2nd game for the Lakers after winning against the Rockets. This is a back-to-back game for them so I like to fade them again. Memphis had some impressive win in their previous game when they beat the Suns, so I think they can do better against the Lakers and will beat the LA by 10 points or more.

I don't remember anymore as I have been gambling with discipline, meaning my bet is only based on a certain percentage of my entire bankroll. But it seems that Paul's brothers are dominating this boxing category which I don't know the exact reason why but in the case of the betting aspect for bettors I don't think it would be fair enough if the fight's result can be turned on any side. I don't think it would be worth for betting aspect but yeah due to the gaining popularity of this game, some bettors are also tried and risk to bet on this type of game. Indeed. Letting someone manage your asset isn't the right way, surely it is too risky. I personally never think to find someone managing my asset or advice me about my investment strategy. I have my own way of investment and I may have a different way to manage my money. Having a fund manager probably makes it more complicated. But I agree that to manage asset/investment properly needs sufficient knowledge, we can learn it gradually. I think it doesn't need a special course, we can study it self-taught and prioritize to learn what is necessary only..  I would not close this kind of possibility in my life yet, maybe for now I can manage my funds because I don't have much, but in the future, if my hard work will pay off, then maybe I may need some fund manager to manage my funds. My ultimate dream is to relax and just let my money work for me, I think the job of a fund manager would fit my desire. |

As everyone looked Lakers as a bad team against the Brooklyn Nets, let's also not forget how they outscored the Nets in the 4th quarter. They did great actions to lessen the opponent's lead and if I'm not mistaken, they have brought it down to only 3 coming from a big lead that Nets were able to maintain throughout the game. When we say Nets, it's hard to bounce back when they are in a big-digit lead. Unfortunately, it was only Lebron who showed competitiveness and can handle the pressure on that kind of close game situation. If only most of his teammates are having the same actions, Lebron will have good support. Outscoring an opponent in a single quarter doesn't matter If you lose at the end. What's more important and considered as a good game is when a team gets the W. It's almost the mid-season and the Lakers are becoming even worse. I don't know how many more players they'll give up, trade, and add a 10-day contract for them to fix their system and actually start becoming a good team, coz right now I don't think they're a good team. If only they can play a little bit more on defense and be efficient, maybe they'll start winning games. Lakers is a defensive team, they are good at it, unfortunately their offense is not clicking very well as there's no consistency from LBJ's teammates, especially Westbrook. I think this season is not really for the Lakers and soon enough, we might see Westbrook being traded to other team. Don't expect too much on the Lakers, they are done now. |

So after Barrios gets KO by Tank Davis, he decided to go up to the welterweight where in there's a lot of big puncher? The only reason I can think of is that he really is too big for 140 lbs and there's no way he can make that weight in his next fight.
For Thurman, it's been a long layoff away from boxing, but yes, probably this is a cherry pick fight for his comeback. Because admit it or not, Barrios can't take his punches so Thurman has all the advantages in this fight.
After the fight between Pacquiao and Thurman, I gained nothing but respect to the latter. He definitely handled the loss professionally- and his comments about the entire fight were really respectable on his part. After checking now the past records of Barrios, you are definitely right on your analysis. As much as that I really prefer betting on the underdog on boxing, my bet would definitely lean towards Thurman due to his destructive power and hunger for a comeback. I really doubt that Barrios would be able to snatch the victory here but who knows! That's the right decision, I still consider Thurman as a great fighter because Manny did not really dominate him in the fight, it was a split decision and Thurman came out strong in the 2nd half of the fight but the judges give Pacquiao the win. He loses against a legend but I don't think he will lose against Barrios who is nowhere near Manny in terms of skills and achievement. |

I think -3.5 is too easy for 76ers so I find it like a trap. This game should belong to the home team, either they'll win or just cover the spread. Wizards are on a winning streak, I like to believe they'll continue that as they have the momentum, and it's their first game back at home.

