don't get this fool, why take back the word in retirement, even though he was defeated at that time, he's still have a big legacy left behind. I think Manny will hang up his gloves for good because of time constraints. He will b gunning for the Presidential seat next year so he will be turning 45 once he will be available to fight and that's is not a good number if you are a boxer, you will be harm just like what he recently experienced. That wait will be extended to another few more months as the fight was imploded due to the request of the challenger to default Triller's purse bis (TBH I have no idea why Kambosos did that and on what motive). There are also rumors that Lopez has signed a contract that allow this fight to be postponed to a later date while Kambosos decline to do so . Not an easy pick for the ML, TNT is too good to handle, with unmanned Gin kings I doubt that there are many risk takers to bet for them. Die hard and gamblers who really love big odds may still out some amount for that attractive ML though Ginebra is Ginebra and fans and gamblers are everywhere. They will try to hang-on and rely with LA, Pringle and CStan and hopefully Caperral and the rest will be there again to help in trying to win this game. Could we see a repeat in history? I have read an article that number one seed Mobiline (now TNT) was booted out by number eight seed Ginebra in a thrilling game, of course, the personnel from that time were different from now but the spirit never leaves the Gin Kings . Kidding aside, this is a big upset if ever Gin Kings win considering the chemistry is still not there but still, I will bet for them but not ML, I will take the spread as +7.5 is too high in this kind of game. Now I am 100% sure that all of this is scripted. Caleb hasn't abused anyone like this in any of his previous fights. If he is deviating from his normal behavior, then it is either resulting from the directives given by the organizers (to increase the viewership count and publicity), or as a result of a plan being drafted by his team in order to provoke Canelo. Either way, I don't disapprove of these cheap tactics. This is not the right way to attract more viewership and interest. And when you have a legend like Canelo at one end, you definitely don't need this.
I'm thinking the opposite of what you think hehe. If they have that act scripted, then there should not be hurting physically, verbal spat should be okay and if ever that act was scripted then they deserve an Oscars lol. Yeah, you have a point that there's no need for that scuffle if an increase in viewership is what they need as Canelo is already a crowd drawer. Caleb Plant is trying to get under the skin of Canelo in order for him to lose focus as revenge will be the only thing in his mind thus setting aside their pre-fight plan. |

Not an impressive average but the impact on the floor is very impressive, and it's understandable since SMB has a lot of scorers who is willing to drop huge points every game. They have Romeo who is very consistent (might make more when he comes back from injury), and now they also have Cabagnot who just returned from injury, this SMB is a scary team, they are undoubtedly the best team now.
On paper, they are the best team in the PBA right now and all the pieces in the puzzle have taken their place just right on time before the semis begin. Terrence Romeo will be entering the bubble and he will be a big help on their quest for the championship this season. CJ Perez will just be a backup in case one of the starters would be having an off night, he should be used to it as not all the time that his scoring is needed. Gaballo will get a better deal if he upset Donaire the champion here. But if Donaire wins, there's nothing that would change because people are expecting that he will beat his challenger and Donaire will then focus on his main goal which is to fight Inoue. Most probably if we will see Inoue vs Donaire II next year, we might also see Inoue vs Casimero if Inoue will again succeed against Donaire.
I agree, this is just another hurdle for Donaire's quest for the unified belt and he should train hard and not take this for granted so that his plan of unifying the belts with Inoue or Casimero will materialize in the future. For Gaballo, this is his ticket to fame and he would do everything to upset Donaire. |

I thought that Northport would win the game after Bollick a long 3 point shot, da*mn, Cabagnot was there to save the SMB, and take note, it's the first game of Cabagnot after suffering from an injury, that guy was clutch, he is born in that kind of situation.
Last game it was Marcio that hit the game winner, now it's Cabagnot.
Mr. Clutch is back, damn that was not an easy shot at all. Drive then faded away for that cold-blooded dagger to win the first game of the series for them, that's awesome. But before that, kudos to NorthPort for not giving up, they have a good run in the last minute of the game until they took the lead via that long shot by Bolick. Lost my bet on that ballgame but the consolation for me was that I enjoyed watching until the end. The next game would be interesting to watch, let us see if the Batang Pier could bounce back on that heartbreaking loss. |