I'm afraid the Warriors will not anymore allow the Suns take over on them. Warriors are a good team, they can win games even if they are not complete, so how much more if they will all play together. With the rumors that Thompson will come back soon, that will only make the Warriors even better and whatever team they will play with, they'll surely be the favorites to win, whether at home or on the road.
The Warriors match was indeed very good, in contrast to the Lakers who suffered consecutive defeats up to the time against the Nets. 5 defeats that need to be fixed, especially considering the next team they will fight is the Rockets and the opponent's position is very low. If next week they don't manage to win then this is the worst defeat. The longer they play together the more losses they experience, this is not good for the Lakers, I don't know how they'll handle the frustration of this losing streak, I'm sure Lebron and Westbrook haven't experienced this before but they need to stay calm and continue to figure out how to win. How bout the Suns and the Warriors game?
Warriors proved that they are a better team and it seems that Curry was in a mission to proved himself in this game as he started to hit his three point shots. And although the Suns with CP3 trying to make a comeback and even take a lead, the Warriors didn't have a meltdown and then another hero on their side, Otto Porter hitting dagger threes to close out the game.
Agree, it was Steph who keeps them afloat in the game and even if the Suns took the lead, they are still compose and I don't have a doubt that with the way Steph is shooting that night, the Warriors are going to win against the Suns even at their home floor. Porter has one of his best game so far, and even trolls the Suns bench, hehehe. And win this win, the Dubs are now on top of the West division. I'm afraid the Warriors will not anymore allow the Suns take over on them. Warriors are a good team, they can win games even if they are not complete, so how much more if they will all play together. We will eventually see the fight between Casimero and Inoue since both fighters will likely stay on their current weight division and as they beat each other opponents, they leave no choice but to finally step on the ring to fight each other. They really need to make it happen since they want total glory and the fans wanted them to prove who is the best in this era. I think this is enough for Casimero because he already took down lots of opponents to catch the big fish, Inoue. They really need to consider making it happen before those passed their primes.
Hopefully, I heard news that Casimero is having a hard time getting into the scale with this current weight. So I'm thinking he is really getting bigger and heavier as he age so we don't know how long will he stay in this weight class to wait either Donaire or Inoue for a mega fight. I remember him calling out the champions in higher weight class as well so that is the sign that he is willing to go up in weight and might not be comfortable in the bantam. If money talks then maybe Casimero will have enough time to wait and fight either one of them. Plus, the WBO champion in the next weight class Stephen Fulton might be too big for him. So I think the money fight is still him and Inoue or Donaire. Might be better if he can unify the belt in the bantamweight before he can go up in weight. Casimero is professional, I'm sure he will not miss the opportunity to fight against Inoue as he wanted to be a unified champion in the division where he is a current champion. I don't believe he is struggling maintening the weight, he does the right training and their team has the staff to ensure that he get the weight requirement in this division. |

From what we can read since this is just an exhibition fight, they can put any clause in a contract, besides Mike is old, he might not be able to absorb power punches from a young boxer.
That was already expected. It seems impossible to think that there's no plan agreement on the fight. Mike Tyson will not throw away his big reputation therefore, I believe the agreement will benefit him. As others said, the exhibition match between him and Logan Paul might end up in a no-winner decision to save both boxers' asses on their future match. The fight will still gather good profit because it's Mike Tyson who will fight. Millenials didn't see Mike Tyson fighting before and the exhibition match is a good chance to see him fighting again. Then that would still be an agreement, honestly, I find it boring when no winner is announce, I get that they want to protect the future of a certain boxer but that would not make this kind of fight entertaining as we already know what to expect if both popular fighters go against each other. |

What happens to the Bucks, looks like they are having a problem handling the Celtics even if they are complete now.
In the 4th quarter now and the Celtics are leading by double-digit, they have a good start and I'm afraid it will continue to beat the home team. As usual, Tatum is producing again but Smart and Brown are helping with good numbers too.
Not in double-digit now, Bucks are coming back but if they'll be successful with the comeback, they might still not be able to cover the spread unless this game will go to OT and Bucks will dominate the Celtics in the OT. |
